本研究选取本院收治的慢性胃炎患者114例并根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组患者采用奥美拉唑联合小柴胡汤加减治疗,分析小柴胡汤加减联合奥美拉唑对慢性胃炎血清表皮生长因子(EGF)、胃黏膜氧化酶-2 (COX-2)蛋白表达情况的影响及护理对策。研究结果表明,治疗前两组患者胃镜检查充血水肿、糜烂、黏膜白相、颗粒增生发生率比较无统计学差异(p>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者各项指标发生率低于对照组(p<0.05);治疗前,两组患者血清EGF、Bcl-2、CRP和胃黏膜COX-2、P-p65表达水平比较无统计学差异(p>0.05),治疗后发现观察组患者血清EGF水平高于对照组,血清Bcl-2、CRP和胃黏膜COX-2、P-p65表达水平低于对照组(p<0.05);治疗前,两组患者在躯体功能、躯体职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能、心理健康评分等生活质量评分上比较无统计学差异(p<0.05),治疗后,观察组患者各项评分高于对照组(p>0.05)。本研究初步结论说明,小柴胡汤加减联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性胃炎疗效显著,可改善患者血清EGF、Bcl-2和胃黏膜COX-2表达水平,提高患者生活质量。  相似文献

The impact of different microalgal semicontinuous cultures on growth and biochemical composition in the next link of the food chain was tested using the filter feeder Artemia species as a model. The marine microalga Tetraselmis suecica was cultured semicontinuously with renewal rates between 10% and 50% and used to feed Artemia. Microalgal cultures maintained with a low renewal rate that had biochemical composition similar to that of the stationary-phase cultures commonly used in aquaculture produced poor growth and survival and low food-conversion efficiency compared to cultures maintained with a high renewal rate. Changes in the renewal rate in microalgal cultures also resulted in important changes in the gross biochemical composition of the filter feeder. The gross biochemical composition of the Artemia resembled that of the microalgae used as food except for total lipid content. The percentage of protein in the organic fraction of Artemia increased from 45% to 65% of the organic weight with increasing renewal rates in the microalgal cultures, while the carbohydrate percentage decreased under the same conditions. Higher renewal rates resulted in higher lipid percentages in the microalga, but in Artemia the percentage of lipids decreased from 19% of the organic weight with a renewal rate of 10%, to 13% with a renewal rate of 50%. The percentage of all polyunsaturated fatty acids in Artemia, including 20:5n-3, increased slightly with increasing renewal rates in the microalgal cultures. Results emphasize the importance of controlling microalgal nutritional value for the success of aquaculture food chains in which filter feeders are involved. Neurotrophin binding to the extracellular surface of the Trk family of tyrosine kinase receptors leads to the activation of multiple signalling cascades, culminating in neuroregenerative effects, including neuronal survival and neurite outgrowth. Since neurotrophins themselves are not ideal drug candidates due to their poor pharmacokinetic behaviour and bioavailability, small molecule neurotrophin mimetics may be beneficial in treating a number of neurodegenerative disorders. The present study demonstrates that L-783,281, a non-peptidyl fungal metabolite, is capable of stimulating TrkA, B and C phosphorylation to various extents in CHO cells stably expressing human Trk receptors. L-783,281 also stimulated Trk phosphorylation in a number of rat and human primary neuronal cultures, whereas the highly similar compound, L-767,827, was without effect. Mechanistic studies utilizing transiently transfected PDGF/TrkA and TrkA/PDGF chimeras, demonstrated that L-783,281 is likely to interact with the intracellular domain of the TrkA receptor. Further investigations suggested that L-783,281 was nevertheless able to instigate receptor dimerization by binding in a non-covalent manner. Although the cytotoxicity of the compound was shown to preclude its effects in neuronal survival and neurite outgrowth assays, it is a prototype for a small molecule neurotrophin mimetic that activates Trk by interacting at a site different from the neurotrophin-binding site.  相似文献

不同施肥水平对桢楠多胚苗生长及光合生理的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用营养袋培育的方法,以苗龄45d(根茎初步木质化)的桢楠幼苗为试验材料,选取单胚苗(D)、双胚大苗(SD)和双胚小苗(SX)3种类型桢楠幼苗栽植于袋中,根据年施复合肥量标准设置对照(CK,每袋0g)、中(M,每袋0.2g)和高(H,每袋0.3g)3个施肥水平,于7月初开始施肥,每20d施1次共分4次(每次25%)施入,分别于8月、10月中旬测定幼苗生长指标和光合生理指标,探讨施肥对桢楠多胚苗生长和光合生理的影响。结果显示:(1)中量施肥(M)对3类幼苗的苗高和地径生长量有明显的促进作用,而高量施肥(H)在整个试验过程中对幼苗生长的影响表现为先促进后抑制的趋势。(2)中量施肥(M)可以促进3类幼苗叶片的叶绿素合成,延长叶片功能周期,增大净光合速率和气孔导度,进而提高幼苗在强光照、高CO_2环境下的光合作用能力。(3)中量施肥可以使幼苗的光补偿点(LCP)、CO_2补偿点(CCP)下降,光饱和点(LSP)、CO_2饱和点(CSP)上升,增强幼苗适应环境的能力,积累更多的有机物;高量施肥对幼苗的光合指标也表现为先促进后抑制的作用。研究表明,适量(每袋0.2g)施肥能促进各类桢楠幼苗光合色素合成、光合作用效率以及对环境的适应能力,从而促进幼苗的生长;适量施肥也使双胚大苗较快缩小与单胚苗生长指标间的差距,同时也对双胚小苗生长表现出一定的促进作用,这对于促进珍贵树种桢楠的种质资源保护、提高苗木出圃率和降低育苗成本有重要意义。  相似文献

Disposable orbitally shaken TubeSpin bioreactor 600 tubes (TS600s) were recently developed for the bench-scale cultivation of animal cells in suspension. Here we compared batch cultures of Sf9 insect cells in TS600s, spinner flasks, and shake flasks. Superior cell growth was observed in TS600s and shake flasks as compared with spinner flasks, and more favorable oxygen-enriched cell culture conditions were observed in TS600s as compared with either spinner or shake flasks. The results demonstrated the suitability of TS600s as a disposable vessel for the cultivation of Sf9 cells in suspension.  相似文献

Heterostyly is a genetically controlled floral polymorphism usually associated with an incompatibility system. This set of features is known to occur in several angiosperm families, but some aspects of its biology has not been well studied. The present study investigates cellular aspects of the pollen–pistil interaction after compatible and incompatible pollinations of Psychotria nuda, to increase our knowledge of heteromorphic self-incompatibility (HetSI). The use of bright field, fluorescence and transmission electron microscopy methods allowed us to demonstrate that pollen tubes behave differently after incompatible and compatible pollinations. Pollen tubes were particularly distinct after incompatible pollinations of L- and S-morph flowers. Relative to compatible pollen tubes, incompatible L-morph tubes had a drastic reduction in cellular contents, but no cell rupture. Incompatible S-morph tubes exhibited dense cytoplasm in apical regions, as well as in other regions, accompanied by a rupture of the apex. These results support the hypothesis that L- and S-morph flowers have different incompatibility mechanisms during HetSI.  相似文献

To determine the importance of fibroblast growth factor receptors (fgfrs) 1 and 2 in the metanephric mesenchyme, we generated conditional knockout mice (fgfr(Mes-/-)). Fgfr1(Mes-/-) and fgfr2(Mes-/-) mice develop normal-appearing kidneys. Deletion of both receptors (fgfr1/2(Mes-/-)) results in renal aplasia. Fgfr1/2(Mes-/-) mice develop a ureteric bud (and occasionally an ectopic bud) that does not elongate or branch, and the mice do not develop an obvious metanephric mesenchyme. By in situ hybridization, regions of mutant mesenchyme near the ureteric bud(s) express Eya1 and Six1, but not Six2, Sall1, or Pax2, while the ureteric bud expresses Ret and Pax2 normally. Abnormally high rates of apoptosis and relatively low rates of proliferation are present in mutant mesenchyme dorsal to the mutant ureteric bud at embryonic day (E) 10.5, while mutant ureteric bud tissues undergo high rates of apoptosis by E11.5. Thus, fgfr1 and fgfr2 together are critical for normal formation of metanephric mesenchyme. While the ureteric bud(s) initiates, it does not elongate or branch infgfr1/2(Mes-/-) mice. In metanephric mesenchymal rudiments, fgfr1 and fgfr2 appear to function downstream of Eya1 and Six1, but upstream of Six2, Sall1, and Pax2. Finally, this is the first example of renal aplasia in a conditional knockout model.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the role of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in plant phosphorus nutrition. We develop a mathematical model which quantitatively assesses the contribution of external fungal hyphae to plant phosphate uptake.We derive an equation for solute uptake by a growing fungal mycelium which we couple with a model for root uptake. We analyse the model using nondimensionalization and numerical simulations.Simulations predict that removal of phosphate from soil is dominated by hyphal uptake as opposed to root uptake. Model analysis shows that the depletion zones around hyphae overlap within 8 h and that the transfer between fungus and root is a critical step for the behaviour of phosphorus within the mycelial phase. We also show that the volume fraction of mycelium is negligibly small in comparison to other soil phases.This is the first model to quantify the contribution of mycorrhizal fungi to plant phosphate uptake. A full data set for model parametrization and validation is not currently available. Therefore, more complete sets of experimental measurements are necessary to make this model more applicable.  相似文献

1. In this study, we examine how a 7‐year period of expanding submerged stonewort (Chara spp.) vegetation during a shift from turbid to clear water in a shallow lake influenced individual growth and population size structure of perch (Perca fluviatilis). We expected that a shift from phytoplankton to macrophyte dominance and clear water would improve feeding conditions for perch during a critical benthivorous ontogenetic stage, and enhance the recruitment of piscivorous perch. 2. Growth analysis based on opercula showed that growth during the second year of life was significantly higher in years with abundant vegetation than in years with turbid water and sparse vegetation. Growth was not affected during the first, third and fourth year of life. Stable isotope analyses on opercula from 2‐year‐old perch showed that the increase in growth coincided with a change in carbon source in the diet. Stable nitrogen ratio did not change, indicating that the increased growth was not an effect of any change in trophic position. 3. Following the expansion of submerged vegetation, perch size range and abundance of piscivorous perch increased in central, unvegetated areas of the lake. In stands of stoneworts, however, mainly benthivorous perch were caught, and size range did not change with time. 4. Our findings provide empirical support for the notion that establishment of submerged vegetation may lead to increased recruitment of piscivorous perch, because of improved competitive conditions for perch during the benthivorous stage. This is likely to constitute a benthic‐pelagic feedback coupling, in which submerged vegetation and clear water promote the recruitment of piscivorous perch, which, in turn, may increase water clarity through top‐down effects in the pelagic.  相似文献

Aims: Non‐sigmoid growth curves of Escherichia coli obtained at constant temperatures near the maximum growth temperature (Tmax) were previously explained by the coexistence of two subpopulations, i.e. a stress‐sensitive and a stress‐resistant subpopulation. Mathematical simulations with a heterogeneous model support this hypothesis for static experiments at 45°C. In this article, the behaviour of E. coli, when subjected to a linearly increasing temperature crossing Tmax, is studied. Methods and Results: Subpopulation dynamics are studied by culturing E. coli K12 MG1655 in brain heart infusion broth in a bioreactor. The slowly increasing temperature (°C h?1) starting from 42°C results in growth up to 60°C, a temperature significantly higher than the known Tmax. Given some additional presumptions, mathematical simulations with the heterogeneous model can describe the dynamic experiments rather well. Conclusions: This study further confirms the existence of a stress‐resistant subpopulation and reveals the unexpected growth of E. coli at temperatures significantly higher than Tmax. Significance and Impact of the Study: The growth of the small stress‐resistant subpopulation at unexpectedly high temperatures asks for a revision of currently applied models in food safety and food quality strategies.  相似文献
