Thirty-seven antagonists, from a collection of 113 pre-screened microorganisms, were tested in field experiments on winter wheat for their ability to control ear blight and production of mycotoxins, particularly deoxynivalenol (DON), in grain by Fusarium culmorum and F. graminearum. Ears were spray-inoculated during anthesis with spore suspensions, first of test fungi and then of the pathogen. Isolates of F. equiseti were the most effective treatments. A strain of F. equiseti (G9) decreased DON consistently on wheat inoculated with F. culmorum, compared with the control, often by more than 70%. It performed well under severe disease pressure (F. culmorum at 105 conidia mL-1) and similarly to a standard fungicide, tebuconazole. Percentages of diseased grains and amounts of DON corresponded well. Small quantities of nivalenol (NIV) occurred in grain samples after treatment with some F. equiseti strains. On wheat inoculated with F. graminearum, F. equisti G2 decreased the percentage diseased grains by 92% and DON by 94%. One strain of F. equiseti (G2) was found to produce small amounts of NIV in pure culture.  相似文献

在光/暗(12 h/12 h)条件下研究了温度、苞片和NaCl浓度对疣苞滨藜种子萌发及其恢复的影响,同时观察萌发后幼根在NaCl中的生长和恢复情况.结果显示:(1)疣苞滨藜种子在温度周期为5℃/2℃、15℃/5℃、20℃/10℃、25℃/5℃、25℃/15℃中处理12 d后种子萌发率均达到80%以上,其最适萌发温度为25℃/15℃.(2)苞片对种子萌发不存在抑制作用,但能够延缓萌发时间.(3)低浓度的NaCl能促进种子萌发和幼根的伸长,且在0.2 mol/L时达到最大,在0.8 mol/L时完全抑制种子萌发和幼苗的生长.(4)经过不同浓度NaCl预处理后的种子,其萌发恢复率随原处理浓度的升高而升高,且最终萌发率都高于对照.研究表明,NaCl处理对疣苞滨藜种子没有造成伤害,其抑制萌发是通过渗透效应而不是离子毒害;疣苞滨藜种子和幼苗对盐分的耐性是其适应盐渍荒漠环境的重要原因.  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)外用凝胶联合耳内镜下软骨-软骨膜修补术治疗鼓膜大穿孔的临床疗效。方法:选择2021年1月-2022年11月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八一医院接受诊治的鼓膜大穿孔患者120例。将患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组接受耳内镜下软骨-软骨膜修补术,研究组接受重组牛bFGF外用凝胶联合耳内镜下软骨-软骨膜修补术。对比两组愈合情况、听力情况[骨导听阈、气导听阈、气骨导差(A-B gap)]、炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]和并发症发生情况。结果:研究组的愈合例数高于对照组,平均愈合天数短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后6个月骨导听阈、气导听阈、A-B gap低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后3dTNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:重组牛bFGF外用凝胶联合耳内镜下软骨-软骨膜修补术治疗鼓膜大穿孔,可缩短鼓膜愈合时间,改善患者听力,减轻炎症反应,安全性较好。  相似文献

The teleost gasbladder is believed to aid in fish audition by transferring pressure components of incoming sound to the inner ears. This idea is primarily based on both anatomical observations of the mechanical connection between the gasbladder and the ear, followed by physiological experiments by various researchers. The gasbladder movement has been modeled mathematically as a pulsating bubble. This study is extending the previous work on fish with a physical coupling of the gasbladder and ear by investigating hearing in two species (the blue gourami Trichogaster trichopterus, and the oyster toadfish Opsanus tau) without a mechanical linkage. An otophysan specialist (the goldfish Carassius auratus) with mechanical coupling, is used as the control. Audiograms were obtained with acoustically evoked potentials (e.g., auditory brainstem response) from intact fish and from the same individuals with their gasbladders deflated. In blue gourami and oyster toadfish, removal of gas did not significantly change thresholds, and evoked potentials had similar waveforms. In goldfish thresholds increased by 33–55 dB (frequency dependent) after deflation, and major changes in evoked potentials were observed. These results suggest that the gasbladder may not serve an auditory enhancement function in teleost fishes that lack mechanical coupling between the gasbladder and the inner ear. The vertebrate-restricted carcinoembryonic antigen gene family evolves extremely rapidly. Among their widely expressed members, the mammal-specific, secreted CEACAM16 is exceptionally well conserved and specifically expressed in the inner ear. To elucidate a potential auditory function, we inactivated murine Ceacam16 by homologous recombination. In young Ceacam16(-/-) mice the hearing threshold for frequencies below 10 kHz and above 22 kHz was raised. This hearing impairment progressed with age. A similar phenotype is observed in hearing-impaired members of Family 1070 with non-syndromic autosomal dominant hearing loss (DFNA4) who carry a missense mutation in CEACAM16. CEACAM16 was found in interdental and Deiters cells and was deposited in the tectorial membrane of the cochlea between postnatal days 12 and 15, when hearing starts in mice. In cochlear sections of Ceacam16(-/-) mice tectorial membranes were significantly more often stretched out as compared with wild-type mice where they were mostly contracted and detached from the outer hair cells. Homotypic cell sorting observed after ectopic cell surface expression of the carboxyl-terminal immunoglobulin variable-like N2 domain of CEACAM16 indicated that CEACAM16 can interact in trans. Furthermore, Western blot analyses of CEACAM16 under reducing and non-reducing conditions demonstrated oligomerization via unpaired cysteines. Taken together, CEACAM16 can probably form higher order structures with other tectorial membrane proteins such as α-tectorin and β-tectorin and influences the physical properties of the tectorial membrane. Evolution of CEACAM16 might have been an important step for the specialization of the mammalian cochlea, allowing hearing over an extended frequency range.  相似文献

目的分析慢性化脓性中耳炎(CSOM)患者耳道分泌物的病原菌分布及其药敏情况,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考。方法收集浙江省立同德医院100例(116耳)CSOM患者耳道分泌物标本进行常规病原菌分离、鉴定及药敏试验。结果 116耳中有97耳培养出病原菌,检出率为83.6%。共检出病原菌103株,其中革兰阳性菌占53.4%(55/103),革兰阴性菌占41.7%(43/103),真菌占4.9%(5/103)。金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌对青霉素和磺胺甲唑/甲氧苄啶耐药性较高,对利福平和莫西沙星敏感性较高,对呋喃妥因和万古霉素完全敏感。铜绿假单胞菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对头孢唑啉、氨苄西林、头孢吡肟、头孢曲松、哌拉西林/舒巴坦耐药性均较高,对妥布霉素、氨曲南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦敏感性较高,对阿米卡星、美罗培南及亚胺培南完全敏感。真菌对氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B及制霉菌素均敏感,而对酮康唑和氟康唑有一定的耐药性。结论 CSOM患者耳道分泌物中病原菌以金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌及肺炎克雷伯菌为主,这4种病原菌对多数常用抗菌药物有较强的耐药性,治疗时需根据细菌培养及药敏分析结果合理选用抗菌药物。  相似文献

株高和穗位高是玉米重要育种性状,直接影响植株的养分利用效率及抗倒伏性,进而影响玉米产量。玉米株高和穗位高属于典型数量性状,目前通过数量性状位点(quantitative trait loci mapping,QTL)定位和全基因组关联分析(genome-wide association study, GWAS)等方法已挖掘到较多相关遗传位点,通过QTL精细定位及利用突变体克隆了一些调控株高和穗位高关键基因。但是由于各研究组所利用的群体类型和大小、标记类型和密度以及统计方法不同,所鉴定QTL差异较大,单个研究难以揭示玉米株高和穗位高遗传结构。早期QTL定位的结果多以遗传距离来展示,不同时期GWAS研究所使用参考基因组版本不同,这进一步增加了借鉴和利用前人研究结果的难度。首次将目前已鉴定株高和穗位高遗传定位信息统一锚定至玉米自交系B73参考基因组V4版本,构建了株高和穗位高性状定位的一致性图谱,并鉴定出可被多个独立研究定位的热点区间。进一步对已克隆玉米株高和穗位高调控基因进行总结与分类,揭示株高和穗位高性状调控机制,对深度解析株高和穗位高遗传结构、指导基因克隆和利用分子标记辅助选择优化玉米株高和穗位高性状均具有重要意义。  相似文献

Detailed enzymatic properties of the ureido ring synthetase purified from Pseudomonas graveolens were investigated. Nucleotide specificity studies indicated that CTP, UTP, GTP, and ITP were each tenth to one-fifth as active as ATP. The effect of substrate concentration was examined. The Km values for 7,8-diaminopelargonic acid, biotin diaminocarboxylic acid, NaHCO3, ATP, and MgCl2 were 1 × 10?4 M, 4 × 10?5 M, 1 × 10?2 m, 5 × 10?5 M, and 3 × 10?3 M, respectively. It was elucidated that only ADP was produced from ATP in both the reaction of desthiobiotin synthesis from 7,8-diaminopelargonic acid and biotin synthesis from biotin diaminocarboxylic acid. The reaction was remarkably inhibited by Ni2+, Cd2+, Cu2+, Ag+, and As3+, while Mn2+ remarkably enhanced the enzyme reaction. The reaction was remarkably inhibited by metal-chelating reagents. It was elucidated that ADP had a competitively inhibiting effect on this enzyme reaction. 7,8-DiaminopeIargonic acid, which is the substrate for the desthiobiotin synthesis, competitively inhibited the biotin synthesis from biotin diaminocarboxylic acid. The stoichiometry of the desthiobiotin synthesis indicated that the formation ratio of desthiobiotin to ADP was 1 to 1.  相似文献

According to recent molecular phylogenetic data, the rare Australian endemic Maundia triglochinoides does not form a clade with taxa traditionally classified as members of Juncaginaceae. Therefore, views on the morphological evolution and taxonomy of Alismatales require re‐assessment. As the morphology of Maundia is poorly known and some key features have been controversially described in the literature, the flowers, fruits, inflorescence axes and peduncles were studied using light and scanning electron microscopy. Inflorescences are bractless spikes with flowers arranged in trimerous whorls. Except in the inflorescence tip (where the flower groundplan is variable), flowers possess two tepals in transversal‐abaxial positions, six stamens in two trimerous whorls and four carpels in median and transversal positions. Fruits are indehiscent. The shared possession of orthotropous ovules supports the molecular phylogenetic placement of Maundia as sister to a large clade including Potamogetonaceae and related families. Maundia and Aponogeton spp. share the same highly unusual floral groundplan, a homoplastic similarity that can be explained by spatial constraints in developing inflorescences. The nucellar coenocyte of Maundia appears to be unique among monocots. As Maundia exhibits a mosaic of features characteristic of other families of tepaloid core Alismatales, its segregation as a separate family is plausible. © 2013 The Linnean Society of London, Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society, 2013, 173 , 12–45.  相似文献
