白木香内生真菌的分离及分子鉴定   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
对采自广东省信宜市的白木香进行了内生真菌分离培养,共获得50个菌株,通过rDNA中内转录间隔区(ITS)序列鉴定其为20个种,其中确定至种名的有7属8种,仅确定至属名的有8种,不能确定种属的有4种,其中A20菌株(Fimetariella rabenhorstii)为国内首次报道。刺盘孢菌(Colletotrichum)共分离到17株,占分离总数的34%,为白木香优势种群;镰刀菌(Fusarium)共分离到11株,是结香部位的优势种群。白木香内生真菌分布部位的专一性不明显,茎中分离的数量及种类最多,叶中最少;5年龄内生真菌的多样性较好,10月龄的多样性较低。  相似文献

通过样方调查,研究了内蒙古典型草原不同退化程度草地中小叶锦鸡儿 (Caragana microphylla Lam.)灌丛斑块空间分布格局、草地生物量及生物多样性特征。结果表明,从轻度到中度、重度退化草地,草本植物生物量呈减少趋势,小叶锦鸡儿生物量呈增加趋势,总生物量呈先减少后增加趋势;灌丛斑块生物多样性呈增加趋势,草地斑块生物多样性呈先减少后增加趋势,其中轻度退化草地中灌丛斑块生物多样性低于草地斑块,中度和重度退化草地中灌丛斑块生物多样性高于草地斑块。本研究认为,内蒙古典型草原灌丛化过程中,生态系统可能存在草本植物占优势或小叶锦鸡儿占优势这样两种稳定状态,这两种状态能维持较高生物量和生物多样性,而在由草本植物占优势向小叶锦鸡儿占优势转化的过渡阶段,系统不稳定,仅能维持较低生物量和生物多样性。  相似文献

山葵树叶中含有丰富的矿物质和维生素,体外研究证实山葵树叶提取物具有较好的体外抗氧化活性。然而,山葵树叶提取物在体内的抗氧化和抗疲劳作用尚不明确。本研究分别按照100 mg/kg·bw、200 mg/kg·bw和500 mg/kg·bw的剂量对SD大鼠灌胃山葵树叶提取液4周。研究显示,山葵树叶提取物可以剂量依赖性方式提高大鼠的力竭游泳时间(p<0.05)。山葵树叶提取物可显著降低力竭游泳大鼠血清Lac和BUN水平并升高NEFA水平。山葵树叶提取物可提高大鼠的肝糖原和肌糖原含量。山葵树叶提取物可提高大鼠血清和组织SOD、GSH-Px和CAT水平并降低MDA水平。山葵树叶提取物可上调大鼠肝组织中ORM1、CCR5的m RNA和蛋白水平。本研究表明山葵树叶提取物可有效提高力竭游泳大鼠的抗疲劳能力。山葵树叶提取物的抗疲劳作用与减少乳酸堆积、增加脂肪动员、减少糖原分解、提高抗氧化活性有关。此外,山葵树叶提取物的抗疲劳作用与上调ORM1和CCR5的表达有关。  相似文献

皂荚天然群体间种实表型特性及种子萌发的差异分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对位于湖北京山、湖南城步、贵州兴义、重庆秀山、四川成都、广西桂林、山东费县和甘肃天水的8个皂荚(Gleditsia sinensis Lam.)天然群体间果实和种子表型特性及种子萌发率的差异进行了研究,在此基础上,对种子特性与萌发率的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:不同皂荚群体间荚果的长度、宽度、厚度和质量以及种子长度、宽度、厚度和百粒质量均存在极显著差异(P〈O.01);在低纬度、高降雨量和干扰程度相对大的区域产生的荚果及种子均较大。在不同温度(昼/夜温度35℃/20℃、30℃/15℃、25℃/10oC和15℃/5℃)条件下,8个皂荚群体间种子萌发率无显著差异,平均萌发率为7.70%;种皮经人为损伤后种子萌发率总体上有所提高且在不同温度条件下差异显著,其中在昼/夜温度15℃/5℃的条件下种子萌发率低于其他处理温度。在不同温度条件下,种子的长度、宽度、厚度和百粒质量与萌发率均呈正相关,但总体上相关性不显著。研究结果说明:不同皂荚群体的荚果和种子特性变异较大,且在降雨量高的地区其果实和种子较大;低温对皂荚种子的萌发有一定抑制作用;种皮损伤处理可解除皂荚种子的物理性休眠,但皂荚种子还可能存在生理休眠现象;一定程度的种子复合休眠可能是皂荚群体适应不同生境的重要生存策略之一。  相似文献

The Portuguese and the European Flora refer to the presence of two or three Azolla species in Portugal: A. filiculoides Lam., A. caroliniana Willd. and/or Azolla mexicana Presl., the latter included in the last edition of Flora Europaea. In the present work, the taxonomy of Azolla species is reviewed using the two most important characters that can distinguish between these two/three species: papillae in the dorsal leaf lobe and perine architecture of the megaspore apparatus. Other characteristics, such as the hyaline border cells of the dorsal leaf lobes and the number of glochidia septa in microsporangium massulae, are also used. All the Azolla specimens, collected from several locations in Portugal, were identified as Azolla filiculoides Lam. This identification disagrees with previous published reports on Azolla taxonomy in Portugal as well as with herbarium identification.  相似文献

Calonyctin, a natural plant growth regulator extracted from the leaves of Calonyction aculeatum (L.) House, can promote crop growth and increase crop yield. The specific reasons for this response are unknown. This study was conducted to determine the effect of calonyctin treatment on the free sugars of sweet potato [Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam.] as related to starch accumulation. The sweet potatoes were grown in the field in 1992, treated by foliar spray with Calonyctin concentrations of 0 (control) and 0.1 activity unit (CTSP) at 20 days after planting (DAP) at the rate of 190 liters of diluted solution/ha., and sampled periodically to determine free sugars. The response of sweet potato to calonyctin was first detected at 40 days after treatment (on 60 DAP). Data indicated that calonyctin treatment significantly increased starch synthesis in storage roots, decreased the fluctuation tendency of total sugar level during the growth period, and kept the sugar level relatively constant with a gradual rise regardless of variations in weather. The level of the reducing sugars in CTSP leaves was higher at 60 and 160 DAP and lower at 100, 120, and 140 DAP. During rainy days (100 DAP), the reducing sugars in CTSP storage roots remained at a lower level when those in controls reached high levels. The sucrose content in CTSP leaves was 40–138% greater than that in controls except at 80 and 120 DAP, and the ratio of sucrose to total nonreducing sugars remained at 100% in CTSP leaves even on rainy and cool days and above 96% in CTSP storage roots except on cool days (140 and 160 DAP), suggesting that calonyctin treatment promoted the synthesis and transfer of sucrose and supplied abundant sugar precursors for starch accumulation in storage roots.Abbreviations DAP days after planting - CTSP calonyctin-treated sweet potato with 0.1 activity unit  相似文献

Aiming to identify new sources of bioactive secondary metabolites, we isolated 82 endophytic fungi from stems and barks of the native Brazilian tree Caesalpinia echinata Lam. (Fabaceae). We tested their ethyl acetate extracts in several in vitro assays. The organic extracts from three isolates showed antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli [minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) 32-64 μg/mL]. One isolate inhibited the growth of Salmonella typhimurium (MIC 64 μg/mL) and two isolates inhibited the growth of Klebsiella oxytoca (MIC 64 μg/mL), Candida albicans and Candida tropicalis (MIC 64-128 μg/mL). Fourteen extracts at a concentration of 20 μg/mL showed antitumour activities against human breast cancer and human renal cancer cells, while two isolates showed anti-tumour activities against human melanoma cancer cells. Six extracts were able to reduce the proliferation of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, indicating some degree of selective toxicity. Four isolates were able to inhibit Leishmania (Leishmania) amazonensis and one isolate inhibited Trypanosoma cruzi by at least 40% at 20 μg/mL. The trypanocidal extract obtained from Fusarium sp. [KF611679] culture was subjected to bioguided fractionation, which revealed beauvericin as the compound responsible for the observed toxicity of Fusarium sp. to T. cruzi. This depsipeptide showed a half maximal inhibitory concentration of 1.9 μg/mL (2.43 μM) in a T. cruzi cellular culture assay.  相似文献

Question: Our study aimed at testing to what extent water and/or nutrients affect community composition in sub‐alpine heath. We hypothesized that nutrient addition will have an overall positive effect on heath vegetation but water addition will have greater effects and will probably reinforce the effects of fertilization in drier habitat conditions. Location: Monte Rondinaio, northern Apennines, Italy (44°08’ N; 10°35’ E, ca. 1850‐1930 m a.s.l.). Methods: Nutrients and water were added during five growing seasons in two communities (HV community, moister; EV community, drier) and the biomass of all species was estimated non‐destructively by the point‐quadrat method. Results: Total above‐ground biomass increased in both communities with fertilization due to increased graminoid biomass and decreased moss biomass, but was unaffected by irrigation. In the HV community species richness decreased as an effect of fertilization while in the EV community species richness was raised by irrigation. Conclusions: Our study partly supported our hypothesis since water addition had a stronger effect in the drier community. However, this effect was not revealed by changes in above‐ground biomass but rather by differing responses of individual species in the two communities.  相似文献

金沙江干热河谷土壤含水量对台湾青枣生长和产量的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
比较了4个水分梯度3年生台湾青枣(Zizyphus mauritiana Lam.)的树高生长动态、地径生长动态、新梢生下量、枝粗生长量、叶面积、叶面积指数、座果率、平均株产量、叶片含水率和根系含水率等,通过主成分分析法和R型因子综合分析法确定了适合台湾青枣生长的最优土壤含水率。结果表明第3种水分处理(土壤含水率为田间持水量的70%~85%)的台湾青枣对水分的响应最好,对水分的响应排序值是56.147;其次是第4种水分处理(土壤含水率为田间持水量的85%~100%),其值为41.506;最后是第1种水分处理(土壤含水率为田间持水量的40%~55%),其值为34.545。由此可以得出,在金沙江干热河谷地区种植台湾青枣的最佳土壤水分是土壤含水率达到田间持水量的70%~85%。  相似文献
