光合作用与干物质生产是观赏植物外观品质形成的基础。水分是影响植物光合作用与干物质生产的重要因子。为定量研究水分对切花百合光合作用与干物质生产的影响,以切花百合品种‘索邦’(Lilium‘Sorbonne’)为试验材料,于2009年3月至2010年1月在南京的连栋温室内开展了不同定植期和不同水分处理的栽培试验,以基于光温的温室花卉生长动态预测模型为基础,定量分析了不同定植期和不同水分处理条件下切花百合叶面积指数、光合速率和干物质生产的动态影响,并确定了切花百合正常生长的临界基质水势,建立了基质水势对切花百合光合速率和干物质生产影响的动态预测模型。结果表明,本文所建模型对切花百合叶片最大总光合速率和植株总干质量的预测效果较好,模型对叶面积指数、叶片最大总光合速率和植株干物质量的预测值与实测值之间的决定系数(r2)分别为0.97,0.96,0.94,相对根均方差(rRMSE)分别为7.12%、4.37%、11.14%。该模型能较好地预测水分对切花百合叶片最大总光合速率和植株总干质量的动态影响,可为进一步优化切花百合生产的水分管理提供决策支持。  相似文献

Resolving the issue of how Early Stone Age hominins acquired large mammal carcasses requires information on their feeding interactions with large carnivores. This ecological information and its behavioral and evolutionary implications are revealed most directly from the tooth, cut, and percussion marks on bone surfaces generated by hominin and carnivore feeding activities. This paper employs a bootstrap method, a form of random resampling with replacement, to refine published neotaphonomic models that use the assemblage-wide proportions of long bones bearing feeding traces to infer the sequences in which Plio-Pleistocene hominins and carnivores accessed flesh, marrow, and/or grease from carcasses. Results validate the sensitivity of the models for inferring hominin feeding ecology, which have been questioned on grounds shown here to be unfounded. The bootstrapped feeding trace models are applied to the late Pliocene larger mammal fossil assemblage from FLK 22 (Zinjanthropus site), Olduvai Gorge, Tanzania. High frequencies of tooth and percussion marking on long bone midshaft fragments from FLK 22 are most consistent with those feeding trace models that simulate hominin scavenging from carcasses defleshed by carnivores, while cut mark data indicate that hominins more often had access to upper forelimb flesh than upper hind limb flesh. Together, the bone surface modification data indicate that hominins typically gained secondary access to partially defleshed carnivore kills, but they also allow for the possibility of some carcasses being processed only by carnivores and only by hominins.  相似文献

Sarcoplasmic proteins isolated from bovine livers were hydrolyzed using the enzyme thermolysin at 37 ?C for 2 h. The hydrolyzates were filtered through molecular weight cut off membranes (MWCO) and filtrates were obtained. The water activity (aw) of unhydrolysed sarcoplasmic protein, full hydrolyzates, 10-kDa and 3-kDa filtrates were below the limit necessary for microbial growth. The antioxidant activities of both filtrates and fractions were assessed using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity assay, the ferric ion reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assay and the Fe2+ chelating ability assay. RP-HPLC was used for purification of the full hydrolyzates, the 10-kDa and the 3-kDa filtrates. The peptidic content of the full hydrolyzates, the 10-kDa and the 3-kDa filtrates were assessed using the Dumas method and peptide contents of each fraction were characterized using electrospray quadrupole time-of-flight (ESI-Q-TOF) mass spectrometry with the resultant spectrum analysed using the software programmes Protein Lynx Global Server 2.4. and TurboSEQUEST. Similarities between the amino acid composition of characterized peptides from each fraction and previously reported antioxidant peptides were found. This study demonstrates that meat by-product such as liver can be utilised as raw material for the generation of bioactive peptides with demonstrated antioxidant activities in vitro using the enzyme thermolysin. It is significant as it presents a potential opportunity for meat processors to use their waste streams for the generation of bioactive peptides for potential functional food use.  相似文献

Kinesin-5 is a homotetrameric motor with its motor domain at the N-terminus. Kinesin-5 crosslinks microtubules and functions in separating spindle poles during mitosis. In this study, the motile properties of Cut7, fission yeast kinesin-5, were examined for the first time. In in vitro motility assays, full-length Cut7 moved toward minus-end of microtubules, but the N-terminal half of Cut7 moved toward the opposite direction. Furthermore, additional truncated constructs lacking the N-terminal or C-terminal regions, but still contained the motor domain, did not switch the motile direction. These indicated that Cut7 was a bidirectional motor, and microtubule binding regions at the N-terminus and C-terminus were not involved in its directionality.  相似文献

Cut spikes of sweet pea (Lathyrus odoratus L.) were kept in 2% sucrose, 200 ppm 8-hydroxyquinoline sulfate (8-HQS), pulsing treatment with 200 ppm 8-HQS in combination with 2% sucrose for 12 h, pulsing the spikes with 0.2 mM silver thiosulfate (STS) for 1 h and pulsing with 0.2 mM STS for 1 h followed by 2% sucrose solution. Therefore, this study aimed to see their effects on keeping quality and vase-life of the cut flowers. A control (deionized water) and a standard preservative were also included in the experiment. The results showed that all treatments had improved the keeping quality and vase-life of the cut flowers comparing to control ones. Among all these treatments, the 8-HQS combined with 2% sucrose showed the best water uptake, water balance, percentage of maximum increase in fresh weight of the cut flower stems and vase-life which was extended up to 17 days. Moreover, this keeping solution retarded the chlorophyll as well as carbohydrate degradation. However, anthocyanin concentrations were increased by treatments with sucrose alone or STS followed by sucrose during the postharvest life. It has been concluded that 200 ppm 8-HQS combined with 2% sucrose solution has the potential to be used as a commercial cut flower preservative solution to delay flower senescence, enhance post harvest quality and prolong the vase-life of sweet pea cut flowers.  相似文献

Abstract. The role of the propagule bank in aquatic plant maintenance was studied in two riverine wetlands. Four sites were selected, characterized respectively by flooding, drying up, both disturbances operating, and neither operating. Our hypothesis was that recolonization after drying up would mostly involve seeds and buds from the propagule bank, whereas recolonization after floods would mostly involve rhizomes. Dry sites were characterized by a high density of seeds, and a high similarity between seed species and established vegetation. Unspecialized fragments remaining in wet parts of the sediment probably also contribute to species maintenance. Species maintenance in sites subjected to flooding was highly dependent on deeply anchored rhizomes, as indicated by the strong floristic similarity between species that occur in the established vegetation and rhizomes in the bank. Regeneration of the community after scouring floods also involved seeds, some species being able to flower under water. When scouring flooding and drying up were superimposed, regenerative strategies exhibited in the bank did not simply result from the ‘addition’ of the two disturbance effects. When the disturbances did not occur too closely together in time, species were able to survive either by: (1) producing many propagules under aquatic conditions or (2) coping with the temporal variability by producing several types of propagules.  相似文献

Cut flowering stems (45 cm long) of carnation (cv. Master) and rose (cv. Red Sandra) were placed in test tubes containing distilled water with or without commercial preservative (20 ml l–1), under fluorescent tubes of 50 ± 10 mol m–2 s–1 Photosynthetic photon flux (PPF). A mixed radiation from fluorescent tubes with red light provided by light emitting diodes (LEDs) and monochromic red light of low 50 or high 90 ± 10 mol m–2 s–1 was also tested in the absence of preservative solution. Both red light with high PPF and the mixed radiation under low PPF extended the vase life of cut carnations, and flower freshness could be maintained for 10.9 days compared with a water/fluorescent light control. In cut rose, the treatment containing the preservative solution under fluorescent tubes alone and in red alone, regardless of light intensity, prolonged vase life for 4.6 and 4.2 days longer than the control, respectively. Treatment with red LEDs plus high PPF resulted in complete petal opening in carnation flowers.  相似文献

Influence of continuous supply with a solution of glucose on the changes in the content of soluble sugars and proteins in various organs of the cut rose (Rosa hybrida cv. Carina). Exogenous glucose continuously supplied to the cut rose is immediately converted into saccharose in the stem tissues. This saccharose migrates to the flower, where it is immediately hyd-rolysed, and to the leaves where its hydrolysis occurs more slowly. The reducing sugars resulting from the hydrolysis of saccharose in the flower and, therefore, possibly from the hydrolysis of saccharose in leaves, induce a large accumulation of hexoses (glucose and fructose) in the flower. The protein content does not depend on the level of reducing sugars in the flower.  相似文献

本文探明了8HQC(8—羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐)、STS(硫代硫酸银)、BA(6—苄基腺嘌呤)等化学药剂和蔗糖预处理对蕾期采收的小苍兰切花的保鲜效果。(1)各种药剂处理均可提高开花率及观赏品质,其中8HQC+STS+BA+蔗糖的组合效果最佳,开花率比对照提高37.6%,花径增大5.6毫米,瓶插寿命延长6.9天。(2)药剂预处理明显提高切花耐藏性,经处理的切花经3~5天冷藏后瓶插,其观赏品质和瓶插寿命仍显著高于未经处理和冷藏的对照组。品种间的耐藏性有差异。作者认为,药剂处理的显著作用之一是改善了切花体内的水份状况。  相似文献
