新兴遗址第1地点位于吉林省汪清县嘎呀河支流前河北岸的二级阶地,2018年调查发现,2019年对该地点进行了复查和试掘,试掘面积14 m2。采集和试掘发现标本131件,以石制品为主,包括石核、石片、石叶、细石叶、刮削器、砍砸器、尖状器、手斧和磨制石器,此外还发现有少量夹砂陶片。总体来看该遗址包含旧石器和新石器两期文化遗存,其中旧石器时代遗存以石叶和细石叶为主要技术特征,石制品原料以硅质页岩和黑曜岩为主,根据石制品技术特征和地层堆积情况判断,年代与临近的黑龙江穆棱市康乐遗址年代相近,为距今10000年前后;新石器时代文化遗存属图们江流域金谷文化范畴。  相似文献

帽状动物壳体 lathamellids 类化石包括 Lathamella caeca, Lathamella sp. nov. 以及 Lathamella symmetrica sp. nov. 三种,目前仅发现于四川峨嵋麦地坪下寒武统麦地坪组上段地层,它们皆以磷质内核方式保存.通过内核化石表面所复制的原始壳体微细构造印痕的研究表明,易漏螺类壳体为双层结构:内层——纤晶层,外层——棱柱层;其壳体原始成分可能为文石质.据上述现象推断,lathamellids 并非为磷质无绞纲腕足类,相反,而与软体动物更为接近,但其在壳腔内具—纵向中突,主要位于壳顶附近,很难与已知的任何一类软体动物直接对比,可能为一类独特的、已经绝灭了的软体动物的1个早期分支.  相似文献

主要报道了采自云南省昆明市海口马房村鞍山早寒武世筇竹寺组玉案山段澄江生物群中的叶状红藻-似红叶藻(新属、新种)(Paradelesseria sanguinea Xu,gen.et sp.Nov.).通过比较形态学研究,探讨了该宏观化石藻类的分类归属与亲缘关系,进一步丰富了澄江生物群生物物种多样性的认识,并为研究早寒武世生物演化及其古环境提供了新的化石证据.同时,通过对现生红藻的比较研究,进一步证明了澄江生物群在云南海口地区发生于一个水深在30 m以上的亚潮带和下潮间带的海水环境.  相似文献

血清多肽是癌症诊断信息的重要来源,建立、优化了检测多肽标志物的直接ELISA法,并应用于肝癌血清中的多肽标志物的检测。制备及纯化针对多肽标志物Pep5的单克隆抗体并进行辣根过氧化物酶标记,用其建立检测相应抗原的直接ELISA法。方法线性范围为1.5-20 ng/mL,检测限为1.24 ng/mL;标准品批内及批间CV分别小于3.66%及4.89%,血清样本批内及批间CV分别小于11.69%及18.18%;线性范围内(9、12和15 ng/mL)的回收率分别为98.98%,99.61%和101.58%。应用该方法共检测160例正常血清、104例肝硬化及156例肝癌患者血清,正常组与肝硬化组及肝癌组间差异显著(P<0.001),Pep5诊断肝癌的敏感性和特异性分别为80.8%和96.2%。同时检测94例HCC血清中的AFP和Pep5,AFP检出率为63.8%,Pep5检出率为90.4%,AFP联合Pep5检测时,能将HCC的检出率提高至94.7%。  相似文献

The oldest known estuarine bivalve assemblage is documented from the Lower Ordovician (upper Arenig-lower Llanvirn) Alto del Cóndor Formation, which crops out in the Cordillera Oriental of northwestern Argentina. This unit displays most of the diagnostic sedimentary attributes of estuarine environments. Biotic components include low-diversity trace fossils and a peculiar bivalve fauna consisting of the new genera Konduria, Pseudoredonia, and Pucamya, and the new species Redonia condorensis. This constitutes the earliest known occurrence of bivalves in brackish waters, suggesting that the capability of this clade to colonize estuarine environments developed early in their radiation.  相似文献

Summary The ectodermal-mesenchymal interspace of the chick leg bud was studied at stages leading to the formation of the apical ectodermal ridge (A.E.R.) (stages 14 to 19 HH), using scanning and transmission electron microscopy. The main findings were: 1. a continuous basal lamina under the ectoderm; 2. extracellular fibrils interconnecting the basal lamina and mesenchymal cell processes; 3. an increase in the number of the fibrils during these stages, with the highest number under the A.E.R.; 4. branching mesenchymal cell processes that spread over the basal lamina, making contact with it in all stages. The morphology of the interspace and the changes in it suggest that extracellular material may be significant in the ectodermal-mesenchymal interactions in the limb bud.  相似文献

During preimplantation development, the mouse embryo forms the blastocyst, which consists of a squamous epithelium enveloping a fluid-filled lumen and a cluster of pluripotent cells. The shaping of the blastocyst into its specific architecture is a prerequisite to implantation and further development of the embryo. Recent studies identified the central role of the actomyosin cortex in generating the forces driving the successive steps of blastocyst morphogenesis. As seen in other developing animals, actomyosin functions across spatial scales from the subcellular to the tissue levels. In addition, the slow development of the mouse embryo reveals that actomyosin contractility operates at multiple timescales with periodic cortical waves of contraction every ∼80 s and tissue remodeling over hours.  相似文献

Dental caries is primarily elicited by modifiable factors such as inadequate oral hygiene, poor dietary practices and deficient fluoride exposure. However, there is a growing body of evidence suggesting the profound influence of genetic factors in dental caries susceptibility. The present study aimed to evaluate the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in ENAM (rs12640848), MMP20 (rs1784418), TAS2R38 (rs713598), and LTF (rs4547741) genes and early childhood caries (ECC) in Saudi preschool children. This case-control study enrolled 360 Saudi preschool children (262 with ECC and 98 caries-free). Data on environmental factors were collected through a questionnaire. However, caries experience and oral hygiene data were obtained during clinical examination. Buccal swab samples were collected for DNA extraction and SNPs were genotyped using PCR and DNA sequencing. Children with ECC were compared to caries free children (control), then they were categorized into two categories based on ECC severity as follows; non-severe ECC (NS-ECC), and severe-ECC (S-ECC). Association between the SNPs, ECC, NS-ECC, and S-ECC was reported as an odds ratio (OR) with a 95% confidence interval (CI). The majority of the children (72.8%) exhibited ECC (31.7% NS-ECC and 41.1% S-ECC) with mean dmft of 4.20 ± 4.05. Multivariate analyses of environmental factors showed that nocturnal feeding was a risk factor for ECC (P = 0.008). Poor oral hygiene was also a risk factor for both NS-ECC and S-ECC (ECC: P < 0.0001, NS-ECC: P = 0.032 and S-ECC: P < 0.0001). Univariate analysis showed that the AG genotype of rs1784418 of MMP20 gene was protective against ECC (OR = 0.532; 95% CI = 0.316–0.897, P = 0.018) and against NS-ECC (OR = 0.436; 95% CI = 0.238–0.798, P = 0.007). When environmental risk factors for ECC were included as covariates during multivariate analysis, AG variant in rs1784418 of MMP20 gene remained less frequent in NS-ECC cases compared to controls with borderline significance (OR = 0.542; 95% CI = 0.285–1.033, P = 0.063). Our findings concluded that MMP20 rs1784418 SNP might be associated with protection against ECC in Saudi preschool children.  相似文献

Abstract

In many animals, factors deposited by the mother into the egg control the earliest events in development of the zygote. These maternal RNAs and proteins play critical roles in oocyte development and the earliest steps of embryogenesis such as fertilization, cell division and embryonic patterning. Here, this article summarizes recent discoveries made on the maternal control of germline specification in zebrafish. Moreover, this review will discuss the major gaps remaining in our understanding of this process and highlight recent technical innovations in zebrafish, which allow tackling some of these questions in the near future.  相似文献

It was shown that the 250-fold screening of the geomagnetic field (GMF) (“zero” magnetic field with an induction of 0.2?μT) affects early embryogenesis and the reproduction capacity of mice in vivo. Pregnant NMRI mice at the zygote stage placed in this “zero” magnetic field (MF) lost the ability to bear offspring babies although their embryos developed up to the blastocyst stage without any visible deviations from the norm. The abortion of development in the “zero” MF occurred after the exit of the blastocysts from the zona pellicida and invasion into the uterus during implantation. Histological analysis indicates that possible reasons of the abnormalities of postimplantation development are a decrease in the proliferative activity of embryonic cells and the impairment of the interaction between the trophoblast and endometrium, which finally results in the resorption of embryos in the uterus.  相似文献
