报道了发现于东非肯尼亚塔易塔(Taita)地区亚乐森林(Yale Forest)的凤仙花属(Impatiens L.)一新变种,即:白花拟堇菜凤仙(I.pseudoviola Gilg var.alba G.W.Hu et Q.F.Wang),该新变种与原变种拟堇菜凤仙(I.pseudoviola Gilg var.pseudoviola)的区别是:花冠纯白色,茎和叶柄均为浅绿色,植株整体缺乏紫色色素;花柄近无毛;低位侧生萼片与高位的侧生萼片近合生。  相似文献

Hazel (Corylus avellana L.) has recently been drawing attention as an alternative source of taxol. In the present study, the effects of sugar type, and different concentrations of phenylalanine (Phe) and vanadyl sulfate (V) on the production of taxol in C. avellana were investigated. A factorial experiment was used to optimize the concentrations of the precursor and elicitor. The cells were treated with Phe and V on the fourth day of culture and were harvested every 2 days until the 10th day. By increasing the Phe and V supply, taxol production increased during the culture period and the maximum level of 4.2 μg/g (dry weight) was obtained at day 10 by combining 3 μM of Phe and 0.05 and 0.1 mM of V in media supplemented with fructose (3%). The time course study on taxol production suggested that the appropriate time for using Phe is day 4 of culture, and day 8 for V. Overall, taxol production in C. avellana cell suspension culture was improved by the use of the combined strategy.  相似文献

Riassunto Si sono allestite le schede morfopalinologiche compilate secondo le norme della ?Flora Palinologica Italiana?, perCorylus avellana L. cv. TGL eCorylus maxima Miller per polline acetolizzato e fresco. Le due specie rivestono interesse agronomico anche per l'ottenimento di ibridi interspecifici. La differenza del rapporto P/E fra le due entità risulta altamente significativa Tuttavia non è possibile un riconoscimento dei due tipi pollinici direttamente in analisi aerosporologiche.
Summary Palynological cards ofCorylus avellana cv. TGL andCorylus maxima Miller are presented for fresh and acetolyzed pollens, according to the project ?Flora Palinologica Italiana?. Both species are interesting from the agricultural point of view, also for the possibility to obtain interspecific hybrids. The difference of the P/E ratio between the two entities is highly significant. In sprite of this fact, is not possible to discriminate the two pollen types in aerosporological analysis for their extreme similarity.

Summary Pollen-stigma compatibility relationships are reported for 55 filbert cultivars (cvs) (Corylus avellana L.). A total of 11 S-alleles have been identified amongst 36 cvs for which one or both S-alleles have been established. Growing evidence indicates that both seizure (glutamate) and cocaine (dopamine) treatment modulate synaptic plasticity within the mesolimbic region of the CNS. Activation of glutamatergic neurons depends on the localized translation of neuronal mRNA products involved in modulating synaptic plasticity. In this study, we demonstrate the dendritic localization of HuR and HuD RNA‐binding proteins (RBPs) and their association with neuronal mRNAs following these two paradigms of seizure and cocaine treatment. Both the ubiquitously expressed HuR and neuronal HuD RBPs were detected in different regions as well as within dendrites of the brain and in dissociated neurons. Quantitative analysis revealed an increase in HuR, HuD and p‐glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β) protein levels as well as neuronal mRNAs encoding Homer, CaMKIIα, vascular early response gene, GAP‐43, neuritin, and neuroligin protein products following either seizure or cocaine treatment. Inhibition of the Akt/GSK3β signaling pathway by acute or chronic LiCl treatment revealed changes in HuR, HuD, pGSK3β, p‐Akt, and β‐catenin protein levels. In addition, a genetically engineered hyperdopaminergic mouse model (dopamine transporter knockout) revealed decreased expression of HuR protein levels, but no significant change was observed in HuD or fragile‐X mental retardation protein RBPs. Finally, our data suggest that HuR and HuD RBPs potentially interact directly with neuronal mRNAs important for differentiation and synaptic plasticity.  相似文献
