碱蒿营养器官的扫描电镜观察研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
用扫描电子显微镜对碱蒿(Artemisia anethifolia)营养器官的解剖学特征进行了观察与研究。结果表明:碱蒿属于典型的泌盐盐生植物。叶肉质化,表皮上气孔为无规则型气孔,密集下陷,有较多的盐囊泡和分杈腺毛分布,表皮细胞外壁加厚,外壁的外层角质化,为等面叶,栅栏组织细胞排列疏松,叶中央为发达的储水组织,木质部有多束维管束;茎表皮上有少许气孔,并分布有腺毛和众多盐囊泡,表皮细胞外壁加厚形成角质层,皮层宽度较小,皮层薄壁组织细胞内可见淀粉粒,中柱后生木质部为口径大的导管,原生木质部为口径小的导管,管内充满盐晶体,中间有发达的贮水薄壁细胞;根的表皮细胞排列疏松,外皮层细胞排列紧密而整齐,中部皮层薄壁细胞层数较多,细胞中贮藏有许多淀粉粒,内皮层细胞排列紧密,初生木质部导管发达,内部周围存在大量盐晶体,根的次生木质部有通气组织。这些解剖结构均表现出碱蒿具有适应盐碱、干旱生境的结构特征。 相似文献

采用MTT法和DPPH法,分别测定已分离得到的68株贵州青蒿内生真菌乙酸乙酯粗提物的肿瘤细胞生长抑制率和DPPH自由基清除率。试验共筛选获得12株活性内生真菌,根据其形态特征进行鉴定,分别隶属于子囊菌亚门(Ascomycotina)的链格孢属(Alternaria)、刺盘孢属(Colletotrichum)、拟盘多毛孢属(Pestalotiopsis)和拟茎点霉属(Phomopsis);其中,有8株内生真菌至少对1种指示瘤株具有细胞毒活性,占总菌株数的11.8%;5株内生真菌具有不同程度的清除DPPH自由基活性,占总菌株数的7.4%;1株内生真菌同时具有细胞毒活性和抗氧化活性。 相似文献

The antifungal, antibacterial, and insect‐repellent activities of the essential oils (EOs) of Acantholippia seriphioides, Artemisia mendozana, Gymnophyton polycephalum, Satureja parvifolia, Tagetes mendocina, and Lippia integrifolia, collected in the Central Andes area, province of San Juan, Argentina, were investigated. The dermatophytes Microsporum gypseum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, and T. rubrum were inhibited by the EOs of G. polycephalum, L. integrifolia, and S. parvifolia, with minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) between 31.2 and 1000 μg/ml. Moreover, all EOs presented moderate activity against the bacteria tested, and the L. integrifolia and G. polycephalum EOs showed excellent repellent properties against Triatoma infestans, the Chagas disease vector, with repellency values between 60 and 100%. The A. seriphioides, G. polycephalum, and L. integrifolia EOs, obtained by hydrodistillation, were characterized by GC‐FID and GC/MS analyses. The highest number of components (40) was identified in L. integrifolia EO, which, along with that of A. seriphioides, contained important amounts of oxygenated monoterpenes (44.35 and 29.72%, resp.). Thymol (27.61%) and carvacrol (13.24%) were the main components of A. seriphioides EO, and borneol, lippifoli‐1(6)‐en‐5‐one, and terpinen‐4‐ol (>8.5%) were the principal compounds of L. integrifolia EO. These results support the idea that oxygenated monoterpenes are the bioactive fractions of the EOs. Finally, the study shows that these Andean species might be used to treat superficial fungal infections and to improve the local Chagas disease situation by vector‐control. 相似文献

为发掘对蚜虫有抗性的菊花近缘种属植物,对11份菊属及蒿属植物苗期进行了田间和室内抗蚜虫性鉴定。结果发现:在田间鉴定条件下,随着平均蚜害指数(I*)值的升高,蚜虫抗性等级逐渐降低,其中:黄金艾蒿、黄蒿、香蒿的I*值为0.00,属于免疫性;牡蒿的I*值为0.13,属于高抗性;大岛野路菊的I*值为0.25,属于抗性;异色菊的I*值为0.37,属于中抗性;那贺川野菊、龙脑菊的I*值为0.51—0.75,属于感性;泡黄金菊、紫花野菊、菊花脑的I*值>0.75,属于高感性;在室内鉴定条件下,不同材料对蚜虫的抗性表现出很大差异,根据繁殖倍率的不同,11份材料分为5个抗性等级,其中黄金艾蒿、牡蒿、黄蒿、香蒿繁殖倍率为0.00,属于极高抗性;大岛野路菊繁殖倍率为5.86,属于中抗性;异色菊、那贺川野菊、龙脑菊繁殖倍率为7—10,属于低抗性;泡黄金菊、紫花野菊、菊花脑繁殖倍率>10,属于无抗性。综合分析表明:田间鉴定与室内鉴定结果基本一致,其中黄金艾蒿、黄蒿等8份材料田间和室内鉴定结果无差别;牡蒿田间鉴定表现为高抗性,而室内鉴定表现为极高抗性;大岛野路菊田间鉴定表现为抗性,而室内鉴定表现为中抗性;异色菊田间鉴定表现为中抗性,而室内鉴定表现为低抗性。黄金艾蒿、黄蒿、牡蒿、香蒿、大岛野路菊对蚜虫表现良好抗性,可用于栽培菊花抗蚜性遗传改良。 相似文献

本文研究了陕北黄土高原森林区和森林草原地带分布面积广、在群落演替过程中具明显地位的铁杆蒿群落生物量,测定了地上和地下生物量的季节、空间和地带性变化。结果表明,铁杆蒿群落生物量季节动态明显,9月下旬地上和地下生物量均达峰值,分别为241.94g/m~2和1860.46g/m~2,地下生物量6月出现负值,这与植物生长发育阶段的物质运转有关。森林草原由于水条件的限制,地上和地下生物量均低于森林区。 相似文献

Abstract. Small-scale species dynamics in semi-arid steppe vegetation under grazing and recovering from long-term grazing were followed during five years. Most species successively increased their frequency during the study period, whereas some early successional species decreased in frequency. Perennial Artemisia spp. dominated the vegetation and showed low mobility, whereas small annual or short-lived perennial species had a lower frequency and higher mobility. Anthropogenic nitrogen (N) deposition is a globally important source of N that is expected to increase with population growth.
In southern California, N input from dry deposition accumulates on vegetation and soil surfaces of chaparral and coastal sage
scrub (CSS) ecosystems during the summer and fall and becomes available as a pulse following winter rainfall. Presumably,
N input will act to stimulate the productivity and N storage of these Mediterranean-type, semi-arid shrublands because these
ecosystems are thought to be N limited. To assess whether dry-season N inputs alter ecosystem productivity and N storage,
a field experiment was conducted over a 4-year period where plots were exposed to either ambient N deposition (control) or
ambient + 50 kgN ha−1 y−1 (added N) that was added as NH4NO3 during the fall dry-season of each year. Plots exposed to added N had significantly higher accumulation of NH4 and NO3 on ion exchange resins that was due in part to direct fertilization and N mineralization, and the increase in N availability
lead to a significant increase in NO3 leaching in chaparral but not CSS. Nitrogen addition also lead to an increase in litter and tissue N concentration and a
decline in the C:N ratio, but failed to alter the ecosystem productivity and N storage of the chaparral and CSS shrublands
over the 4-year study period. The reasons for the lack of a treatment response are unknown; however, it is possible that these
semi-arid shrublands are not N limited, cannot respond rapidly enough to capture the ephemeral N pulse, are limited by other
nutrients, or the N response is dependent on the amount and/or distribution of rainfall. These results have important implications
for understanding the potential effects of anthropogenic N deposition on the C and N cycling and storage of Mediterranean-type,
semi-arid shrublands.
