目的观察氨溴索佐治新生儿吸入性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年10月~2016年10月我院收治的新生儿吸入性肺炎患儿88例为研究对象,根据患儿出生时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组患儿采用保暖、清理呼吸道、氧疗、抗感染等常规治疗方法,观察组患儿在常规治疗的基础上加氨溴索治疗,并对两组患儿的治疗总有效率、体征改善时间、住院时间、不良反应发生情况等进行比较分析。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的77.50%;观察组患儿呼吸困难、紫绀、口吐泡沫、肺部啰音等症状体征改善时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论氨溴索佐治新生儿吸入性肺炎的临床疗效良好,可促进患儿临床体征快速改善,且无药物不良反应,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

以桂花品种'金玉台阁'(Osmanthus fragrans'Jinyu Taige')盆栽苗为供试材料,采用"3414"肥料效应试验设计方案,研究了不同单株施用量CO(NH2)2(0.0、1.0、2.0和3.0 g)、NH4H2PO4(0.0、1.5、3.0和4.5 g)和KCl(0.0、0.5、1.0、1.5 g)对秋冬生长期(2014年10月至2015年2月)'金玉台阁'开花性状及叶片中叶绿素和营养元素的影响进行了比较和分析,并筛选出适宜的氮、磷、钾肥施用量.结果表明:与CK〔CO(NH2)2、NH4H2PO4和KCl的单株施用量均为0.0 g〕组相比,各氮、磷、钾肥配施处理组'金玉台阁'的单株产花量、花瓣相对含水量、花径以及叶片中叶绿素、全氮、全磷和全钾的含量总体上显著升高.CO(NH2)2单株施用量对'金玉台阁'单株产花量、叶片中叶绿素含量和全氮含量的影响最大,NH4H2PO4单株施用量对这3个指标的影响次之;NH4H2PO4单株施用量对'金玉台阁'叶片中全磷含量的影响最大;KCl单株施用量对'金玉台阁'花瓣相对含水量、花径及叶片中全钾含量的影响最大.在秋冬生长期内叶片中叶绿素含量呈先降低后升高的趋势,均在12月份降至最低值.通过建立'金玉台阁'单株产花量(y)与CO(NH2)2、NH4 H2 PO4和KCl的单株施用量(分别为xN、xP和xK)间的肥料效应模型,得到的三元二次肥料效应模型为y=1.2027+0.7561×xN+0.2632×xP+0.4590×xK-0.2761×xN2-0.1201×xP2-0.5007×xK2+0.1901×xN×xP-0.0960×xN×xK+0.1185×xP×xK.以单株产花量为目标,'金玉台阁'的CO(NH2)2、NH4 H2 PO4和KCl的最佳单株施用量分别为2.58、3.56和0.86 g.  相似文献

Tracking small passerines using miniaturized location tags is a rapidly expanding field of study. In a 1‐year study, we tested whether there were any short‐ or longer‐term effects of fitting geolocators weighing 3% of body mass on male Pied Flycatchers Ficedula hypoleuca. In the deployment year, we compared adult provisioning rates to nestlings, nestling growth and nest success between nesting attempts in which adult males were fitted with a geolocator, with control nests where males had the same capture history but were not tagged. We found no difference between treatments in provisioning effort by males or their associated female 2 days after geolocator fitting, in terms of nestling growth, subsequent brood reduction or nest success. Return rate, arrival date on territories, nest timing and breeding parameters were compared between tagged and untagged males in the following breeding season. We found no difference in return rate or arrival date, and no difference in nest timing, fecundity or outcome. Our study suggests that fitting lightweight tags to small passerines need not affect behaviour, breeding or apparent between‐year survival. However, tagging new species should still require assessment and comparison with well‐matched control cohorts, and it should be recognized that tag effects could vary between years and populations, mediated by environmental conditions.  相似文献

Predators can indirectly benefit prey populations by suppressing mid‐trophic level consumers, but often the strength and outcome of trophic cascades are uncertain. We manipulated oyster reef communities to test the generality of potential causal factors across a 1000‐km region. Densities of oyster consumers were weakly influenced by predators at all sites. In contrast, consumer foraging behaviour in the presence of predators varied considerably, and these behavioural effects altered the trophic cascade across space. Variability in the behavioural cascade was linked to regional gradients in oyster recruitment to and sediment accumulation on reefs. Specifically, asynchronous gradients in these factors influenced whether the benefits of suppressed consumer foraging on oyster recruits exceeded costs of sediment accumulation resulting from decreased consumer activity. Thus, although predation on consumers remains consistent, predator influences on behaviour do not; rather, they interact with environmental gradients to cause biogeographic variability in the net strength of trophic cascades.  相似文献

Summary. The interaction of free amino acids with the corn protein zein was studied by thin-layer chromatography carried out on cellulose layers covered with zein and the effect of pH and salts on the strength of interaction was elucidated. Only the binding of Arg, His, Lys, Orn and Trp to zein was verified, other amino acids were not retained. Retention of Arg, His, Lys and Orn decreased linearly with increasing concentration of salts the mobile phase indicating the hydrophilic character of amino acid–zein interaction. Both alkaline and acidic pH influenced the strength of binding. Principal component analysis indicated the different character of the influence of pH and salts on the interaction. The results suggest that these amino acid residues may account for the binding of other peptides and proteins to zein.  相似文献

The enzymatic esterification between n-alcohol homologs and n-caprylic acid catalyzed by lipozyme RM IM (LRI) in microwave field was investigated. Some interesting findings were obtained. The optimum reaction temperature slightly shifted from that in enzymatic esterification by conventional heating. n-Alcohol homologs used in this experiment showed substrate specificity in terms of the odd and even carbon numbers. THF expressed abnormal solvent effect. Whereas in the contrastive enzymatic esterification by conventional heating, the above mentioned substrate specificity and solvent effect were not observed. All the above phenomena could be explained by both thermal and non-thermal effect of microwave on enzyme and substrates. Further investigation revealed that microwave irradiation reduced the apparent activation energy of the enzymatic reaction according to Arrhenius equation, which is considered as one of the causes increasing initial reaction rate.  相似文献

The stability of predator-prey systems subject to the Allee effects   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
In recent years, many theoreticians and experimentalists have concentrated on the processes that affect the stability of predator-prey systems. But few papers have addressed the Allee effect with focus on the their stability. In this paper, we select two classical models describing predator-prey systems and introduce the Allee effects into the dynamics of both the predator and prey populations in these models, respectively. By combining mathematical analysis with numerical simulation, we have shown that the Allee effect may be a destabilizing force in predator-prey systems: the equilibrium point of the system could be changed from stable to unstable or otherwise, the system, even when it is stable, will take much longer time to reach the stable state. We also conclude that the equilibrium of the prey population will be enlarged due to the Allee effect of the predator, but the Allee effects of the prey may decrease the equilibrium value of the predator, or that of both the predator and prey. It should also be pointed out that the impact of the Allee effects of predator and prey due to different mechanisms on different predator-prey systems could also vary.  相似文献

The solvent kinetic isotope effects (SKIE) on the yeast α-glucosidase-catalyzed hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl and methyl-d-glucopyranoside were measured at 25 °C. With p-nitrophenyl-d-glucopyranoside (pNPG), the dependence of kcat/Km on pH (pD) revealed an unusually large (for glycohydrolases) solvent isotope effect on the pL-independent second-order rate constant, DOD(kcat/Km), of 1.9 (±0.3). The two pKas characterizing the pH profile were increased in D2O. The shift in pKa2 of 0.6 units is typical of acids of comparable acidity (pKa=6.5), but the increase in pKa1 (=5.7) of 0.1 unit in going from H2O to D2O is unusually small. The initial velocities show substrate inhibition (Kis/Km~200) with a small solvent isotope effect on the inhibition constant [DODKis=1.1 (±0.2)]. The solvent equilibrium isotope effects on the Kis for the competitive inhibitors d-glucose and α-methyl d-glucoside are somewhat higher [DODKi=1.5 (±0.1)]. Methyl glucoside is much less reactive than pNPG, with kcat 230 times lower and kcat/Km 5×104 times lower. The solvent isotope effect on kcat for this substrate [=1.11 (±0. 02)] is lower than that for pNPG [=1.67 (±0.07)], consistent with more extensive proton transfer in the transition state for the deglucosylation step than for the glucosylation step.  相似文献
