目的:探讨胃癌组织长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)DHHC型锌指蛋白8假基因1(ZDHHC8P1)、母系表达基因3(MEG3)、牛磺酸上调基因1(TUG1)表达与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法:选取2013年1月至2016年1月我院病理科收集的83例胃癌患者经手术切除或胃镜活检的癌组织及癌旁组织石蜡标本,检测胃癌和癌旁组织中ZDHHC8P1、MEG3、TUG1表达。分析ZDHHC8P1、MEG3、TUG1表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。随访所有患者,分析ZDHHC8P1、MEG3、TUG1表达与患者预后的关系。结果:胃癌组织中ZDHHC8P1、TUG1表达量均高于癌旁组织(P0.05),MEG3表达量低于癌旁组织(P0.05)。ZDHHC8P1表达与肿瘤直径、分化程度、浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移有关(P0.05),MEG3、TUG1表达与分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(P0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析结果显示ZDHHC8P1、TUG1高表达患者无疾病进展生存(PFS)率、总生存(OS)率低于ZDHHC8P1、TUG1低表达患者(P0.05),MEG3低表达患者PFS、OS率低于MEG3高表达患者(P0.05)。Cox风险回归分析结果显示淋巴结转移、ZDHHC8P1高表达、TUG1高表达、MEG3低表达是胃癌患者不良预后的危险因素(HR=1.613、1.956、2.512、-0.824,P0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中ZDHHC8P1、TUG1呈高表达,MEG3呈低表达,ZDHHC8P1、TUG1、MEG3表达均与胃癌临床病理特征和预后有关,可作为胃癌患者预后评估的辅助指标。 相似文献

摘要 目的:调查社区2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖自我管理水平及分析T2DM并发糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的影响因素。方法:于2016年6月~2017年6月期间采用整群随机抽样法随机抽取苏州市6个社区符合纳排标准的539例T2DM患者进行问卷调查,了解社区T2DM患者血糖自我管理水平情况,对患者进行体格检查并检测血生化指标,统计社区T2DM患者的DPN发生情况,采用多因素logistic回归分析T2DM患者并发DPN的影响因素。结果:本次研究共发放调查问卷539份,实际回收531份,其中T2DM并发DPN者86例,根据是否并发DPN将所有入选患者分为DPN组(n=86)和无DPN组(n=445)。社区T2DM患者的糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)平均得分率为(49.38±5.23)%,DPN组和无DPN组在病程、体质量指数(BMI)、腰围、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、低 密 度 脂 蛋 白(LDL-C)、血 尿 素 氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)、合并外周动脉疾病(PAD)、合并糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)中比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示:病程≥7年、HbAlc≥8 mmol/L、合并PAD、合并DR、BMI≥25 kg/m2是社区 T2DM患者并发DPN的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:苏州市6个社区的T2DM患者血糖自我管理水平较低,且T2DM并发DPN的概率较高,病程≥7年、HbAlc≥8 mmol/L、合并PAD、合并DR、BMI≥25 kg/m2均是社区 T2DM患者并发DPN的危险因素,临床可对上述危险因素采取积极有效的措施,以有效降低T2DM并发DPN的发生率。 相似文献

以北板蓝根(Isatis tinctoria)为研究对象, 于2018年在河西走廊中部干旱绿洲开展水分控制试验, 设轻、中、重度亏水及充分供水4个控水水平, 通过大田试验探究膜下滴灌条件下亏缺灌溉对板蓝根叶片生理指标、灌水量及产量的影响, 为河西地区板蓝根灌溉策略的制定提供理论依据。结果表明, 板蓝根叶片净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)因营养和肉质根生长期受到亏缺灌溉影响而显著下降, 降幅随亏水程度的加剧而增大, 轻度亏水处理对叶片光合能力的影响不显著, 且在复水之后存在一定的补偿响应; 轻度亏水处理的产量与对照(8 348.91 kg·hm-2)相比无显著差异, 而其它处理的产量均有不同程度的下降; 灌水量与产量的拟合关系呈二次抛物线, 即产量不随灌水量的增加而升高。因此, 综合分析表明膜下滴灌调亏降低了板蓝根叶片的光合能力, 而营养生长期轻度亏缺灌溉可以节水并提高产量和灌溉效率。 相似文献

The population abundance, infestation, and harmful effects of the aphid Aphis craccivora Koch (Hemiptera: Aphididae) were studied on four bean plant species, namely the country bean (Lablab purpureus var. BARI Seem 1), the yard‐long bean (Vigna sesquipedalis var. BARI Borboti 1), the hyacinth bean (Dolichos lablab var. BARI Seem 6), and the bush bean (Phaseolus vulgaris var. BARI Jar Seem 3). Aphid abundance and infestation on the leaves, inflorescences, flowers, and pods differed significantly among the bean plant species, with P. vulgaris and V. sesquipedalis having the lowest and highest results, respectively. Aphid severity grade and the number of trichomes of the bean plant species were negatively correlated. The duration of the growth stages among the bean plant species were significantly different, with V. sesquipedalis having the shortest durations. Aphid abundance and infestation significantly affected the physical and phytochemical characteristics of the bean plant species. The highest reduction of number of leaves, flower inflorescences, and pod inflorescences per plant, and moisture and chlorophyll content in the leaves was found in L. purpureus. The results for V. sesquipedalis revealed the highest reduction in plant height, seed weight, and pH, while those of D. lablab showed the highest reduction in leaf area. 相似文献

Gonggeom‐ji pond is the first protected paddy field wetland area, designated by the Ministry of Environment of Korea in 2011, because of its high biodiversity and historic value. It contains reservoirs, paddy fields, and a forest site that provides diverse niches for insects. Quantitative methods were used in this study to estimate the insect diversity of this region. A transect of 50 m was designated in each site (reservoirs, paddy fields, and a forest site). Data were collected using sweeping and pitfall traps along each transect in May, August, and November 2017, representative of the seasons—spring, summer, and autumn, respectively. As a result, a total of 1079 individual insects representing 170 species from 60 families within nine orders were collected. Diversity, richness, and evenness indices were the highest in the forest site in May (4.77, 8.6, and 0.91, respectively). The dominance index was the highest in the forest site in November (0.64). Similarity index was the highest in the reservoir in May and August (0.519). These results would help compare different sites and their vegetation to assess relationships between insects and habitats. 相似文献

Effluent organic matter (EfOM) is one of the major foulants responsible for the occurrence of membrane fouling during advanced wastewater treatment using nanofiltration (NF) technology. In this present study, we have reported a simple fouling indicator based on the properties of fractional fluorescence and molecular weight, termed as fluorescence-size-index (FSI), to predict the fouling propensity of NF when filtrating EfOM. Specifically, EfOM collected from twenty-one real sewage samples were first analyzed to quantify their fluorescent compositions and concentrations. The results showed that the EfOM consisted mainly of humic-like substances, soluble organism metabolites and fulvic-like substances, characterized by small-molecule organic matters (<5 kDa) and hydrophobic fractions. Second, the major NF fouling fractions of EfOM were determined based on their fluorescent properties. It was observed that small-molecule hydrophobic components with humic-like fluorescence properties continuously influenced the flux decline rate throughout the whole operation, while macromolecular hydrophilic components with fluorescent properties of apparent aromatic hydrocarbon proteins were primarily responsible for the initial, rapid flux decline. As a process affecting animal communities, urbanization has been the subject of numerous studies. However, amphibians are still among the least studied vertebrate groups in urbanized landscapes. Generally, it has been found that the process of loss of amphibian diversity is nonrandom, with species from older evolutionary lines at greater risk. Regional data on amphibian assemblages in urban areas is a very useful tool for assessing how these assemblages react to changes.The aim of the present paper is to assess the diversity of amphibians in Polish cities based on data in the relevant literature, exploring different metrics (e.g., taxonomic, functional, and evolutionary diversity) calculated in amphibian species assemblages. We used data from 18 articles (including grey literature), characterized by comparable research methods and published between 1999 and 2017.Overall, amphibian species richness (ASR) amounted to an average of 9 species, ranging from 5 to 11 species per city. The higher species richness occurred in Białystok in North-west of Poland. Functional evenness (FEve), evolutionary distinctiveness (ED sum), and functional richness (FRic) were strongly positively correlated with ASR. However, ED mean was not significantly correlated with the total number of species in the community. Three taxa, the hybridogenetic water frogs Pelophylax esculentus complex, the common toad Bufo bufo, and the common frog Rana temporaria, occurred in all analyzed amphibian assemblages. Our study is one of the first attempts to compare urban amphibian assemblages, using different and complementary diversity metrics on a large spatial scale. In conclusion, we highlight that urban areas play an important role for conservation of amphibians, because they support amphibian assemblages characterized by a high level of overall diversity. 相似文献

以17个建兰(Cymbidium ensifolium)品种为材料,采用改良的丙酮法提取叶绿素,再通过Arnon丙酮法公式计算光合色素含量,利用捷克FluorCam开放式叶绿素荧光仪测定不同品种的叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明,17个建兰品种的光合色素和叶绿素荧光参数具有不同程度的差异,其中‘铁骨素’(C. ensifolium ‘Tiegusu’)、‘逸红双娇’(C. ensifolium ‘Yihongshuangjiao’)和‘闽南黄蝶’(C. ensifolium ‘Minnanhuangdie’)的光合色素含量高于其他品种,表明这3个品种具有良好的光合效率,吸收光能的能力较强;‘铁骨素’最大荧光产量(Fm)、Kautsky诱导效应最大荧光(Fp)、PS Ⅱ原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)和非光化荧光淬灭系数(NPQ)均为最高。综上可知,‘铁骨素’的光合生理特性优于其他品种,可作为优良建兰品种进行种植推广。 相似文献
