摘要 目的:探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统联合桂枝茯苓胶囊对子宫腺肌症患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、性激素、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)以及血脂的影响。方法:选取2016年4月~2019年8月期间我院接收的90例子宫腺肌症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(45例,左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗)和研究组(45例,对照组的基础上联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗),比较两组患者疗效、性激素、血脂、血清hs-CRP、VEGF水平、子宫内膜厚度、痛经视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分以及不良反应。结果:治疗6个月后研究组临床总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组治疗6个月后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、hs-CRP、黄体生成素(LH)、VEGF水平以及子宫内膜厚度、痛经VAS评分均较治疗前下降,且研究组较对照组低(P<0.05);雌二醇(E2)水平较治疗前升高,且研究组较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组治疗6个月后总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平对比未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论:左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫腺肌症安全有效,可改善机体性激素、血清hs-CRP、VEGF水平及子宫内膜厚度,减轻痛经症状,且对机体血脂情况影响轻微。  相似文献

摘要 目的:分析早发冠心病(PCAD)患者血清锌a2糖蛋白(ZAG)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平与血脂的关系及其影响因素。方法:收集2017年1月-2019年12月在我院经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者184例,其中PCAD 患者86例(PCAD组),非PCAD患者98例(NPCAD组),再选取同期男性<55岁,女性<65岁健康体检者86例作为对照组。收集所有研究对象的基线资料并检测空腹血糖(FBG) 、总胆固醇(TC) 、低密度脂蛋白(LDL) 、甘油三酯(TG) 、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、血清ZAG、MCP-1水平,采用Pearson相关性分析ZAG、MCP-1与血脂相关性。多因素Logistic回归分析PCAD的影响因素。结果:PCAD组、NPCAD组糖尿病史、高血压病史、冠心病家族史比例、体质量指数(BMI)、FPG、TG、MCP-1高于对照组,HDL、ZAG水平低于对照组(P<0.05),PCAD组年龄、HDL、ZAG水平低于NPCAD组,冠心病家族史、吸烟史比例高于NPCAD组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果表明,PCAD患者ZAG与HDL呈正相关,MCP-1与HDL呈负相关(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,高血压、吸烟史、冠心病家族史、HDL、TG、ZAG、MCP-1是PCAD的独立危险因素。结论:PCAD患者MCP-1水平升高、ZAG、HDL水平降低,MCP-1、ZAG与HDL密切相关,且是PCAD的独立危险因素。  相似文献

摘要 目的:通过酶标仪法,建立一种研究氨茶碱在新西兰兔体内的药代动力学参数及房室模型的分析方法。方法:新西兰兔以剂量15 mg/kg静脉注射氨茶碱后,应用酶标仪法,测定在274 nm 波长处吸光度值,采用直线相关与回归分析进行数据统计分析氨茶碱在体内的药代动力学参数、回收率实验及房室模型分析。结果:血清茶碱在浓度5~30 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为:A= 0.0013C+0.0074,r2=0.991。各浓度氨茶碱回收率均大于90%,平均回收率为95.83±3.83,RSD均小于15%,回收效果良好。通过氨茶碱体内房室模型拟合得:二室模型拟合显示:由消除相,得外推线浓度线性回归方程:lgC=-0.1271t+1.0562;由分布相,得残数浓度线性回归方程为:lgCr =-0.5829t+1.030,综合得其二室模型的药动学方程为:C=22.000e-1.342t +11.381e-0.292t 、T1/2(α)= 0.516 h、T1/2(β)= 2.369 h。一室模型拟合显示:一室模型药动学方程为:lgC= -0.2131t + 1.315,其药时方程为:C= 20.649e-0.491t 、T1/2= 1.412 h;结论:可以用酶标仪法测定氨茶碱体内药代动力学相关参数,其回收率良好,体内代谢符合二室模型,消除半衰期较长。  相似文献

摘要 目的:观察维持性血液透析(MHD)患者透析期血压波动的状况,分析其危险因素及其对生存状况的影响。方法:从江苏省人民医院选取于2018年4月~2021年7月期间接受治疗的210例MHD患者。将患者根据△收缩压(SBP)的绝对值大小,分为血压低波动组(84例,△SBP的绝对值大小<10 mmHg)和血压高波动组(126例,△SBP的绝对值大小≥10 mmHg)。收集两组患者的一般资料和实验室资料,MHD患者血压波动的危险因素采用Logistic回归模型进行分析。以门诊复查或电话的形式随访1年,统计两组预后情况。结果:单因素结果显示,MHD患者透析期血压波动与透析龄、体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、磷(P)、白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)、全段甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)、尿素清除指数(Kt/V)、超滤量有关(P<0.05)。而与年龄、性别、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、钙(Ca)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)无关(P>0.05)。多因素Logistic 回归模型结果显示:透析龄越长、iPTH升高、Kt/V下降、P升高、BMI升高是导致MHD患者透析期血压波动的危险因素,ALB上升为保护因素(P<0.05)。两组患者1年生存率、死亡率组间对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:MHD患者透析期血压波动受到透析龄、iPTH、Kt/V、P、ALB、BMI变化的影响,MHD患者透析期血压波动均会导致患者发生死亡风险。  相似文献

A study was carried out to evaluate the effect of heat treatment on the stability of alternariol (AOH), alternariol monomethyl ether (AME) and tenuazonic acid (TeA) in sunflower flour and the effectiveness of this treatment by a biological assay in rats. The concentrations of AOH and AME remained constant during heating at 100°C for up to 90 minutes while TeA concentration decreased with time to 50% after 90 minutes. The most effective treatment in reducing AOH and AME levels was heating at 121°C for 60 minutes. Histopathological evaluation in the biological assay in rats fed withAlternaria toxins showed marked atrophy and fusion of villi in the intestines and liver cell damage; these lesions were less severe in rats fed heat-treated sunflower flour in line with the reduced toxin content. However, a lower weight gain and a noticeable renal damage in rats were produced when they fed decontaminated flour.  相似文献

采用卵黄囊组织切片、涂片的形态学、细胞化学染色、造血干/祖细胞体外培养及CD_(34)单克隆抗体免疫荧光检测等方法研究表明:人卵黄囊中存在造血岛,造血岛内由于造血微环境的特点致使此期造血主要向红系分化。血岛中检测出CD_(34)~ 细胞,比例高于胎肝及成人骨髓,干/祖细胞于体外培养形成红系集落。结论:人胚胎期造血源于卵黄囊。  相似文献

The effects of aging on the cardiovascular response to continuous light isometric and aerobic exercise remains to be determined. Thus, the purpose of this study was to compare the cardiovascular response of young and older males during light handgrip and cycle ergometry exercise. Blood pressure, heart rate, rate pressure product, as well as pre-ejection period (derived from impedance cardiography) were obtained for 15 young [mean (SE) age: 21 (0.7) years] and 15 older males [59 (0.8) years] during and after light handgrip exercise and cycle ergometry. The parasympathetic influence on the heart was also assessed through a time-series analysis of heart period variability (HPVts). Both during and when recovering from the handgrip exercise and cycle ergometry, the older subjects exhibited a significantly higher absolute systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and rate pressure product, and a lower HRVts than the young subjects. Relative to baseline, the change in pre-ejection period was lower for the young subjects during the handgrip and cycle ergometry, tasks. These results indicate that although the sympathetic influence on both the myocardium and the vasculature was less pronounced in the older males, the aging cardiovasculature was under greater hemodynamic stress both during rest and during exposure to light isometric and aerobic challenge.  相似文献

In order to find orally active Zn(II) complexes that can treat diabetes mellitus (DM) at low doses, four new Zn(II)-dithiocarbamate complexes with Zn(II)-sulfur coordination bonds were prepared and their in vitro insulinomimetic activity and in vivo anti-diabetic ability were evaluated. Among the Zn(II)-dithiocarbamate complexes, the bis(pyrrolidine-N-dithiocarbamate)zinc(II) (Zn(pdc)(2)) complex was found to be the most effective in terms of inhibiting free fatty acid-release and enhancing glucose-uptake in adipocytes. After oral administration of the Zn(pdc)(2) complex to KK-A(y) mice with obesity and type 2 DM, we observed that the high blood glucose levels in the mice were lowered from approximately 500 mg/dL to 350 mg/dL within 6 days, and the effect was maintained during the administration period. Also, indicators of insulin resistance such as serum insulin, leptin, and triglyceride levels were also reduced compared with those in untreated mice. Moreover, the Zn(pdc)(2) complex improved not only the hypertension in the mice, but also the adiponectin level in the serum. On the basis of the results, the Zn(pdc)(2) complex is proposed to improve hyperglycemia and insulin resistance in type 2 DM animals on daily oral administrations.  相似文献

Depression is a serious condition associated with considerable morbidity and mortality. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants, such as fluoxetine and nortriptyline, respectively, were commonly used in treatment for depression. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors have been associated with increased risk of bleeding complications, possibly as a result of inhibition of platelet aggregation. ATP, ADP and adenosine are signaling molecules in the vascular system and nucleotidases activities are considered an important thromboregulatory system which functions in the maintenance of blood fluidity. Therefore, here we investigate the effect of in vivo (acute and chronic) and in vitro treatments with the antidepressant drugs on nucleotidases activities in rat blood serum. In acute treatment, nortriptyline decreased ATP hydrolysis (41%), but not altered ADP and AMP hydrolysis. In contrast, fluoxetine did not alter NTPDase and ecto-5'-nucleotidase activities. A significant inhibition of ATP, ADP, and AMP hydrolysis were observed in chronic treatment with fluoxetine (60%, 32%, and 42% for ATP, ADP, and AMP hydrolysis, respectively). Similar effects were shown in chronic treatment with nortriptyline (37%, 41%, and 30% for ATP, ADP, and AMP hydrolysis, respectively). In addition, there were no significant changes in NTPDase and ecto-5'-nucleotidase activities when fluoxetine and nortriptyline (100, 250, and 500 microM) were tested in vitro. Our results have shown that fluoxetine and nortriptyline changed the nucleotide catabolism, suggesting that homeostasis of vascular system can be altered by antidepressant treatments.  相似文献
