山楂为传统中药,也是保健食品山楂饼等的主要原料,通过对一些省、市、县的商品药材山楂及其原植物的调查,发现中药山楂的原植物有5种1变种,他们是:山楂、山里红(变种)、野山楂、云南山楂、光萼林檎(新种)和台湾林檎,均隶属于蔷薇科。本文提供中药山楂原植物分种检索表,新分类群的描述,药材性状主要鉴别特征和资源分布等。  相似文献

  • 1 Colour change is shown to be related to the timing of sexual maturation of P.peregrina Förster. Males become sexually mature and attain their autumnal coloration about 3 weeks before females.
  • 2 Upon maturation males migrate down branches into the inner crowns of hawthorn trees. Females show a similar movement as they mature later in the season.
  • 3 Seasonal colour changes may serve cryptic functions and are appropriate to the different environments in which adults are found during the season.
  • 4 The distribution of overwintering eggs reflects the post maturation distribution of adult psyllids, with eggs being concentrated on old wood towards the base of hawthorn branches.

In our chemotaxonomic investigation of pharmaceutically relevant Crataegus species, the qualitative and quantitative flavonoid fingerprint of Crataegus monogyna and C. pentagyna is presented. Six flavonoids were identified as vitexin-2'-O-rhamnoside (1), vitexin (2), isovitexin (3), rutin (4), hyperoside (5), and isoquercitrin (6). Besides the verification of the main compounds isoorientin (7) and orientin (8) in C. pentagyna, further four flavonoids were isolated and identified as isoorientin-2'-O-rhamnoside (9), orientin-2'-O-rhamnoside (10), isovitexin-2'-O-rhamnoside (11), and 8-methoxykaempferol-3-O-glucoside (12) by means of 1D- and 2D-NMR, MS, and UV analyses. Compound 12 was isolated for the first time from C. pentagyna. In contrast to C. pentagyna, C. monogyna samples were predominated by 4'-acetylvitexin-2'-O-rhamnoside (13), which was missing in C. pentagyna. Hence, 13 represents an interesting compound for chemotaxonomy of C. monogyna, whereas the main flavonoids 7, 8, and 12 could be proposed as markers for C. pentagyna. The absence of 7, 8, 12, and 13 in C. laevigata offers an appropriate tool for additional differentiation from C. monogyna and C. pentagyna, and for sample identification and quality control of the three main Crataegus species used in European phytotherapy.  相似文献

Polyploidy and gametophytic apomixis are two important and associated processes in plants. Many hawthorn species are polyploids and can reproduce both sexually and apomictically. However, the population genetic structure of these species is poorly understood. Crataegus douglasii is represented exclusively by self-compatible tetraploid pseudogamous apomicts across North America, whereas Crataegus suksdorfii found in the Pacific Northwest is known to include self-incompatible diploid sexuals as well as polyploid apomicts. We compare population structure and genetic variability in these two closely related taxa using microsatellite and chloroplast sequence markers. Using 13 microsatellite loci located on four linkage groups, 251 alleles were detected in 239 individuals sampled from 15 localities. Within-population multilocus genotypic variation and molecular diversity are greatest in diploid sexuals and lowest in triploid apomicts. Apart from the isolation of eastern North American populations of C. douglasii , there is little evidence of isolation by distance in this taxon. Genetic diversity in western populations of C. douglasii suggests that gene flow is frequent, and that colonization and establishment are often successful. In contrast, local populations of C. suksdorfii are more markedly differentiated. Gene flow appears to be limited primarily by distance in diploids and by apomixis and self-compatibility in polyploids. We infer that apomixis and reproductive barriers between cytotypes are factors that reduce the frequency of gene flow among populations, and may ultimately lead to allopatric speciation in C. suksdorfii . Our findings shed light on evolution in woody plants that show heterogeneous ploidy levels and reproductive systems.  相似文献

为充分利用山楂叶用资源,采用反相高效液相色谱法,以ZORBAX Extend-C18色谱柱(250×4.6 mm,5 μm),乙腈-0.5%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长345 nm,柱温25℃,对不同生长时期的绿肉山楂叶中牡荆苷、牡荆素2″-O-鼠李糖苷、金丝桃苷、芦丁和槲皮素含量进行测定。结果表明,在此分析检测条件下牡荆苷、牡荆素 2″-O-鼠李糖苷、金丝桃苷、芦丁和槲皮素的精密度、重复性、稳定性及平均加样回收率试验的RSD值均小于3%,方法准确可靠。绿肉山楂叶中含有的黄酮类成分主要以牡荆苷和金丝桃苷为主,且二者含量变化规律与其总黄酮含量变化相似,均在10月初含量达到最高;此时采摘,其质量完全符合《中国药典》的有关规定,故绿肉山楂可作为一种新的药用资源来进一步开发利用。  相似文献

In Germany, hydroalcoholic extracts from hawthorn (Crataegus spp.) leaves with flowers are approved drugs for the treatment of mild forms of heart insufficiency. Besides cardiotonic effects these herbal remedies have been shown to possess cardioprotective properties. We now evaluated if treatment of rats with the Crataegus special extract WS 1442 also improves cardiac function and prevents myocardial infarction during prolonged ischemia and reperfusion lasting for 240 and 15 min, respectively. Oral administration of WS 1442 (10 or 100 mg x kg(-1) x day(-1)) for 7 days before ligation of the left coronary artery dose-dependently suppressed the decrease of the pressure rate product. WS 1442 treatment also attenuated the elevation of the ST-segment in the ECG, diminished the incidence of ventricular fibrillations (control: 67%; 10 mg x kg(-1): 64%; 100 mg x kg(-1): 27%) and reduced the mortality rate (control: 47%; 10 mg.kg(-1): 27%; 100 mg x kg(-1): 9%). Furthermore, the area of myocardial infarction within the ischemic zone was significantly smaller in treated rats (10 mg x kg(-1): 64.3 +/- 5.1%; 100 mg x kg(-1): 42.8 +/- 4.1%) when compared with controls (78.4 +/- 2.6%). It is suggested that these pharmacological effects are accounted for by the combined antioxidative, leukocyte elastase inhibiting and endothelial nitric oxide (NO) synthesis enhancing properties of WS 1442.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to delimit the taxa of the Crataegus rosei complex using an integrative approach that incorporates a suite of molecular (cpDNA and nuclear microsatellite markers), morphological, and geometric morphometric characters. One hundred and ten plants from 19 populations that encompass the entire distribution range of the species complex were collected and examined along with herbarium specimens. Parsimony and Bayesian inference analyses were run using morphological, molecular, and both the morphological and molecular data sets combined. Analyses to determine genetic structure based on microsatellite data and multivariate analyses incorporating geometric morphometrics were also done to identify differences in leaf shape. The results supported the recognition of two taxa: C. rosei with high levels of gene flow among its populations, remarkable morphological variation and a wide distribution range and C. rosei var. amoena, composed of a few isolated populations in the high elevation location of Cerro Potosí; a new specific epithet will be decided for the latter in accordance with the International Code of Nomenclature for algae, fungi, and plants.  相似文献

  • Within‐individual trait variation – otherwise known as sub‐individual variation – is an important component of phenotypic variation, with both a genetic and epigenetic basis. We explore its adaptive value and the effects of ontogeny and the environment on sub‐individual variability.
  • We conducted a field study to analyse the effects of tree age, soil pH, soil water content and soil nutrients on sub‐individual variability in fruit size of hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna) in three sites in northwest Spain. Additionally, we examined how bird‐mediated selection influences average and sub‐individual variation in fruit size.
  • Results show that average and sub‐individual variations in fruit size were related to fitness affecting seed dispersal. Older trees produced larger fruits, but tree age did not affect sub‐individual variation in fruit size. Abiotic environmental factors differently affected sub‐individual variation and average fruit size. Seed‐dispersing birds exerted correlated selection on average and variation in fruit size, favouring trees with larger and less variable fruit size at one site.
  • Our work suggests that the fruit size variation within individual trees, the sub‐individual variation, is modified by abiotic environmental factors and, additionally, is an adaptive trait that responds to natural selection.

Stroke is the third leading cause of death as dementia is a main symptom of Alzheimer's disease. One of the important mechanisms in the pathogeny of stroke is free radical production during the reperfusion period, therefore the effects of a type of natural antioxidant, i.e. Crataegus flavonoids (CF), on brain ischemic insults were investigated in Mongolian gerbil stroke model. Results showed that pretreatment of the animals with CF decreased reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, thiobarbituric acid reactive substances content, and nitrite/nitrate concentration in brain homogenate, increased the brain homogenate-associated antioxidant level in a dose-dependent manner. CF pretreatment increased the amount of biologically available NO by scavenging of superoxide anion produced during reperfusion. At same time, in the process of ischemia/reperfusion brain damage, the content of nitrite/nitrate (the end product of NO) increased, and of NO detected by ESR decreased. Oral pretreatment with CF decreased the nitrite/nitrate content in the brain homogenate and increased the biologically available NO concentration in a dose-dependent manner. The increasing effect of antioxidant on NO might be due to its scavenging effect on superoxide anion, which could react with NO into peroxynitrite. iNOS was implied in delayed neuron death after brain ischemic damage and it was found that pretreatment with CF could decrease the protein level of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha and nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-kappaB), and increase the mRNA level of NOS estimated by western blotting and RT-PCR. More neurons survived and fewer cells suffered apoptosis in the hippocampal CA1 region of CF treated animal brain. These results suggest that oral administration of this antioxidant increases the antioxidant level in the brain and protects the brain against delayed cell death caused by ischemia/reperfusion injury.  相似文献
