中国宁夏盖蛛属一新种：（蜘蛛目：皿蛛科）

本文记述蜘蛛目皿蛛科皿蛛亚科盖蛛属一新种——六盘盖蛛,新种Neriene liupanensis。标本采自宁夏六盘山自然保护区。     

中国鲴亚科鱼类同工酶和骨骼特征及系统演化的探讨：鲤形目：鲤科

本文对鲴亚科Xenocyprinae共4属6种鱼和鲢亚科Hypophthal michthyinae的鲢、鳙Aristichihys nobilis进行了骨骼系统的研究,并对鲴亚科的6种鱼同工酶谱型,进行了分析比较。鲢亚科虽然具有鲴亚科的共同祖征和全部离征,但因其有较多的特化性状,仍将其列为和鲴亚科并列的一个亚科。应用分支系统学原理推导出鲴亚科的系统发育图。鲴亚科6种鱼的肝、肾、心、眼的晶状体、鳍、脑,肌肉等7种组织5种同工酶(LDH,MDH,ES,ADH,G6PDH)的电泳分析表明,生化分类和经典分类结果完全一致。     

中国平脉树螽属五新种记述：直翅目：螽斯科：树螽亚科

本文报道中国平脉树螽属5个新种。每个新种皆有详细的形态描述和形态特征图。所有模式标本存于北京农业大学昆虫标本室。     

瘿螨科二新种记述：（蜱螨亚纲：瘿螨总科）

本文记述瘿螨科二个新种:樟小瘤瘿螨Acerimina cinnamomi Kuang和杧果瘿螨Eriophyes mangiferae Kuang et Cheng,并附有形态特征图。     

湖北省等翅目三新种

本文记述湖北省等翅目三新种,毛唇散白蚁Reticulitermes tricholabtalis sp.nov.湖北散白蚁Reticulitermes hubeiensis sp.nov.和近圆唇散白蚁Reticulitermes perilabralis sp.nov.。所有正模标本均保存于广东省昆虫研究所。     

辽宁犹伊螨属一新种：（蜱螨亚纲：犹伊螨科）

本文对独角仙体上的犹伊螨新种——大连犹伊螨Eviphis dalianensis sp.nov.进行了描述,该种与淮南犹伊螨Eviphis huainanensis Wen,1965近似。模式标本采自辽宁大连市,保存于辽宁省卫生防疫站虫媒消杀科。     

高翔蜉属一新种：蜉蝣目：扁蜉蝣科

本文记述采自湖南省大庸市高翔蜉属一新种。该种以其阳茎叶外侧面具有一向前弯曲的钩状突起为显著特征,可区别于本属其他种类。     

抗人CD8单抗κ轻链可变区基因的克隆和序列测定

OK T8杂交瘤细胞株从American typecuhure collection(ATCC)获得,产生抗人CD8分子的单克隆抗体IgG2a(γ2a,κ),为了对这一鼠源性单抗进行基因工程改造,我们首先克隆了该单抗的κ轻链可变区基因,并测定了其碱基序列,现将结果报道如下: 通过计算机查找并分析了已发表的几十株抗体的轻链可变区基因序列,经比较其5’端保守序列和J区序列,设计了一对DNA引物:GTGAATTCATGGACATCCAGATGACCCA-     

Origin and fate of the nucleolar channel system of normal human endometium

Human normal endometrium was examined in ultrathin sections.Nucleolar channel system(NCS) appeared in the endometrial epithelial cells during the early and mid secretory phase of menstrual cycle.The NCS was a hollow ball like structure of different sizes and was composed of 2 to 5 rows of tubules embedded in an amporphous matrix.On its surface there were numerous electron dense particles resembling ribosomes,It was usually located within or associated with the nucleolus,SOmetimes,it was close to the nuclear envelope or protruding out from the nucleus .On occasion,NCS with simplified structure was found in the perinuclear cytoplasm.Concepts concerning the genesis,involution and function(s) of the NCS were disussed.
