本文根据模糊数学的基本原理,对大棚栽培的13个网纹甜瓜品种,采用品质、产量和成熟期等11个经济性状,进行模糊综合评判.结果表明:Andes和Volga的综合经济性状较好;Earl’sSeine夏系I、Marchen、秋绿、Earl’s东海PF80,Heim,Earl’sSeine夏系Ⅱ、夏绿和Kyanaru次之;Bolero,JohnnyEarl’s和Earl’s东海S78较差.作者认为:Andes及Volga为大棚栽培的首选品种,其次选用Earl’sSeine夏系I、秋绿和Earl’s东海PF80等品种.  相似文献

The impact of malathion-bait sprays (directed against medfly, Ceratitis capitata [Wiedemann]) on an endemic gall midge (Rhopalomyia californica Felt) and its parasitoids was investigated during 1982–83 in the south San Francisco Bay area of northern California. In a heavily sprayed area (Woodside), a population explosion of the midge was detected following 24 applications of malathion bait. The midge population reached levels ca. 90x greater than those observed in an adjacent unsprayed area (Jasper Ridge). In a moderately sprayed area (Portola Valley), the midge population increased as much as 5x that observed in the adjacent unsprayed area (Jasper Ridge), following 12 applications of malathion bait. In laboratory tests, the malathion bait was toxic to both the midge and its parasitoids. The major parasitoids were Torymus koebelei (Huber), Zatropis capitis Burks, Platygaster californica (Ashmead) and Mesopolobus sp. Population increases of the midge following malathion-bait sprays were attributed to destruction of parasitoids and other natural enemies of the midge. If the environmental impact of malathion-bait sprays is related to the number of applications (as suggested in this study), then it would be worthwhile to determine the appropriate bait-spray strategy for a given situation, so as to minimize adverse effects on nontarget species, yet insure suppression or eradication of medfly.
Résumé L'impact des pièges tratiés au malathion (destinés à Ceratitis capitata Wiedem) sur Rhopalomyia californica Felt et ses parasitoïdes a été examiné en 1982–1983 dans le sud de la zone de la baie de San Francisco en Californie. Dans une zone fortement traitée (Woodside), une explosion de population a été décelée après 24 traitements. La population de R. californica a atteint des niveaux 90 fois supérieurs à ceux observés dans une zone contiguë non traitée (Jasper Ridge). Dans une zone modérément traitée (Portola Valley), avec 12 traitement, la population de R. californica a atteint jusqu'a 5 fois celle de Jasper Ridge. Au laboratoire, le piège à malathion a été toxique tant pour R. californica que pour ses parasitoïdes, dont les principaux étaient: Torymus koebelei (Huber), Zatropis capitis Burks, Platygaster californica(Ashmead) et Mesopolobus sp. L'accroissement de la population de C. capitata après traitement a été attribué à la destruction de parasitoïdes et d'autres ennemis naturels. Si l'effet su l'environnement du traitement est lié au nombre d'interventions (comme le suggère cette étude), alors cela vaudrait la peine de définir une stratégie de traitement appropriée à une situation donnée, de façon à minimiser les effets négatifs sur des espèces non visées, tout en assurant la suppression ou l'éradication de C. capitata.

The Basidiomycotine fungi Meira geulakonigii, Meira argovae and Acaromyces ingoldii were assayed in the laboratory against five species of herbivorous mites: Phyllocoptruta oleivora (Eriophyidae), Panonychus citri, Eutetranychus orientalis, Tetranychus urticae and Tetranychus cinnabarinus (all four Tetranychidae). All fungi caused significantly high mortality rates (as compared to controls) after 14 days, some after 1 week. Phyllocoptruta oleivora was the most susceptible, showing >80% mortality even after 1 week. In a field trial, grapefruits sprayed either once a month or once a season with M. geulakonigii had significantly fewer P. oleivora and less damage than unsprayed fruit. These results suggest that M. geulakonigii may protect grapefruits against the injurious P. oleivora.  相似文献

Aedes aegypti and Culex pipiens s.l. (Linnaeus, 1762 and 1758, respectively) (Diptera: Culicidae) are important vectors of diseases to humans and a growing public health concern. In order to contribute to the control of mosquito vectors by low environmental impact approaches we assessed the susceptibility of natural populations of container-breeding mosquitoes to triflumuron, an insect growth regulator, in temperate Argentina. A field trial was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of two doses (0.5 ppm and 1 ppm) of triflumuron (SC 48%) against natural populations of Ae. aegypti and Culex spp. immatures in flower vases of four cemeteries. The results demonstrated the susceptibility of both target mosquitoes to triflumuron in field conditions. For Ae. aegypti, dose-dependent reductions were achieved in the presence of pupae and the percentage of water-holding containers harbouring L3–4 and/or pupae, whereas the larvae abundance was equally reduced for both doses. For Culex spp., similar levels of reduction of larvae abundance and pupae presence were achieved with both doses. Significant effects on the response variables measured were recorded up to six to eight weeks post-intervention. Bimonthly applying 1 ppm triflumuron in the context of an integrated mosquito management should achieve a lasting control of Ae. aegypti and Culex spp. in small artificial containers with minimal environmental impacts.  相似文献

Nutrient input dynamics in the Mar Menor coastal lagoon has recently changed as a consequence of changes in agricultural practises. An interannual comparison of the environmental variables and the planktonic biomass size-spectra was performed between 1988 and 1997. While nitrate concentration was low in 1988, the values in 1997 increased considerably. Since 1995, two alloctonous jellyfish species (Rhyzostoma pulmo and Cotylorhiza tuberculata) occurred in large numbers in summer time and reached peak abundance in summer of 1997. The size-spectra analysis comparison revealed that, in spite of changes in nutrient input that stimulated the growth of larger phytoplankton cells, there were no significant differences in the spectra slope which followed a similar seasonal trend in both years. However, the plankton biovolume considered under the size range compared (between 2 and 1000 m diameter) was, paradoxically, always lower in 1997. Given that there were higher nutrient levels in 1997, this finding suggest a strong top-down control mechanism of size structure. Gut contents of jellyfishes showed their preference for large diatoms, tintinnids, veliger larvae and copepods, corroborating that size structure in these assemblages can be subject to top-down control. The implication of these results is that the feeding activities of large gelatinous zooplankton (jellyfishes) may play an important role controlling the consequences of eutrophication within the Mar Menor coastal lagoon.  相似文献

The analgesic effect of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) is partly due to the fact that they act upon the periaqueductal gray matter (PAG) and the rostral ventromedial medulla of the brain stem and thus activate the descending pain-control system, which inhibits nociceptive transmission at the spinal dorsal horn.2. The analgesic action of dipyrone (metamizol) and of lysine-acetylsalicylate (LASA), two well-known NSAIDs, whether microinjected into the PAG or given systemically, can be reverted by naloxone. Repeated administration of dipyrone or LASA induces tolerance to their antinociceptive effect, with cross-tolerance to morphine, and a withdrawal syndrome upon naloxone administration. Dipyrone tolerance can be reverted by proglumide, a cholecystokinin antagonist.3. These findings reveal a close association between the central action of NSAIDs and endogenous opioids.  相似文献

During a survey of entomopathogenic nematodes (EPNs) in the eastern Black Sea region of Turkey in 2009–2012, a steinernematid species was recorded and isolated using the Galleria-baiting method. The isolate was identified as Steinernema kraussei based on its morphological and molecular properties. The analysis of the ITS rDNA sequence placed the Turkish population of S. kraussei in the “feltiae-kraussei” group in the clade that contains different isolates of the species. This is the first record of S. kraussei from Turkey. The efficacy of S. kraussei was tested on Agrotis segetum (Lepidoptera: Noctuidea) larvae at different densities (100, 300, and 500 infective juveniles (IJs) g−1 dry sand ) in laboratory conditions at 25 °C. The highest mortality (98%) was obtained with 500 IJs g−1 dry sand within 7 d after inoculation. Our results indicate that the new isolate is a highly promising biological control agent against A. segetum, one of the most serious soil pests of agricultural area and fruits worldwide.  相似文献

Human impacts can affect the soil properties through erosion and leaching, the ecosystem functions and, consequently, the capacity of a forest to regenerate. Here, we determine the effects of forest disturbance and succession on selected soil chemical properties using two different approaches, before‐after‐control‐impact (BACI) and space‐for‐time (SFT) substitution, and the threatened Atlantic Forest biome as model. We assessed with BACI the long‐term (37‐year) effects of clear cutting on soil properties by comparing data from two topsoil surveys (1978–2017) divided into two treatments: a preserved old growth forest (control) and an adjacent forest that was experimentally cleared with full tree removal (clear‐cut). We examined with SFT the relationship between stand age and soil properties using soil data from three old growth and 13 s growth forests ranging from 7 to 33 years. We found no significant differences between treatments for any soil property or significant changes in phosphorus, potassium, and calcium + magnesium over time. In contrast, pH increased and aluminum decreased in both areas. No relation was found between forest age and most of soil properties, with the exception of potassium which returned to old growth forest levels after 20 years of natural succession, and pH. BACI indicated that deforestation of old growth forest caused no significant effects on soil chemical properties after 37 years of regeneration. SFT demonstrated that soil properties did not change significantly during forest regeneration on formerly disturbed lands. Our findings indicate that natural nutrient‐depleted lowland forests were overall resistant to deforestation followed by passive regeneration at landscape scale. Entomopathogenic fungi, such as Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae, are environmentally friendly biocontrol agents (BCAs) against various arthropod pests. We provide an overview to the past-decade advances in fungal BCA research and application in China. Since 1960s, fungal BCAs have been mass-produced for application and at present, thousands of tons of their formulations are annually applied to control forest, agricultural, greenhouse and grassland insect pests throughout the country. Apart from technical advances in mass production, formulation and application of fungal BCAs, basic studies on the genomics, molecular biology, genetic engineering and population genetics of fungal entomopathogens have rapidly progressed in the past few years in China. The completed genomic studies of M. anisopliae, Metarhizium acridum, B. bassiana and Cordyceps militaris provide profound insights into crucial gene functions, fungal pathogenesis, host–pathogen interactions and mechanisms involved in fungal sexuality. New knowledge gained from the basic studies has been applied to improve fungal virulence and stress tolerance for developing more efficacious and field-persistent mycoinsecticides by means of microbial biotechnology, such as genetic engineering. To alleviate environmental safety concerns, more efforts are needed to generate new data not only on the effects of engineered BCAs on target and non-target arthropods but also on their potential effects on gene flow and genetic recombination before field release.  相似文献

The efficiency of some inducer resistance chemicals (IRCs) like bion, chitosan, humic acid and salicylic acid as well as the fungicides like Folu-Gold, Galben Copper, Previcure-N and Redomil Gold Mancozeb on management of sweet melon downy mildew, caused by Pseudoperonospora cubensis was evaluated in vitro and in vivo. Also, the efficiency of the alternation between the sprayed two fungicides and IRCs on management of the disease and the produced fruit yield and its total soluble solids (TSS) under field conditions were assessed. The inhibitory effect of the IRCs and the tested fungicides on sporangial germination of P. cubensis resulted in a significant reduction in the germinated sporangia. In addition, IRCs were less effective than the fungicides. Disease management revealed the same trend of the in vitro experiment when they sprayed fungicides on sweet melon plants artificially inoculated with the sporangia of the causal fungus under greenhouse conditions. Furthermore, under field conditions, spraying sweet melon plants with the two tested fungicides was the most efficient in decreasing the disease and increasing fruit yield and its TSS, to somewhat, followed by the alternation between them and the tested IRCs. In addition, IRCs treatments showed the lowest efficiency in this regard.  相似文献
