目的探讨不同干预时机下复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合四联疗法在首次根除幽门螺杆菌(H. pylori)失败患者补救治疗中的作用。方法选择西安市第一医院消化内科90例经标准四联疗法根除H. pylori失败的患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组A(A组)、研究组B(B组)与对照组(C组),各30例。A组患者使用复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合补救四联疗法治疗。B组患者在补救四联疗法结束后序贯使用复方嗜酸乳杆菌片2周。C组患者单独采用补救四联疗法治疗。比较3组患者临床症状、不良反应发生率及H. pylori根除率。结果A组、B组、C组患者总有效率分别为93.33%(28/30),90.00%(27/30),66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.120,P=0.010)。A组、B组、C组患者总不良反应发生率分别为13.33%(4/30)、16.67%(5/30)、66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.522,P<0.001)。A组、B组、C组患者H. pylori根除率分别为60.00%(18/30)、63.33%(19/30)、33.33%(10/30),差异有统计学意义(χ2 =6.502,P=0.039)。A组与B组患者H. pylori根除率相比差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.071,P=0.791)。结论复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合四联疗法可提高首次四联疗法根除H. pylori失败患者H. pylori根除率,改善患者临床症状,降低总体不良反应发生率,但不同干预时机下复方嗜酸乳杆菌片对H. pylori根除率无明显影响。  相似文献

目的探讨对溃疡性结肠炎厌氧菌菌群失调简便检查方法,寻找有效治疗溃疡性结肠炎的中药合剂。方法用冰乙酸诱发大鼠结肠炎模型,用复方树舌中药治疗,在治疗期间分别检测每组大鼠厌氧菌代谢产物、挥发性脂肪酸的含量、了解肠厌氧菌群改变,一般切片行HE染色,观察病理变化。结果(1)模型组大鼠挥发性脂肪酸明显低于正常组(P〈0.05);pH从第2天起升高明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.05),各治疗组与自然恢复组比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。(2)自然恢复组与各用药组间的炎症评分比较P〈0.01,各治疗组间比较,树舌加丽珠肠乐组组织损伤评分小(P〈0.05)。结论(1)测定厌氧菌的代谢产物挥发性脂肪酸含量,即可对肠内厌氧菌菌群失调做出判断。(2)实验证明,复方树舌中药可作为益生元调节肠道菌群失调及黏膜的修复,对溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。  相似文献

目的:探讨复合负压吸引的外固定钢板治疗四肢开放性骨折的应用价值。方法:选择2014年1月到2017年1月到我院诊治的胫腓骨中下段开放性骨折患者共68例为研究对象,根据随机信封抽签原则分为观察组与对照组,每组34例。对照组给予负压封闭引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)的常规外固定钢板治疗,观察组给予复合负压吸引的外固定钢板治疗,记录和比较围手术期严重并发症的发生情况、手术时间、骨折愈合时间、临床疗效和创口愈合情况。结果:两组患者都完成手术,围手术期并无严重并发症发生。观察组的手术时间与骨折愈合时间分别为38.24±8.16 min和8.83±1.01周,均明显少于对照组(49.50±9.87min和12.23±0.91周)(P0.05)。术后3个月,观察组和对照组的疗效优良率分别是97.1%、82.4%,观察组明显高于对照组(P0.05);观察组的创口甲级愈合28例,乙级愈合6例,丙级愈合0例;对照组甲级愈合21例,乙级愈合8例,丙级愈合5例,观察组创口愈合情况明细优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:复合负压吸引的外固定钢板治疗四肢开放性骨折能明显缩短手术时间,促进骨折愈合,提高创口愈合质量,提高临床疗效。  相似文献

【背景】病毒病是甘薯的一种重要病害,给甘薯生产带来了严重的经济损失,而生产中甘薯病毒病病原种类复杂多样。【目的】明确福建甘薯病毒病种类、分布及流行,对主要病毒进行多样性分析。【方法】从福建主要甘薯种植区采集病毒病样品,利用PCR/RT-PCR的方法对采集的样品进行病原检测,获得病毒序列,利用MEGA 6.0构建系统进化树进行遗传分析。【结果】从福建7个甘薯产区鉴定12种甘薯病毒,包括9种RNA病毒:甘薯羽状斑驳病毒(Sweet potato feathery mottle virus,SPFMV)、甘薯褪绿矮化病毒(Sweet potato chlorotic stunt virus,SPCSV)、甘薯G病毒(Sweet potato virus G,SPVG)、甘薯C病毒(Sweet potato virus C,SPVC)、甘薯2号病毒(Sweet potato virus 2)、甘薯褪绿斑病毒(Sweet potato chlorotic fleck virus,SPCFV)、甘薯潜隐病毒(Sweet potato latent virus,SPLV)、甘薯轻型斑点病毒(Sweetpotatomildspeakingvirus,SPMSV)、黄瓜花叶病毒(Cucumber mosaic virus,CMV),3种DNA病毒:甘薯卷叶病毒(Sweet potato leaf curl virus,SPLCV),甘薯无症状1号病毒(Sweet potato symptomless virus 1,SPSMV-1),甘薯杆状DNA病毒B (SPBV-B)。SPFMV、SPCSV、SPVG和SPLCV检出率最高,分别为50.28%、41.90%、35.75%和24.58%,CMV检出率最低,为2.79%,未检测到甘薯C-6病毒(SweetpotatoC-6)和甘薯轻型斑驳病毒(Sweetpotatomild mottle virus,SPMMV)。福建甘薯主要以2-6种病毒复合侵染为主,单一侵染率占14.39%,2种以上复合侵染占85.61%。福建SPFMV分离物存在EA、O和RC3种株系,SPCSV分离物存在WA1种株系,未发现EA株系,甘薯卷叶病毒分属于2个不同的株系群。【结论】福建甘薯病毒种类多样,以复合侵染为主,且存在多种株系,遗传结构复杂。  相似文献

使用淮河流域1981年至2020年的149个气象站点的气温和相对湿度数据,分析了流域暖季极端高温干旱复合事件(Compound Drought and Heat Events,CDHEs)的时空演变特征,并通过趋势分析和相关分析法探讨了CDHEs与气候和植被的关系。结果表明:①CDHEs的发生日数在年代际尺度上呈现明显的增加趋势,并且范围扩大,频发区逐渐向淮河流域中西部移动;②在年际尺度上,CDHEs随时间序列呈显著的波动上升趋势,空间分布上以西北部为中心向四周递减。连续CDHEs事件呈年际变化,最大2至4天的连续事件存在波动,2019年达到高峰,并且在流域内零散或成片出现;③在月际尺度上,CDHEs的发生日数在6月最多,其次是5月、7月、9月和8月。淮河流域入汛前的旱情和入汛后的旱涝急转都容易导致CDHEs发生,而且随着月际变化向南移动;④CDHEs对水热条件和大气环流具有特别的敏感性。在850hPa反气旋和500hPa显著高压异常的控制下,高温、低湿、高蒸发和降水少的气候背景有利于淮河地区CDHEs的形成,尤其是在淮河中西部地区。因此,CDHEs的发生与气候变化密切相关;⑤CDHEs与植被生长也存在显著关系。CDHEs与GPP呈显著的负相关,而与NDVI呈显著的正相关,显著地区的土地类型以耕地和城乡、工矿、居民用地为主。GPP和NDVI的不同步可能是因为多种因素的非线性相互作用,而不仅仅是单一因素的影响。此外,对于GPP和NDVI来说,土壤含水量至关重要。总之,本文对淮河流域CDHEs的时空分布特征进行了深入研究,并探讨了其与气候和植被的关系。研究结果可以为该地区的气象灾害防御和生态环境保护提供科学依据和参考。  相似文献

Dehaloperoxidase (DHP) from Amphitrite ornata, having been shown to catalyze the hydrogen peroxide-dependent oxidation of trihalophenols to dihaloquinones, is the first oxygen binding globin that possesses a biologically relevant peroxidase activity. The catalytically competent species in DHP appears to be Compound ES, a reactive intermediate that contains both a ferryl heme and a tyrosyl radical. By simulating the EPR spectra of DHP activated by H2O2, Thompson et al. (Thompson, M. K., Franzen, S., Ghiladi, R. A., Reeder, B. J., and Svistunenko, D. A. (2010) J. Am. Chem. Soc. 132, 17501–17510) proposed that two different radicals, depending on the pH, are formed, one located on either Tyr-34 or Tyr-28 and the other on Tyr-38. To provide additional support for these simulation-based assignments and to deduce the role(s) that tyrosyl radicals play in DHP, stopped-flow UV-visible and rapid-freeze-quench EPR spectroscopic methods were employed to study radical formation in DHP when three tyrosine residues, Tyr-28, Tyr-34, and Tyr-38, were replaced either individually or in combination with phenylalanines. The results indicate that radicals form on all three tyrosines in DHP. Evidence for the formation of DHP Compound I in several tyrosine mutants was obtained. Variants that formed Compound I showed an increase in the catalytic rate for substrate oxidation but also an increase in heme bleaching, suggesting that the tyrosines are necessary for protecting the enzyme from oxidizing itself. This protective role of tyrosines is likely an evolutionary adaptation allowing DHP to avoid self-inflicted damage in the oxidative environment.  相似文献

The luminance range over which the pupil mechanism operates was measured with pupil reflectometry in 11 species of butterflies and 13 species of dipteran flies. The different species were selected to be as different as possible regarding the range of ambient luminances in which they are active. Habitat luminance ranges were also measured and correlated to luminances in the experimental situation. The pupil mechanism in butterflies operates in the centre of the luminance range in which the different species are active. Three distinct groups of butterflies with pupil sensitivities matched to their specific types of activity pattern were identified: species active only in direct sunlight, species active also in shaded places and species extending their activity into dawn and dusk. Quite differently, the pupil mechanisms of dipteran flies operate in the upper end of the ambient luminances, and in some species well above the luminances normally encountered by the animal. All fly pupils start to close roughly at the same luminance, irrespective of the luminances in which the species are active. The results suggest that the most important role for the pupil mechanism in many of the butterfly species is to maximize acuity over a wide range of luminances, whereas in flies it is to avoid saturation of transduction units and thereby maximize the photoreceptor's signal-to-noise ratio at high light intensities. Abstract: Some reports have suggested that dantrolene interacts directly with the membrane bilayer. We investigated effects of dantrolene on changes in membrane properties induced by compound 48/80 (C48/80), a membrane stimulator. The addition of C48/80 for 1 min elicited a rapid, dose-dependent Ca2+ influx, which was reduced to 14% by the absence of external Ca2+. Dantrolene inhibited the C48/80-induced increase in Ca2+ permeability of plasma membranes in a concentration-dependent manner (0.33–10 µ M , IC50 value was 5 µ M ). We next examined C48/80-induced changes in structural and dynamic membrane properties by electron spin resonance (ESR). The ratio h 0/ h −1 was determined to evaluate membrane fluidity. C48/80 increased the membrane fluidity in a concentration-dependent manner (0.1–0.56 mg/ml). Dantrolene (10 µ M ) itself did not change the membrane fluidity, but it significantly reduced the C48/80-induced increase in membrane fluidity (0.56 mg/ml). Moreover, the C48/80-induced increase in fluidity was dependent on extracellular Ca2+. We conclude that dantrolene protects neuroblastoma cell plasma membrane from C48/80-induced membrane perturbation, which causes Ca2+ influx and an increase in membrane fluidity. These findings strongly suggest that dantrolene directly stabilizes the neuronal plasma membrane.  相似文献

Summary The superiority of male flies over female flies in locating and intercepting small rapidly moving targets has been ascribed to differences in their visual systems. In males, this sexual dimorphism is externally expressed by an area of high visual acuity called the acute zone. Selective cobalt uptake reveals 12 types of male-specific visual interneurons in the male lobula, the axons of which terminate in neuropil supplying premotor descending neurons to neck and flight motor circuits. The dendritic fields of the individual male-specific neurons can be extrapolated out into visual space to demonstrate that each is assigned a discrete area of the visual panorama. The dendritic fields of 10 of the 12 male-specific neurons subtend areas of the retina associated with the male acute zone. The functional significance of male-specific neurons is discussed with respect to their putative receptive field and a model circuit for target location by male flies.  相似文献
