为探讨基于康复教育护理团队实施康复护理对颅脑外伤术后偏瘫患者生活能力及神经功能恢复的影响,本研究选取96例颅脑外伤术后偏瘫患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各48例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组应用基于康复教育护理团队的康复护理。通过比较两组干预前后日常生活能力评分(ADL)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分及美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)的变化,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定干预前后患者心理状态的变化,并统计两组护理期间并发症发生率。研究发现,干预8周,两组轻度依赖、中度依赖所占比例上升,重度依赖、完全依赖所占比例下降,观察组轻度依赖所占比例高于对照组,完全依赖所占比例高于对照组(p<0.05);干预8周,两组FMA表感觉、运动功能、关节活动度、疼痛、平衡等维度评分均上升,观察组各维度评分上升幅度高于对照组(p<0.05),两组NIHSS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均降低,观察组上述量表评分低于对照组(p<0.05)。观察组护理期间并发症发生率略低于对照组,但比较差异无统计学意义(p<0.05)。本研究证实,对颅脑外伤术后偏瘫患者采用基于康复教育护理团队的康复护理模式可改善患者日常生活能力、运动功能及神经功能,纠正患者不良情绪。  相似文献

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Vegetative storage proteins (VSPs) are commonly bioactive in herbaceous plants but few VSPs with bioactivity have been identified in trees. In addition, information on the characterization of VSPs in evergreen trees is limited. The objective of this study was to characterize the VSPs with bioactivity in evergreen trees. Methods The VSP in lychee (Litchi chinensis), an evergreen fruit tree, was characterized by a combination of cytological, biochemical and molecular biological techniques. KEY RESULTS: The VSP in lychee was a 22-kDa protein. It accumulated in the large central vacuoles of protein-storing cells (PSCs) in two distinguishable forms, granular and floccular. The PSCs were of a novel type. The 22-kDa protein is distributed in mature leaves, bark tissues of branches, trunk and large roots, paralleling the distribution of PSCs. Its homologues were present in mature seed. During young shoot development and fruiting, the 22-kDa protein decreased apparently, suggesting a nitrogen-storage function. The 22-kDa protein had several isoforms encoded by a small multigene family. One gene member, LcVSP1, was cloned. The LcVSP1 had no intron and contained a 675 bp open reading frame encoding a putative protein of 225 amino acids. LcVSP1 was homologous to Kunitz trypsin inhibitors. The 22-kDa protein inhibited trypsin and chymotrypsin, but had no inhibitory effect on subtilisin. CONCLUSIONS: Lychee is rich in a 22-kDa VSP with trypsin inhibitor activity. The VSP plays an important role in nitrogen storage while its possible defensive function remains to be elucidated.  相似文献

The microtubule (MT) network is highly dynamic and undergoes dramatic reorganizations during the cell cycle. Dimers of α- and β-tubulins rapidly polymerize to and depolymerize from the end of MT fibrils in an intrinsic GTP-dependent manner. MT severing by ATP-driven enzymes such as katanin and spastin contributes significantly to microtubule dynamics, and it has been shown that katanin p60, a AAA+ family protein, has ATPase and MT-severing activities. The mechanism of MT severing by katanin p60 is poorly understood, and the residues in katanin p60 and tubulins important for severing activity were therefore explored in this study. MT-severing activity, but not ATPase activity, was inhibited by mutations of the conserved aromatic residue and the flanking basic residues in the pore region of the katanin p60 hexameric ring. When the acidic residue-rich C-terminal unstructured segment of either α- or β-tubulin was removed, polymerized MTs were resistant to katanin p60 treatment. Interactions between katanin p60 and the mutant MTs, on the other hand, were unaffected. Taken together, these findings led us to propose that the interactions between the positively charged residues of katanin p60 and the acidic tails of both tubulins are essential for efficient severing of MTs.  相似文献

To plan for the future I build on themes identified in my presidential address in Montréal, outlining our current status and initiatives, predicting and highlighting implications that call for expansion of our current activities and creation of new ones. Mercury is a highly toxic metal which induces oxidative stress. Superoxide dismutases, catalase, and glutathion peroxidase are proteins involved in the endogenous antioxidant defence system. In the present study rats were administered orally, by gavage, a single daily dose of HgCl2 for three consecutive days. In order to find a relation between the proteins involved in the antioxidant defence and mercury intoxication, parameters of liver injury, redox state of the cells, as well as intracellular protein levels and enzyme activities of Mn-dependent superoxide dismutase (MnSOD), Cu-Zn-dependent superoxide dismutase (CuZnSOD), catalase, and glutathione peroxidase (GPx) were assayed both in blood and in liver homogenates. HgCl2 at the doses of 0.1 mg/kg produced liver damage which that was detected by a slight increase in serum alanine aminotransferase and gamma glutamyl transferase. Hepatic GSH/GSSG ratio was assayed as a parameter of oxidative stress and a significant decrease was detected, as well as significant increases in enzyme activities and protein levels of hepatic antioxidant defence systems. Changes in both MnSOD and CuZnSOD were parallel to those of liver injury and oxidative stress, while the changes detected in catalase and GPx activities were progressively increased along with the mercury intoxication. Other enzyme activities related to the glutathione redox cycle, such as glutathione reductase (GR) and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH), also increased progressively. We conclude that against low doses of mercury that produce a slight oxidative stress and liver injury, the response of the liver was to induce the synthesis and activity of the enzymes involved in the endogenous antioxidant system. The activities of all the enzymes assayed showed a rapidly induced coordinated response.  相似文献

Portable amplifiers that record electromyograms (EMGs) for longer than four hours are commonly priced over $20,000 USD. This cost, and the technical challenges associated with recording EMGs during free-living situations, typically restrict EMG use to laboratory settings. A low-cost system (μEMG; OT Bioelecttronica, 100€), using specialized concentric bipolar electrodes, has been developed specifically for free-living situations. The purpose of this study was to validate the μEMG system by comparing EMGs from μEMG with a laboratory-based alternative (Telemyo 900; Noraxon USA, Inc.). Surface EMGs from biceps brachii (BB) and tibialis anterior (TA) of ten subjects were recorded simultaneously with both systems as subjects performed maximal voluntary contractions (MVCs), submaximal contractions at 25%, 50%, and 75% MVC, seven simulated activities of daily living (ADLs), and >60 min of simulated free-living inside the laboratory. In general, EMG parameters (e.g., average full-wave rectified EMG amplitude) derived from both systems were not significantly different for all outcome variables, except there were small differences across systems in baseline noise and absolute EMG amplitudes during MVCs. These results suggest that μEMG is a valid approach to the long-term recording of EMG.  相似文献

Extracellular adenosine 5′‐triphosphate (eATP) is emerging as an important plant signalling compound capable of mobilising intracellular second messengers such as Ca2+, nitric oxide, and reactive oxygen species. However, the downstream molecular targets and the spectrum of physiological processes that eATP regulates are largely unknown. We used exogenous ATP and a non‐hydrolysable analogue as probes to identify the molecular and physiological effects of eATP‐mediated signalling in tobacco. 2‐DE coupled with MS/MS analysis revealed differential protein expression in response to perturbation of eATP signalling. These proteins are in several functional classes that included photosynthesis, mitochondrial ATP synthesis, and defence against oxidative stress, but the biggest response was in the pathogen defence‐related proteins. Consistent with this, impairment of eATP signalling induced resistance against the bacterial pathogen Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora. In addition, disease resistance activated by a fungal pathogen elicitor (xylanase from Trichoderma viride) was concomitant with eATP depletion. These results reveal several previously unknown putative molecular targets of eATP signalling, which pinpoint eATP as an important hub at which regulatory signals of some major primary metabolic pathways and defence responses are integrated.  相似文献
