从20世纪90年代中期至今是三峡库区生态-经济系统与景观格局发生重大变化的一段时期。论文通过对库区重庆市云阳县1994年与2002年遥感影像的解译,分析景观格局的变化,探讨生态建设、城镇化、基础设施建设、生态移民、农业产业结构调整等短时期内高强度的人类活动对该区域景观格局的影响。地形破碎、高差悬殊的山地特点以及在亚热带湿润气候主导下的山地立体气候分异等自然因素造成了景观格局的基本分异;有限的土地资源及其利用与分布状况是控制景观格局变化的主导因子;为保证三峡工程的顺利建设和安全运行而采取一系列生态经济建设活动成为促使景观格局变化的最重要的驱动因素;政治、经济和社会决策对景观格局变化具有重要影响。  相似文献

Synopsis The diets of 13 species of ariid catfishes from the tropical waters of the Gulf of Carpentaria are described and compared. Fishes were collected from two estuaries and inshore and offshore marine areas. Up to 10 species have been recorded from a single estuary. Although all are carnivorous and consume a variety of prey, diet analyses and statistical ordination reveal three feeding guilds - piscivores, polychaete-eaters and molluscivores. The diets of most species are similar between sites. There are strong relationships between dietary guild and the size and arrangement of the palatine teeth. The piscivorous group of catfish (guild 1) have large mouths with relatively large multiple palatine tooth plates, either in a band or in a triangular pattern and armed with sharp recurved teeth. The primarily polychaete-feeding group (guild 2) have a variable mouth size but it is usually smaller than that of guild 1 fish; their palatine teeth plates are fewer and smaller, and they have small, sharp recurved teeth. Guild 3 eat mainly molluscs, and have a small mouth and large posteriorly situated palatine plates with globular, truncated teeth. Overlaps in diet between species are probably reduced by differential distribution patterns within estuaries and different habitat preferences. The mouth-width and tooth-plate arrangements of ariids in tropical Australia are suitable for dealing with broad classes of prey rather than specific items, conferring dietary flexibility. This probably optimizes the trade-off for most species between occupation of broad feeding niches and the ability to shift diet easily.  相似文献

Intake rate, the rate in which herbivores can process their food, is presumed to be an important factor in habitat selection down to the scale of the foraging patch. Much attention has been given to the selection of swards of high nutritional quality, but much less has been given to the influences of sward structure on patch selection in small herbivores. In this study we tested the effects of sward density and height on the functional foraging response of barnacle geese, Branta leucopsis. The functional response curve for herbivores describes how intake rate is affected by food availability. We conducted feeding trials to determine intake rate and bite size of barnacle geese on experimentally manipulated swards. Results indicate that intake rate is mainly dependent on sward height and that there is a strong correlation between bite size and intake rate. Sward density does not influence the rate of food consumption; it is, however, a crucial parameter affecting potential total yield. We conclude that bite size is the crucial parameter influencing intake rate. Bite size is explained both by sward height and individual differences in bill morphology. Furthermore, intake rate seems to be dependent on the physical structure of the grass species consumed.  相似文献

The stomach contents of 372 specimens of Aspitrigla obscura (collected at quarterly intervals) have been analyzed to determine diet according to fish size and season. The results show that crustaceans (%No = 96%, %Weight = 76%) are the basic food. For all sizes, half of diet is assured by necto-benthic crustaceans. In smaller sizes, the remaining half is formed by planktonic species, whilst in larger sizes they are substituted by nycthemeral migrators. The importance of planktonic prey is greater in the winter sample than in the other samples. In every size, the feeding intensity is greater in the midday sample than in the morning one.  相似文献

It has been suggested that two endogenous timekeeping systems, a light-entrainable pacemaker (LEP) and a food-entrainable pacemaker (FEP), control circadian rhythms. To understand the function and interaction between these two mechanisms better, we studied two behavioral circadian rhythmicities, feeding and locomotor activity, in rats exposed to two conflicting zeitgebers, food restriction and light-dark cycles. For this, the food approaches and wheel-running activity of rats kept under light-dark (LD) 12:12, constant darkness (DD), or constant light (LL) conditions and subjected to different scheduled feeding patterns were continuously recorded. To facilitate comparison of the results obtained under the different lighting conditions, the period of the feeding cycles was set in all three cases about Ih less than the light-entrained or free-running circadian rhythms. The results showed that, depending on the lighting conditions, some components of the feeding and wheel-running circadian rhythms could be entrained by food pulses, while others retained their free-running or light-entrained state. Under LD, food pulses had little influence on the light-entrained feeding and loco-motor rhythms. Under DD, relative coordination between free-running and food-associated rhythms may appear. In both cases, the feeding activity associated with the food pulses could be divided into a prominent phase-dependent peak of activity within the period of food availability and another afterward. Wheel-running activity mainly followed the food pulses. Under LL conditions, the food-entrained activity consisted mainly of feeding and wheel-running anticipatory activity. The results provide new evidence that lighting conditions influence the establishment and persistence of food-entrained circadian rhythms in rats. The existence of two coupled pacemakers, LEP and FEP, or a multioscillatory LEP may both explain our experimental results.  相似文献

In the present study, we examined the role of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in interleukin (IL)-10 production by dendritic cells (DCs) using bone-marrow derived DCs from wild type (WT) and TNF-α knockout (TNF-α−/−) mice. Toll-like receptor (TLR) stimulation induced substantial level of IL-10 production by WT DCs, but significantly low level of IL-10 production by TNF-α−/− DCs. In contrast, no significant difference was detected in IL-12 p40 production between WT and TNF-α−/− DCs. Addition of TNF-α during TLR stimulation recovered the impaired ability of TNF-α−/− DCs for IL-10 production. This recovery appeared to be associated with an activation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase, p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase, and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/Akt following the TNF-α addition. Blocking these kinases significantly inhibited IL-10 production by TNF-α−/− DCs stimulated with TLR ligands plus TNF-α. Thus, TNF-α may be a key molecule to regulate the balance between anti-inflammatory versus inflammatory cytokine production in DCs.  相似文献

高秆野生稻(Oryza alta)是一种重要的种质资源, 其组织内也蕴藏着非常宝贵的功能微生物资源。本实验采用无氮培养基, 从高秆野生稻中分离到43株内生固氮菌, 结合乙炔还原法测定其固氮酶活性。经固氮酶基因(nifH)的PCR扩增检测, 43株内生固氮菌代表菌株均能扩增出固氮酶基因片段。利用IS-PCR DNA指纹图谱和SDS-PAGE全细胞蛋白电泳图谱将获得的菌株聚类为6个类群(I、II、III、IV、V、VI)。对各个类群的代表菌株(ZF3, ZF8, ZF13, ZF15, ZF24, ZF43)进行16S rRNA基因序列测定, 结果表明, 类群I属于土生拉乌尔菌(Raoultella terrigena), 类群II属于类肺炎克雷伯氏菌类肺炎亚种(Klebsiella quasipnmoniae subsp. quasipneumoniae), 类群III属于越南伯克氏菌(Burkholderia vietnamiensis), 类群IV的菌株代表肠秆菌属的一个类群(Enterobacter sp.), 类群V的菌株属于门多萨假单胞菌(Pseudomonas mendocina), 类群VI归属于固氮植物菌(Phytobacter diazotrophicus)。Biolog聚类结果与IS-PCR指纹图谱类型及SDS-PAGE全细胞蛋白聚类结果一致。Biolog板测定结果显示, 来自不同类群的代表菌株对碳源的利用差异显著, 说明野生稻内多样的内生固氮菌从环境中获取碳源和氮素的适应能力较强。  相似文献

为鉴定马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum)中富含半胱氨酸的类受体激酶(cysteine-rich receptor-like kinase,CRKs),利用Pfam等工具对马铃薯蛋白质组和基因组序列进行分析,共鉴定到18个新的马铃薯StCRKs家族基因,这些基因分布在1、2、11和12号染色体上,均具有典型保守的CRK结构域。StCRKs基因的启动子区具有响应5种植物激素、昼夜节律、生物胁迫、非生物胁迫及种子特异性的响应元件。利用qRT-PCR方法对马铃薯盆栽苗开花期的根、茎、叶和花中的18个StCRKs基因进行组织特异性表达分析,结果显示不同基因的表达部位不同。分别用水杨酸类似物BTH和4 ℃低温处理马铃薯,有13个StCRKs基因能够响应低温信号,10个StCRKs基因能够被水杨酸类似物BTH诱导。为进一步深入研究StCRKs在生物胁迫及非生物胁迫中的功能提供了线索。  相似文献

Nitric oxide (NO) is a membrane-permeant messenger molecule generated from the amino acid L-arginine. NO can activate soluble guanylyl cyclase leading to the formation of cyclic GMP (cGMP) in target cells. In the nervous system, NO/cGMP signalling is thought to play essential roles in synaptic plasticity during development and also in the mature animal. This paper examines biochemical, cell biological, and physiological investigations of NO/cGMP signalling in the nervous system of the locust, a commonly used neurobiological preparation. Biochemical investigations suggest that an identical enzyme is responsible for both NO synthase (NOS) and NADPH-diaphorase activity after tissue fixation. Immunocytochemical staining of an olfactory center in the locust brain shows that NOS-immunoreactivity colocalizes with NADPH-diaphorase at the cellular level. The cytochemical staining of NO donor and target cells in adult animals suggests functions in olfaction, vision, and sensorimotor integration. During development, NO is implicated in axonal outgrowth and synaptogenesis. The cellular distribution of NO-responsive cells in neural circuits reflects potential functions of NO as a retrograde synaptic messenger, as an intracellular messenger, and as a lateral diffusible messenger independent of conventional synaptic connectivity.  相似文献

The spatial distribution of the muddy fine sand community from the Bay of Veys (western English Channel) were investigated during spring and autumn 1997. A grid of 55 and 54 sites was sampled in March and October, respectively, using two replicates per site of a Hamon grab (0.25 m2) for macrofauna collection and an additional one for sediment analysis. A total of 172 species were sampled with a dominance of polychaetes, followed by crustaceans and bivalves. The species richness and abundance show low temporal changes despite higher values in October than in March. In March, the mean abundance was 165 ind. 0.5 m−2; in October, the mean abundance was 212 ind. 0.5 m−2. Four assemblages from the Abra alba-Pectinaria koreni community were identified corresponding to a bathymetric and sedimentary gradient from muddy fine sands with high levels of fine particles in shallow water to fine sands in deeper water. The discussion focuses on factors prevailing on the spatial structure of sandy communities in the English Channel.  相似文献
