黄麻栽培种圆果种×长果种的种间杂交研究

１９８９—１９９１年对黄麻栽培种圆果种（Ｃｏｒｃｈｏｒｕｓｃａｐｓｕｌａｒｉｓ）和长果种（Ｃ．ｏｌｉｔ－ｏｒｉｕｓ）选用了具有不同茎色和腋芽性状的材料做了６个组合,获得１３４株杂种Ｆ＿１苗。但苗株发根不良,在移栽后两周陆续死亡,最后幸存ＲＲ－５×（ＢＬ×７７－１９）Ｆ＿１组合中两株植株并开花、结果。Ｆ＿１均有腋芽,表现为父本的性状;花果形状偏向母本;茎色红同双亲。这两株的Ｆ＿２,茎色和腋芽性状分离成４种表现型：红茎或青茎有腋芽及红茎或青茎无腋芽。其中红茎有腋芽的生长较快。对种间杂交技术、亲本间的花粉与柱头亲和性、杂交花的胚珠受精情况及染色体构型等方面也作了观察、研究。     

载脂蛋白多基因家族分子进化的研究

与脂质运输有关的载脂蛋白基因构成一个复杂的多基因家族。为探讨这种演化时间长的基因家族的进化规律,本文首先建立了一种在非均衡进化速率条件下计算系统发生树中任意分支长度的简易方法,并可在此基础上算出无根分支系统树中分歧年代的期望值。进一步对本文科１０个种属共２６种载脂蛋白的系统演作作了实际分析,结果提示：①ＡｐｏＡ－Ｉ＇ＡｐｏＡ－ＩＶ,ＡｐｏＥ及ＡｐｏＡ－ＩＩ的共同祖先可能在奥陶纪水生脊椎动物中就已存     

籼,粳稻及其杂种粗线期的核型分析

研究了典型籼,粳稻及其杂种粗线期的核型,结果表明：（１）籼稻品种南特号具有两对随体染色体,分别为第十和第十二染色体,粳稻品种巴利拉具１对随体染色体,为第十染色体,杂种南特号／巴利拉的随体染色体与南特号相同;（２）在粗线期,两品种均可见单核仁和双核仁的细胞存在,说明细胞贩核仁数目与随体数目并不对应;（３）两品种的对应染色体之间,在染色体相对长度,臂比及染色粒分布上均无明显差异。     

喹诺酮类药物抗乙型肝炎病毒体外实验研究

本文以２．２．１５细胞株为模型,以ＨＢｓＡｇ、ＨＢｅＡｇ、ＨＢＶＤＮＡ、细胞存活率为观察指标,综合评价了喹诺酮类药物吡哌酸（ＰｉｐｅｍｉｄｉｃＡｃｉｄ）、氟哌酸（Ｎｏｒｆｌｏｘａｃｉｎ）、环丙氟哌酸（Ｃｉｐｒｏｆｌｏｓｘａｃｉｎ）、氟嗪酸（Ｏｆｌｏｘａｃｉｎ）体外抗ＨＢＶ效果。结果表明：吡哌酸、氟哌酸、环丙氟哌酸、氟嗪酸对ＨＢｓＡｇ、ＨＢｅＡｇ５０％抑制浓度（ＩＤ＿（５０））分别为１１μｇ／ｍｌ、６４μｇ／ｍｌ、９３μｇ／ｍｌ、１０５μｇ／ｍｌ和１９９μｇ／ｍｌ、１１１μｇ／ｍｌ、２４μｇ／ｍｌ、２１７μｇ／ｍｌ,细胞存活率为５０％时的药物浓度（ＣＤ＿（５０））分别为２１９μｇ／ｍｌ、９０μｇ／ｍｌ、１８１μｇ／ｍｌ、１６９μｇ／ｍｌ,在所选定的用药浓度范围内不同程度抑制培养上清液及细胞内ＨＢＶＤＮＡ及其复制中间体的产生。尤其对超螺旋结构ＤＮＡ（ｓｃＤＮＡ）有不完全抑制作用。     

Cytogenetic study of mentally retarded children in Taipei

560 blood samples collected from mentally retarded children in Taipei were karyotypically analyzed for the incidence of fragile X and other chromosome abnormalities. The fragile site at Xq27.3 was observed in 18 patients (3.21%), 11 males and 7 females, out of the 560 blood cultures using M medium. Down syndrome (6.25%), 24 males and 11 females, was the other major category of abnormality. Other abnormalities, including inversion, translocation, deletion, duplication, ring as well as an extra marker chromosome were observed. The overall incidence of chromosomal abnormalities in these children was 14.82%.     

Roles for insulin and ecdysteroids in differentiation of an insect cell line of epidermal origin

Summary During postembryonic development of insects, molting cycles affect epidermal cells with alternate periods of proliferation and differentiation. Cells of the cell line established from imaginal discs of the Indian meal moth (IAL-PID2) differentiate under the action of the molting hormone, 20-hydroxyecdysone, in a manner that is meaningful in terms of the development of the tissue from which they were derived. In particular, the hormone caused an accumulation of the cells in the G2 phase of their cycle and induced the formation of epithelial-like aggregates and the synthesis of specific proteoglycans. Recent discovery of members of the insulin superfamily in insects and the role of growth factors played by this family of molecules in vertebrates led us to check for their potential effects on IAL-PID2 cell cycle regulation. On the one hand, our results showed that insulin was involved in partial resumption of the cell cycle after an arrest caused by serum deprivation, but that other growth factors present in fetal calf serum were needed for full completion of mitosis. On the other hand, the cytostatic effect of 20-hydroxyecdysone was reversible, and, prior exposure of the cells to the hormone allowed the cells to complete one cell cycle in serum-free medium. These results suggest that the production of autocrine growth factors induced by ecdysteroids could circumvent the absence of serum. This cell culture model provides potential for further study of interactions between ecdysteroids and growth factor homologs during differentiation of insect epidermal cells.     

Partial Resistance to Heterodera avenae in Wheat Lines with the 6M v Chromosome from Aegilops ventricosa

Lines of wheat with the 6M^v chromosome from Aegilops ventricosa display partial resistance to both pathotypes Hal2 and Ha41 of Heterodera avenae. With either pathotype, the effect of this alien chromosome on cyst production, size, and fecundity was expressed in resistance tests. Partial resistance of five 6M^v(6D) substitution lines varied according to the intrinsic cyst-forming capacity of the nematode pathotypes and the recipient germplasms. Such partial resistance can be utilized in wheat breeding lines for integrated management of the cereal cyst nematode.
