高温胁迫对枇杷果皮热伤害的抗氧化特性影响

为探讨枇杷[Eriobotrya japonica(Thunb.)Lindl.]对高温胁迫的响应,对‘红种’枇杷果皮热伤害的抗氧化特性进行研究。结果表明,在自然光下,枇杷果皮热伤害的阈值为40℃(1.5 h),且果皮热伤害与温度和持续时间关系密切,光照可促进热伤害的发生。枇杷果皮受热伤害程度与果实本身的营养状态有关,果肉维生素C(Vc)、钙(Ca)含量越低,果皮热伤害级数越高。与25℃相比,40℃高温处理增加了果皮的超氧阴离子和丙二醛(MDA)含量,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性呈下降趋势。这揭示了高温胁迫下枇杷果皮对热伤害的抗氧化响应机制。     

Efficacy of neem compost on root knot nematode pest of Lagos spinach,Celosia argentea

The effects of neem compost on root knot nematode, Meloidogyne incognita, pest of Lagos spinach, Celosia argentea, cv. TLV 8, was studied during 2010 and 2011 planting seasons on the field. The trial was conducted at the Teaching and Research Farm of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria. There were four treatments, replicated five times fitted into randomised complete block design. Neem compost was applied at 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0?tonnes/ha. Experimental plots, where no compost was applied served as the control. The result obtained shows that Lagos spinach treated with neem compost significantly (p?<?0.05) reduced the final soil nematode population and root infections (damage), with resultant improvement on crop growth and yield. The result of the chemical analysis of the neem compost revealed the presence of flavonoids, sterols, glycosides, alkaloids and saponins.     

何首乌体细胞胚的诱导及植株再生研究

以何首乌茎尖、茎段为外植体,经体细胞胚发生途径,进行胚性愈伤组织诱导、体细胞胚的诱导、植株再生的研究.并采用临时压片法对体细胞胚的发育过程进行观察.结果表明愈伤组织诱导最适培养基为Ms＋6-BA 2.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.5 mg/L,体细胞胚诱导最适培养基为MS＋6-BA 1.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.2 mg/L.将产生的体细胞胚首先接种于MS基本培养基使其充分发育后转入MS＋6-BA 2.0 mg/L培养基中诱导出芽,出芽率高于直接采用Ms＋6-BA 2.0 mg/L培养基诱导.体细胞胚的发育过程是首先在愈伤组织表面形成许多瘤状突起即胚性细胞团,胚性细胞团继续发育成球形胚、盾形胚,球形胚、盾形胚成熟后发育成植株.     

淮山微波真空干燥特性与动力学模型

探索了淮山在不同切分方式、热烫条件、装载量、真空度、转盘转速、温度、切片厚度等干燥条件下的干燥特性,并建立了干燥动力学模型。结果表明:切分方式、装载量、真空度、温度与切片厚度对淮山干燥速率的影响显著。选用6种常用的干燥模型对不同真空度下的试验数据进行非线性回归拟合,并确定了模型参数。结果发现Page模型具有较高的拟合度(R2)与较低的残差平方和,且P <0. 01,说明该模型能较准确地表达和预测淮山微波真空干燥过程的水分变化规律。     

华东地区青冈种群的等位酶变异

华东地区６个青岗种群等位酶变异的检测结果表明,青冈种群的遗传变异较大,每位点含有的等位基因较多,平均为２．３个,种水平的平均每位点等位基因数目为２．４。种群水平有效等位基因数目为１．４４６,种水平为１．４６７。Ｈａｒｄｙ－Ｗｅｉｎｂｅｒｇ平衡检验表明,青冈种群中不少位点偏离该平衡,其原因是种群内含有较多的纯合子,表现为多数位点的固定指数大于０,其中有９个位点的固定指数与０的偏差达到显著水平。     

Ls-RRNA 5′ Nucleotide Sequence of Rohdea japonica (Liliaceae) and its Evolutionary Significance

The sequence of Ls-rRNA 5' terminal 347 nucleotides of Rohdea japonica (Thunb.) Roth has been precisely determined. 木荷属(山茶科)一新变种——扁果银木荷

金银花丙酮酸激酶基因的克隆与表达特性分析

采用RT-PCR和RACE技术,首次从金银花中克隆丙酮酸激酶基因全长cDNA,命名为LjPkc(GenBank登录号JQ621946.1),LjPkc基因编码区序列全长为1 533bp,共编码510个氨基酸。基于基因序列亲缘关系分析结果显示,LjPkc基因与烟草Pkc基因亲缘关系最近,属于双子叶植物Pkc基因家族。蛋白质亚细胞定位分析认为LjPkc在线粒体或叶绿体中发挥作用。LjPkc蛋白质的三维空间结构预测结果显示,LjPkc蛋白主要由α-螺旋、不规则盘绕组成。定量PCR检测发现,LjPkc基因在金银花不同组织中广泛表达,但表达水平各有差异,黄花中表达量最高。该研究丰富了Pkc基因库资源,为揭示LjPkc基因在金银花糖代谢方面的生物学作用奠定了基础。     

天仙果的繁殖生物学研究

研究了天仙果（Ficus erecta Thunb.var.beecheyana(Hook.et Arn.)King）的繁殖生物学特性。春季雌株不形成雌花序,雄瘿株的花序中雄花也不完全发育,只有瘿花发育良好,这些瘿花为培育传粉者（Blastophaga sp.)提供了必需的繁殖及发育场所;夏秋季是天仙果自身的繁殖时期,雌花充雄花花药发育良好。雌花期与雄花期每年在3－4月份及6－8月份相遇。通常进入花序传粉或产卵的小蜂只有1－2只。对天仙果隐头花序的配置及花的解剖研究还表明,其繁殖习性是榕树－榕小蜂共生体系繁殖对策多样性的体现。
