The plant Clausena dunniana Levl. With leaves of anethole fragrance is growing in limestone area of north Guangdong, The essential oils in leaves of anethole fragrance were extracted by steam distillation with a yield of 0.7%. The oils contained isoanethole (methyl chavcol) 93.10% and may be used in the synthesis of anethole and for medicinal purpose. Isoanethole and other 15 chemical constituents were identified by GC,GC/MS/DS, IR and NMR. 相似文献

在对黄皮种子氨基酸的组成及蛋白质的含量进行分析的基础上,应用模糊识别法和氨基酸比值系数法,对其营养价值进行了全面评价,并与8种植物种子蛋白质进行对照比较。结果表明:黄皮种子(干品)蛋白质含量为8.625%,含有17种氨基酸,种类齐全,其含量为762.2 mg.g-1蛋白质,必需氨基酸(EAA)占总氨基酸量的35.5%,第一限制性氨基酸为含硫氨基酸(M et+Cys),贴近度为0.8536,营养价值与高粱米、西瓜子等接近。 相似文献

Hordeumin stored at –40 to –80oC in 1% HCI–methanol suffered neither from color reduction nor discoloration. After heating at 80°C for 60 min, hordeumin showed a pigment retention rate of 100%. This characteristic is because the pigment is a composite high-molecular weight compound consisting of anthocyanins and polyphenols, It was determined, however, that discoloration and browning occurred more rapidly than color reduction during storage and heating of the pigment. 相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取小叶臭黄皮叶挥发油,运用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法对挥发油成分进行了分析,共分离出84个峰,鉴定了其中的66种成分,所鉴定成分占挥发油总量的94.52%.其主要化学成分为α-芹子烯(15.76%)、石竹烯(15.05%)、β-芹子烯(9.54%)、α-蒎烯(6.43%)和α-石竹烯(5.39%)等. 相似文献

Abstract Hexane, petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, methanol and water extracts of Clausena anisata [(Willd.) Hook F. Ex Benth] leaves and roots were evaluated against Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner) for antifeedant activities. Antifeedant activity was confirmed, and was found to be higher in root extracts than those of the leaf. Chloroform and petroleum ether extracts of the root showed strongest antifeedant activities (DC50 s [concentration (C) causing 50% deterrence compared with the control] 0.014% and 0.016% respectively), and root extracts were fractionated using silica gel column chromatography. One fraction of the chloroform and one of the petroleum ether root extracts was active; and on the basis of mass spectroscopy and 1 H and 13 C nuclear magnetic resonance spectral data, the active compounds in the two fractions were confirmed to be identical, and identified as osthol [2H-1-Benzopyran-2-one, 7-methoxy-8-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)]. The highest concentration of osthol was found in the chloroform root extract. Antifeedant activities of the root extracts, as measured by DC50 values, were highly correlated with their osthol contents. Approximately 99% of the variation in bioactivity of the root extracts could be accounted for by variation in osthol content; osthol therefore, appeared to be an antifeedant component of C . anisata to H. armigera . This may provide a new approach to managing this pest. 相似文献

以黄皮种子离体胚轴为材料,研究了不同干燥速率对胚轴脱水反应和膜脂过氧化的影响.在脱水过程中,胚轴的萌发率、活力指数、电解质渗漏速率,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性逐渐降低,膜脂过氧化产物MDA的含量不断增加.脱水速率愈快,胚轴的半致死含水量就愈低.快速干燥的胚轴能在较低的含水量下存活是因为缩短了在中间含水量下发生的膜脂过氧化作用的时间,以及保持较高的SOD、POD和CAT活性;缓慢干燥的胚轴当与周围环境达到水分平衡后,生活力的丧失将与保持在水分平衡后的时间有关.因此,脱水速率是一种影响顽拗性种子或者胚轴脱水敏感性的重要因子. 相似文献

以典型的顽拗性种子黄皮为试材,研究了花后不同时间的种子、收获后萌发的种子及15℃湿藏种子的脱水敏感性变化及其与种子胚轴中可溶性糖含量的关系.15℃湿藏150d及600d使种子脱水敏感性增强,与寡糖含量下降以至消失及寡糖/蔗糖(O/D)之比下降极为一致,虽然花后67d的种子耐脱水能力最强,但此时蔗糖、寡糖含量及寡糖/蔗糖之比却并非最高.虽然15℃湿藏150d的种子萌发4d最耐脱水,但寡糖含量及寡糖/蔗糖之比在萌发3d时均已降至0.结果表明,发育及萌发种子的脱水敏感性与蔗糖、寡糖含量及O/D比无直接关系. 相似文献

Five new coumarins, clauemarmarins I – M ( 1 – 4 ), together with 10 known analogs ( 5 – 14 ), were isolated from the stems of Clausena emarginata. Compounds 8 – 13 were obtained from this plant for the first time. Their structures were established and elucidated by comprehensive analysis of spectroscopic data. The absolute configurations of 1 – 4 were further determined by their electronic circular dichroism spectroscopy. Compounds 5 , 7 , 12 , and 14 exhibited inhibitory effects on LPS‐induced NO production. Compounds 5 – 7 showed selective neuroprotective effects in Aβ25 – 35 model at 10 μm . 相似文献
