Based on eight years continuous observation and measurement on the ways and intensity of utilization of three fixed plots of the meadow of natural Aneurolepidium chinense in the Songnen Plain of China at definite stage of annual growth season the quantitative analysis on the relationship between the variations of fruit-bearing organic characters of A. chinense population and the climatic factors was investigated. Change of climate was one of the comprehensive factors which led to the variations of fruit-bearing organic characters of the population in different plots, but variations on the characters of the population among the plots and on the degree of correlation or functional relationships between the character and the climatic factor in different stages were only caused by the ways and intensity utilization. The characters of the spike organ were more affected by climatic factors in the stage of growth and development of the winterness plants of the population. There were universal ecological effects of time lap in the climatic factors.  相似文献

许多研究文献忽略了经济增长和生态环境质量的双向作用机制,从而导致了变量之间的内生性偏差。与以往研究相比,主要在以下几方面进行分析:1)采用脉冲响应函数来分别考察生态环境与经济增长这两类变量之间的动态冲击反应。2)运用预测方差分解技术来考察经济增长与生态环境变化在解释因素变动时的相对重要性。结论:经济增长与生态环境之间存在长期的均衡关系,非平稳序列的经济增长指标、生态环境因子经过一阶差分后变得平稳,均为一阶单整,存在协整统计关系。从长期来看,人均GDP与废气排放量、固废排放量呈现负相关,而与矿产开采总量、化肥使用强度呈现正相关。其高度正相关性实证了该地区主要靠资源开发拉动经济增长。脉冲响应分析表明,快速经济增长是影响生态环境质量的重要原因,生态环境质量变化对经济增长存在着反作用力。就响应效果而言,生态环境对经济增长的负向响应表明生态环境退化将导致人们对生态环境质量需求偏好的改变,从而对经济增长进程的变化产生外在压力,但生态环境对经济增长的反馈效应具有滞后性。  相似文献

The association between enzymatic and electrochemical reactions, enzymatic electrocatalysis, had proven to be a very powerful tooth in both analytical and synthetic fields. However, most of the combinations studied have involved enzymatic catalysis of irreversible or quasi-irreversible reaction. In the present work, we have investigated the possibility of applying enzymatic electrocatalysis to a case where the electrochemical reaction drives a thermodynamically unfavorable reversible reaction. Such thermodynamically unfavorable reactions include most of the oxidations catalyzed by dehydrogenases. Yeast alcohol dehydrogenase (E.C. 1.1.1.1) was chosen as a model enzyme because the oxidation of ethanol is thermodynamically very unfavorable and because its kinetics are well known. The electrochemical reaction was the oxidation of NADH which is particularly attractive as a method of cofactor regeneration. Both the electrochemical and enzymatic reactions occur in the same batch reactor in such a way that electrical energy is the only external driving force. Two cases were experimentally and theoretically developed with the enzyme either in solution or immobilized onto the electrode's surface. In both cases, the electrochemical reaction could drive the enzymatic reaction by NADH consumption in solution or directly in the enzyme's microenvironment. However even for a high efficiency of NADH consumption, the rate of enzymatic catalysis was limited by product (acetaldedehyde) inhibition. Extending this observation to the subject of organic synthesis catalyzed by dehydrogenases, we concluded that thermodynamically unfavorable reaction and can only be used in a process if efficient NAD regeneration and product elimination are simultaneously carried out within the reactor.  相似文献

In sesquioxide-rich soils of tropical and subtropical areas and volcanic-ash soils with high levels of active Al(Fe), large amounts of phosphate fertilizers are needed to overcome their high P-fixation capacity (quenching strategy). A greenhouse pot experiment has been used to evaluate the effectiveness of city refuse compost (CRC) as a P-source for these variable-charge soils, compared to inorganic P. Mature CRC and K2HPO4 were applied at rates equivalent to 125, 250, 375, 500 and 625 kg P ha–1 to a ferrallitic soils from Tenerife Island (Andeptic Paleudult) with a high content in active Al+Fe (4.82%) and a high P-fixation capacity (87%). Perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) was grown in pots and plants were harvested at regular intervals after seedling emergence. CRC increases plant P concentration and soil labile-P proportional to the applied rate. The best results were obtained from a compost application of 30 t ha–1 equivalent-rate, after a residence time of at least three months. An important residual effect in the supply capacity of P in relation to the phosphate fertilizer was also observed. The relative agronomic effectiveness (RAE) in comparison to K2HPO4 was 66% after 6 months, considering P uptake + soil labile-P. The soil P-fixation capacity was significantly reduced from a compost application of 40 t ha–1 equivalent-rate. Competition in adsorption between organic ligands and phosphate, in combination with net mineralization of organic P in compost, might account for the high RAE value obtained. The main conclusion is that the city refuse compost could be a suitable P-amendment for resquioxic soils due to its high RAE, and the residual effect on P-supply. ei]H. Lambers  相似文献

In most lipases, a mobile lid covers the substrate binding site. In this closed structure, the lipase is assumed to be inactive. Upon activation of the lipase by contact with a hydrophobic solvent or at a hydrophobic interface, the lid opens. In its open structure, the substrate binding site is accessible and the lipase is active. The molecular mechanism of this interfacial activation was studied for three lipases (from Candida rugosa, Rhizomucor miehei, and Thermomyces lanuginosa) by multiple molecular dynamics simulations for 25 ns without applying restraints or external forces. As initial structures of the simulations, the closed and open structures of the lipases were used. Both the closed and the open structure were simulated in water and in an organic solvent, toluene. In simulations of the closed lipases in water, no conformational transition was observed. However, in three independent simulations of the closed lipases in toluene the lid gradually opened. Thus, pathways of the conformational transitions were investigated and possible kinetic bottlenecks were suggested. The open structures in toluene were stable, but in water the lid of all three lipases moved towards the closed structure and partially unfolded. Thus, in all three lipases opening and closing was driven by the solvent and independent of a bound substrate molecule.  相似文献

Contamination of soils by effluents from industries is on the increase. There is the possibility of remediating these contaminated soils through the use of certain plants. This work investigated the remediating ability of Helianthus annuus and Tithonia diversifolia on the soil polluted with effluents from a paint industry in Ibadan, Nigeria. The experiment consisted of three treatments (H. annuus, T. diversifolia, and control) each replicated three times in a factorial combination of four different fertility managements, viz mineral fertilizer (MF); Grade A organomineral fertilizer (OMF); control1, plants without fertilizer application; and control2, where no fertilizer and no crop was planted using randomized complete block design. A total of 12 plots of 2 × 4 m2 each per phytoplant were obtained. Each plot was planted with the viable seeds of the phytoplant at a spacing of 60 × 30 cm2 and at the seed rate of four seeds per hole. The seedlings were thinned to two stands per hole 2 weeks after planting (WAP) and also weeded two times (2 and 5 WAP). After in situ second successive cultivation, percentage removal of heavy metals by Helianthus annuus with MF and OMF, respectively, were Cu 32.5 and 41.6; Pb 30.3 and 42.8; and Cd 44.5 and 56.7. Tithonia diversifolia, similarly, removed, respectively, Cu 16.9 and 23.4; Pb 36.9 and 43.7; and Cd 20.1 and 35.1. Lower percentages were removed in the controls where no fertilizer was applied. In the shoot of H. annuus with OMF, significantly (p< .05) higher values of 0.27, 1.72, and 0.11 mg kg?1 of Cu, Pb, and Cd, respectively, were removed and stored at second cultivation as against 0.21, 3.39 and 0.08 mg kg?1 in the shoot of T diversifolia. Lower values of Cu, Pb, and Cd were removed with MF, and also at first cultivation with OMF and MF. This study therefore recommends the use of sunflower plants, whether hybrids or wild-types along with the application of OMF for the effective remediation of soils contaminated with heavy metals, particularly in tropical climate.  相似文献

Anthropogenic activities like agriculture have resulted in increased concentrations of some trace elements of toxicological and environmental concern in soils. Application of fertilizers has been one of the major inputs of these contaminants to agricultural soils in developing countries. Twenty-two fertilizers, including straight nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), and NK fertilizers and micronutrient sources, were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) for arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), cobalt (Co), chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), molybdenum (Mo), nickel (Ni), lead (Pb), vanadium (V), and zinc (Zn). As expected, the trace element content of fertilizers was highly variable and related to the origin of the material. Phosphorus fertilizers, especially triple superphosphate, presented the highest As, Cd, Cu, Cr, Ni, V, and Zn concentrations. In some of these fertilizers, the Cr, V, and Zn contents reached values greater than 3475 mg kg?1 of P, and the Cd content (up to 288 mg kg?1 of P) was several times higher than the regulatory limits of different countries. Some micronutrient sources presented the highest concentrations of Mn and Pb. In the cases of N, K, and NK fertilizers, the trace element concentration was very low, sometimes below the detection limits. In some agricultural systems the input of trace elements such as As and Cd to the soil through P fertilizers application may be higher than the outputs through plant uptake and leaching; therefore the long-term use of these fertilizers may cause the trace element concentration to increase in the plow layer of agricultural soils.  相似文献

Solution‐processable small molecules are significant for producing high‐performance bulk heterojunction organic solar cells (OSCs). Shortening alkyl chains, while ensuring proper miscibility with fullerene, enables modulation of molecular stacking, which is an effective method for improving device performance. Here, the design and synthesis of two solution‐processable small molecules based on a conjugated backbone with a novel end‐capped acceptor (oxo–alkylated nitrile) using octyl and hexyl chains attached to π–bridge, and octyl and pentyl chains attached to the acceptor is reported. Shortening the length of the widely used octyl chains improves self‐assembly and device performance. Differential scanning calorimetry and grazing incidence X‐ray diffraction results demonstrated that the molecule substituted by shorter chains shows tighter molecular stacking and higher crystallinity in the mixture with 6,6‐phenyl‐C71‐butyric acid methyl ester (PC71BM) and that the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the OSC is as high as 5.6% with an open circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.87 V, a current density (Jsc) of 9.94 mA cm‐2, and an impressive filled factor (FF) of 65% in optimized devices. These findings provide valuable insights into the production of highly efficient solution‐processable small molecules for OSCs.  相似文献

随着全球城市化的迅速发展,城市生态系统的研究日益受到关注。城市化过程引发的大面积土壤封闭,导致土壤功能退化,进而影响城市生态系统。通过构建城市封闭土壤碳循环模型,考虑土壤温度,水分,有效氮含量以及各项理化性质等影响土壤有机碳在封闭条件下分解的影响因素,模拟南京市1980年至2010年城市封闭土壤有机碳含量与土壤有机碳库的时空变化过程,揭示人工封闭对于城市土壤功能的影响。结果表明:南京市1980年至2010年封闭土壤的有机碳含量显著减少,2010年土壤有机碳含量的均值为6.7 g/kg,比开放土壤低54.7%。土壤有机碳含量较低的区域主要分布在快速城市化的地区。由于封闭土壤阻碍了土壤有机碳的来源,造成封闭土壤有机碳含量持续减少,1980年至2010年间城市土壤有机碳库的总量减少约0.32 Tg。城市封闭对土壤有机碳影响的时空变化模拟可为研究城市化过程中的生态环境效应与城市生态建设提供参考。  相似文献
