Structural changes of weed communities and populations

Increasing structural changes of weed communities are to be observed in all countries with highly developed cropping techniques. This paper deals with results of investigations concerning one main source of those changes: the application of herbicides under long-term conditions. The course of changes is characterized by distinct developmental phases depending on intensity and continuation of herbicide stress. It is suggested that an evaluation of the structural changes on the community level has to be based on the analysis of changes on the population level.For cooperation in the experimental program I am indebted to Dr K. 中国黍稷种质资源耐盐性鉴定

对来源于我国14省(区)的6518份黍稷种质资源,以苗期耐盐级别作为综合评价的标准,通过3次耐盐性鉴定,筛选出高度耐盐种质22份,占鉴定种质总数的0.34%,耐盐种质120份,占1.84%。这些种质在遗传育种和生产中具有极高的利用价值,是珍贵的耐盐育种材料。     

基于"湿性愈合"理论的新型敷料在糖尿病足溃疡创面处理中的应用

目的:观察基于"湿性愈合"理论的新型敷料用于糖尿病足溃疡创面的处理的治疗效果。方法:首先评估糖尿病足溃疡创面,然后根据不同情况采用不同新型敷料,应用湿性伤口愈合理论对48例糖尿病足溃疡的患者进行临床研究,选取48例传统方法处理的同类患者作为对照。结果:结果显示湿性愈合组患者出院时的创面愈合率较对照组明显提高,治疗周期明显缩短(P<0.05),换药次数明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:基于"湿性愈合"理论的新型敷料在糖尿病足溃疡创面的处理中取得了良好效果,值得进一步研究与应用。     

蛙类趋声行为的研究进展

蛙类是典型的依赖声音通讯的物种,具有季节性繁殖特点。繁殖季节雄性大多通过广告鸣叫竞争领地和吸引配偶,雌性通过雄性鸣声来评价个体特征及其所占有的资源,并以趋声行为完成配偶选择。趋声过程的行为学参数,通常用于检验动物对声音信号的偏爱和行为响应的特征。本文通过对蛙类趋声行为相关研究的回顾,总结其产生机制、评价方式及影响因素,并结合当前发展趋势对蛙类趋声行为未来的研究方向进行了展望。     

典型脆弱生态区生态技术评价方法及应用专题导读

全球经济发展和日益增强的人类活动给业已脆弱的生态系统带来了巨大挑战,寻求尊重自然规律、环境友好的生态治理与恢复技术成为实现联合国可持续发展目标的重要组成部分。近年来,国内外科学家和生态治理机构研发出了一系列技术体系和技术模式,对脆弱生态区退化生态系统展开了全面的治理和恢复。然而,缺乏对这些治理技术的评价和优选方法的研发和应用在很大程度上限制了优良技术的筛选和推广应用,造成了资金和人力的浪费和损失。针对这些问题,科技部在2016年启动了国家重点研发计划项目"生态技术评价方法、指标体系与全球生态治理技术评价",其中重要的任务之一是对生态技术进行梳理、评价和优选。本文旨在对已有的评价方法和指标体系的研究进展进行系统梳理,对生态技术的特征、生态技术评价的基本步骤和原则、生态技术的三阶段评估方法等进行了界定和深入分析,对本专题收录的14篇学术文章所涵盖的评价方法和模型研发、案例应用等进行了介绍,以期为筛选优良技术、提高生态技术应用效果、促进优良技术的输出和引进提供参考。     

Development of an alternative approach to protein crystallization

We are developing an alternate strategy for the crystallization of macromolecules that does not, like current methods, depend on the optimization of traditional variables such as pH and precipitant concentration, but is based on the hypothesis that many conventional small molecules might establish stabilizing, intermolecular, non covalent crosslinks in crystals, and thereby promote lattice formation. To test the hypothesis, we carried out preliminary experiments encompassing 18,240 crystallization trials using 81 different proteins, and 200 chemical compounds. Statistical analysis of the results demonstrated the validity of the idea. In addition, we conducted X-ray diffraction analyses of some of the crystals grown in the experiments. These clearly showed incorporation of conventional molecules into the protein crystal lattices, and further validated the underlying hypothesis. We are currently extending the investigations to include a broader and more diverse set of proteins, an expanded search of conventional and biologically active small molecules, and a wider range of precipitants. The strategy proposed here is essentially orthogonal to current approaches and has an objective of doubling the success rate of today.

保持和提高土壤质量是实现农业可持续发展的基础,为此,必须清楚土壤质量的概念以及土壤质量的评价方法,本文综述了土壤质量的概念及其研究进展,土壤质量评价要以土壤的功能为基础,不同土壤的评价应采用不同的标准,土壤质量的评价是相对的而不是绝对的,介绍了国际上几种常用的土壤质量评价的方法,并对耕地土壤质量评价的指标选择进行了探讨。
