牛膝多糖抑制大肠埃希菌细胞粘附的实验研究 总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9
目的 :研究牛膝多糖能否影响大肠埃希菌对细胞的粘附。方法 :使用 Hela细胞进行了粘附试验及粘附抑制试验。结果 :发现牛膝多糖浓度为 0 .8mg/ml时 ,对细菌的细胞粘附抑制最为明显 ,粘附率由(2 5 7.0± 5 .2 )个细菌 /细胞 降低到 (63 .6± 3 .6)个细菌 /细胞 。结论 :牛膝多糖对大肠埃希菌的细胞粘附具有抑制作用 ,提示该多糖具有调节肠道微生态的潜在应用价值 相似文献

Crown group (neornithine birds) exhibit a great variation in the morphology of the hypotarsus, a structure on the proximal end of the tarsometatarsus, which guides the tendons of the flexor muscles of the toes. Hypotarsus morphology is of significance for the identification of fossil taxa, and several extant groups show characteristic patterns that are of phylogenetic interest. So far, however, the diversity of hypotarsus morphologies has been little studied, and there are no comprehensive studies across all neornithine birds. In particular, the identities of the involved canals and sulci remain elusive, and some confusion exists about their correct homologies. In this study, hypotarsus morphologies are for the first time surveyed among all extant birds, and basic patterns are characterized. Instances are identified, in which particular hypotarsus morphologies are correlated with certain locomotion types, inferences are made about possible ancestral morphologies, and some patterns of phylogenetic interest are discussed. 相似文献

艳山姜为姜科山姜属植物,艳山姜(Alpinia zerumbet)的干燥成熟果实,是贵州少数民族地区的传统习用药物,艳山姜在贵州省的种植面积已超过130 hm~2,是贵州"南药"的第一大宗产品,也是治理石漠化的重要经济植物,其自然资源非常丰富,亦是民间常用的香料植物资源。该研究采用性状、显微及理化鉴定方法,对艳山姜果实进行了系统的生药学研究,并对α-蒎烯、莰烯、β-蒎烯及1,8-桉叶油醇四个主要心血管药理活性成分进行含量分析。结果表明:艳山姜果实性状鉴别特征为果皮见12~20条纵棱隆起,顶端具花被残基突起,种子团由白色隔膜分为3瓣,每瓣具种子8~20粒不等,较易散落。显微鉴别特征为:种子横切面具1~2列油细胞,外胚乳细胞含淀粉粒,并可见细小草酸钙方晶;果实粉末可见螺纹导管、草酸钙方晶、淀粉粒、石细胞等。气相色谱法测得艳山姜果实挥发油中α-蒎烯、莰烯、β-蒎烯及1,8-桉叶油醇的平均含量分别为4.292%、3.966%、9.703%、27.171%。该研究的性状、显微鉴别方法准确、简单、易行,可作为艳山姜药材的鉴别依据;气相色谱含量测定方法重现性好,测定结果精确可靠,可用于艳山姜果实挥发油的含量测定。该研究结果为艳山姜药材的鉴定及进一步开发利用提供科学参考。 相似文献

Euglena obtusa F. Schmitz possesses novel pellicle surface patterns, including the greatest number of strips (120) and the most posterior subwhorls of strip reduction in any euglenid described so far. Although the subwhorls form a mathematically linear pattern of strip reduction, the pattern observed here differs from the linear pattern described for Euglena mutabilis F. Schmitz in that it contains seven linear subwhorls, rather than three, and is developmentally equivalent to three whorls of exponential reduction, rather than two. These properties imply that the seven‐subwhorled linear pattern observed in E. obtusa is evolutionarily derived from an ancestral bilinear pattern, rather than from a linear pattern, of strip reduction. Furthermore, analysis of the relative lateral positions of the strips forming the subwhorls in E. obtusa indicates that (1) the identity (relative length, lateral position, and maturity) of each strip in any mother cell specifies that strip’s identity in one of the daughter cells following pellicle duplication and cell division, (2) the relative length of any given pellicle strip regulates the length of the nascent strip it will produce during pellicle duplication, and (3) pellicle pores develop within the heels of the most mature pellicle strips. These observations suggest that continued research on pellicle development could eventually establish an ideal system for understanding mechanisms associated with the morphogenesis and evolution of related eukaryotic cells. 相似文献

In western Panama, an unusual hybrid zone exists between white-collared manakins, Manacus candei, and golden-collared manakins, M. vitellinus. Unidirectional introgression of plumage traits from vitellinus into candei has created a region in which all definitively plumaged males have a collar that is lemon-colored. These males are nearly indistinguishable from white-collared candei genetically and morphometrically, but strongly resemble golden-collared vitellinus due to the introgression of secondary sexual plumage traits, particularly the lemon-colored collar. The introgression could be explained by sexual selection for golden-collared traits or by a series of mechanisms that do not invoke sexual selection (e.g., neutral diffusion, dominant allele). Sexual selection on male-male interactions implies behavioral differences among the plumage forms--specifically that golden- and lemon-collared males should be more aggressive than white-collared males. In contrast, the nonsexual hypotheses predict behavioral similarity between lemon- and white-collared males, based on their nearly identical genetics. We tested the sexual selection hypothesis experimentally, by presenting males with taxidermic mounts of the three forms. As response variables, we monitored vocalizations and attacks on the mounts by replicate subject males. Both golden-collared and lemon-collared males were more likely to attack than were white-collared males, as predicted under sexual selection but not by the nonsexual hypotheses. Lemon-collared males were more vocally reactive than either parental form, contrary to the prediction of the nonsexual hypotheses. In central Japan, Harmonia yedoensis is a specialist ladybird that is confined to pine tree habitats, whereas its sibling species Harmonia axyridis is a generalist that feeds on a wide range of aphid species in nature. Interestingly, H. axyridis is not distributed in the Ryukyu Archipelago, southern Japan. We hypothesized that the ecological niche of H. yedoensis should be wider in the Ryukyu Archipelago, where its competitor species in central Japan, H. axyridis, is absent. We undertook fieldwork and a survey of published works to examine habitat utilization by H. yedoensis in the Ryukyu Archipelago. We found that H. yedoensis adults in the Ryukyu Archipelago visited several kinds of deciduous trees, including wild tamarind, Chinese hibiscus, Taiwan cherry and Malayan banyan, as well as pine trees. These observations suggest that habitat generalization has occurred in H. yedoensis in the Ryukyu Archipelago, where it does not compete with H. axyridis. 相似文献

A major challenge for studying the role of sexual selection in divergence and speciation is understanding the relative influence of different sexually selected signals on those processes in both intra‐ and interspecific contexts. Different signals may be more or less susceptible to co‐option for species identification depending on the balance of sexual and ecological selection acting upon them. To examine this, we tested three predictions to explain geographic variation in long‐ versus short‐range sexual signals across a 3,500 + km transect of two related Australian field cricket species (Teleogryllus spp.): (a) selection for species recognition, (b) environmental adaptation and (c) stochastic divergence. We measured male calling song and male and female cuticular hydrocarbons (CHCs) in offspring derived from wild populations, reared under common garden conditions. Song clearly differentiated the species, and no hybrids were observed suggesting that hybridization is rare or absent. Spatial variation in song was not predicted by geography, genetics or climatic factors in either species. In contrast, CHC divergence was strongly associated with an environmental gradient supporting the idea that the climatic environment selects more directly upon these chemical signals. In light of recently advocated models of diversification via ecological selection on secondary sexual traits, the different environmental associations we found for song and CHCs suggest that the impact of ecological selection on population divergence, and how that influences speciation, might be different for acoustic versus chemical signals. 相似文献
