木霉(Trichoderma spp.)对三种引起大棚蔬菜病害病原菌的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
通过木霉属(Trichoderma) 3菌株与双鸭山蔬菜大棚中的黄瓜枯萎病菌(FusariumoxysporumSchlecht.f.cucumerinum)、黄瓜果腐病菌(PhytophthoracapsiciLeonian)、菜豆叶枯病菌(Cladosporiumsp .)的对峙培养试验,结果表明:绿色木霉1(TrichodermaviridePers.exGray 1)可作为双鸭山蔬菜大棚中的黄瓜枯萎病、黄瓜果腐病、菜豆叶枯病3种病害的生物防治拮抗菌加以利用,该拮抗菌对菜豆叶枯病菌抑制效果最好;绿色木霉2 (Tricho dermaviride 2 )对黄瓜果腐病菌抑制效果最好;而哈茨木霉(TrichodermaharzianumRifai)对以上3种病原菌都有抑制效果,对菜豆叶枯病菌抑制效果最好。从试验结果还可看出,绿色木霉2对黄瓜枯萎病菌和菜豆叶枯病菌的生长有促进作用。  相似文献

To identify characteristics for the selection of Verticillium lecanii isolates with high potential for biocontrol of Sphaerotheca fuliginea under glasshouse conditions, an exploratory study was performed on the effect of water limitation on the development of 14 isolates. The conidial germination, growth and sporulation of isolates of V. lecanii were studied in a tritrophic system on cucumber leaves and in a ditrophic system in Petri dishes. Their mycoparasitic ability was studied in S. fuliginea and Cladosporium cladosporioides . All characteristics were clearly affected by humidity. Four isolates showed good biocontrol potential. The performance of isolates on agar had less predictive value than on powdery mildew. The germination of isolates of V. lecanii was lower and the mycelial growth faster on agar than on mildewed leaves under corresponding humidity conditions. The results suggest that conditions in the phyllosphere differed from the set humidity in the surrounding air. A correlation was found between the lysis of C. cladosporioides growing in dual culture on agar with isolates of V. lecanii and the parasitism of powdery mildew on detached, rooted leaves. C. cladosporioides might offer a suitable substrate for testing isolates of V. lecanii for mycoparasitic potential under various environmental conditions. Conidial germination, growth and sporulation had limited predictive value.  相似文献

报道枝孢菌属CladosporiumLink二新种:马兜铃枝孢C.aristolochiaeH.ZhangetZ.Y.Zhangsp.nov.寄生在马兜铃科Aristolochiaceae的南川马兜铃AristolochiakwargsiensisChunetHowexC.F.Liang叶上,结香枝孢CladosporiumedgeworthiaeH.Zhang,etZ.Y.Zhangsp.nov.寄生在瑞香科Thymelaeaceae的结香EdgeworthiachrysanthaLindl.叶上。枝孢菌属真菌在马兜铃科是首次报道,瑞香科上的荛花异孢Heterosporiumwik stroemiaeSawada(裸名),其分生孢子圆柱形,0-3个隔膜,表面粗糙,14~44×5~6μm,比本种大而宽,易于区别。文中为新种提供了拉丁文简介并附图。模式标本保藏于云南农业大学真菌标本室(MHYAU)。  相似文献

Summary The contribution of introgressed regions derived from wild species to the genetic variation within the species of Lycopersicon esculentum was investigated by comparing the RFLP patterns of 2 introgression-free, obsolete cultivars (Moneymaker and Premier) and a modern cultivar (Sonatine) that carries at least 5 introgressed resistance genes. In this analysis 195 mapped nuclear markers were used in combination with 6 restriction enzymes. Among the 1170 probe-enzyme combinations tested, only 3 showed a polymorphism between the 2 introgression-free cultivars. On the other hand 24 probe-enzyme combinations were found to exhibit polymorphisms between Moneymaker and Sonatine. These represented ten polymorphic loci distributed among 5 linkage groups on chromosomes 1, 3, 4, 6, and 9.On the assumption that most of the polymorphic loci corresponded to introgressed chromosome segments of wild species carrying resistance genes, linkages between these loci and the component resistance genes were examined by RFLP analysis of pairs of near-isogenic lines differing only for one particular resistance gene, and a variety of commercial cultivars having different resistance gene compositions. Two of the polymorphic linkage groups could thus be ascribed to resistance genes whose map positions were already known: Cf2 on chromosome 6 and Tm2a on chromosome 9, whereas another marker, TG301 on chromosome 1, could be assigned to the Cladosporium fulvum resistance gene Cf9 with a hitherto disputable map position. By linkage analysis of a segregating F2 population the genetic distance between the Cf9 gene and the marker TG301 was estimated at 5.5 ± 2.3 cM.  相似文献

Cladosporium sphaerospermum, isolated from salt pans was halotolerant. When grown in the presence of salt, the activities of invertase, isocitrate lyase, fructose-1,6 diphosphate aldolase and malate dehydrogenase were found to be increased and that of amylase decreased. Both, enzyme activation as well as an increase inde novo synthesis of enzymes were found to be some of the mechanisms of salt mediated changes. This may be one of the adaptive mechanisms, in halotolerantCladosporium sphaerospermum.  相似文献

目的报道1例银屑病患者出现红色毛癣菌和枝孢样枝孢霉混合感染导致的甲真菌病。方法报告病例,对甲标本进行真菌镜检和培养,对病原菌进行形态学及分子生物学鉴定。结果该病例经临床、真菌镜检和真菌培养鉴定,确诊为红色毛癣菌和枝孢样枝孢霉导致的甲真菌病。病原菌通过菌落和显微镜下形态特征结合rRNA内转录间隔区序列分析证实。结论通过形态学及分子生物学鉴定,证实为真菌红色毛癣菌和枝孢样枝孢霉混合感染导致的甲真菌病。  相似文献

The novel cyclic peptide, epichlicin, was isolated from Epichloe typhina, an endophytic fungus of the timothy plant (Phleum pretense L.). Its structure was determined by NMR studies and by mass spectrometry. Enantiomers of 3-amino tetradecanoic acid, a constituent amino acid of epichlicin, were synthesized as authentic standards. The stereochemistry of each amino acid was elucidated through a combination of the advanced Marfey method and chemical manipulation. Epichlicin showed inhibitory activity toward the spore germination of Cladosporium phlei, a pathogenic fungus of the timothy plant at an IC50 value of 22 nM.  相似文献

黄瓜抗黑星病不同基因源的遗传分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
基于苗期人工接种鉴定结果,获得2份抗黑星病黄瓜材料(HX1,Cucumis sativus var.sativus,DI=5;HX5,C.sativusvar.xishuangbannesis,DI=38.7)和1份感病材料(HX8,C.sativus var.sativus,DI=80)。利用上述3份材料构建了2个组合(HX1×HX8,HX5×HX8)的6世代群体(P1、P2、F1、F2、B1和B2),并分别进行黑星病苗期人工接种鉴定。采用主基因+多基因联合遗传分析方法进行遗传分析,结果表明2份材料抗黑星病的遗传规律不同。组合HX1×HX8的F1单株表现为抗病,而组合HX5×HX8的F1单株基本表现为感病。HX1对黑星病的抗性符合两对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因混合遗传模型(E_1模型),HX5的抗性遗传符合加性-显性多基因模型(C模型)。在组合HX1×HX8中,两对主基因的加性效应均大于显性效应,B1、B2和F2群体的主基因遗传率分别为72.51%、98.19%和96.91%,多基因遗传率均为0,表明HX1对黑星病的抗性以主基因遗传为主;HX5对黑星病的抗性遗传以多基因的显性效应为主。  相似文献
