5种珍稀食药用真菌活性提取物对果蝇寿命影响的研究 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
探讨了松茸、栎金钱菌、蜂窝菌、云芝、杏鲍菇活性提取物对果蝇寿命的影响,分别用这5种食药用真菌活性提取物各以5、20g/L的剂量加入培养基中培养果蝇,观察其对果蝇寿命的影响.结果表明,松茸、栎金钱菌、蜂窝菌、云芝、杏鲍菇的活性提取物能显著延长果蝇的平均寿命和半数死亡时间,其平均寿命延长率分别达23.96%、53.22%、23.09%、32.58%、20%.这提示松茸、栎金钱菌、蜂窝菌、云芝、杏鲍菇都具有良好的延寿效果. 相似文献

人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus, HIV)附属蛋白Nef、Vpu、Vpr和Vif 在病毒复制中起着关键作用,并能被细胞毒性T细胞(Cytotoxic T Lymphocyte, CTL)识别.然而,对我国HIV感染者体内附属蛋白特异性的CTL应答研究比较少.本研究应用覆盖HIV-1B、C亚型附属蛋白(Nef、Vpu、Vpr和Vif)的142个肽段作为抗原,通过酶联免疫斑点实验(Enzyme-Linked Immunospot,ELISPOT)检测61例中国HIV/AIDS患者和10例HIV-1血清阴性对照的HIV-1附属蛋白特异性CTL应答.无论对HIV-1B 亚型还是HIV-1C亚型附属蛋白都能产生特异性CTL 应答,特别是Nef区蛋白的反应频率和累积应答强度都较高(P<0.001),B、C亚型间的应答频率和累积应答强度都无显著差别(P>0.05),其免疫优势区也大致相同.附属蛋白特异性的累积CTL应答强度将近达到总应答的21%.这些结果表明尽管HIV-1附属蛋白的体积小,但它们在诱导特异性的CTL应答中发挥了重要作用,对评价HIV-1免疫应答的幅度和特异性以及研发针对中国人群的HIV疫苗有重要的意义. 相似文献

However, more recent experimental investigations have uncovered the striking Influence of positive Interactions on the organization of plant communities. Complex combinations of competition and positive interactions operating simultaneously among plant species seem to be widespread In nature. In the present paper, we reviewed the mechanism and ecological importance of positive Interactions In plant communities, emphasizing the certainties and uncertainties that have made It an attractive area of research. Positive Interactions, or facilitation, occur when one species enhances the survival, growth, or richness of another. The Importance of facilitation in plant organization increases with ablotlc stress and the relative Importance of competition decreases. PHProteomicDB is a PHP-written module to help researchers in proteomics to share two-dimenslonal gel electrophoresis data using personal web sites. No technical or PHP knowledge is necessary except a few basics about web site management. PHProteomicDB has a user-friendly administration interface to enter and update data. It creates web pages on the fly displaying gel characteristics, gel pictures, and numbered gel spots with their related identifications pointing to their reference pages in protein databanks. While it has been well demonstrated that quantum dots (QDs) play an important role inbiological labeling both in vitro and in vivo,there is no report describing the cellular nanostructure basis ofreceptor-mediated endocytosis.Here,nanostructure evolution responses to the endocytosis of transferrin(Tf)-conjugated QDs were characterized by atomic force microscopy (AFM).AFM-based nanostructureanalysis demonstrated that the Tf-conjugated QDs were specifically and tightly bound to the cell receptorsand the nanostructure evolution is highly correlated with the cell membrane receptor-mediated transduction.Consistently,confocal microscopic and flow cytometry results have demonstrated the specificity anddynamic property of Tf-QD binding and internalization.We found that the internalization of Tf-QD is linearlyrelated to time.Moreover,while the nanoparticles on the cell membrane increased,the endocytosis was stillvery active,suggesting that QD nanoparticles did not interfere sterically with the binding and function ofreceptors.Therefore,ligand-conjugated QDs are potentially useful in biological labeling of cells at a nanometerscale. 相似文献

Solitary and gregarious locusts differ in many traits, such as body color, morphometrics and behavior. With respect to behavior, solitary animals shun each other, while gregarious animals seek each other's company, hence their crowding behavior. General activity, depending on the temperature, occurs throughout the day but is much lower in solitary locusts. Solitary locusts occasionally fly by night while gregarious locusts fly regularly during daytime (swarming). In search of new assays to identify substances that control or modify aspects of (phase) behavior, we designed a simple activity assay, meant to complement existing behavioral measurement tools. The general activity is reflected in the number of wall hits, that is, the number of contacts between the locust and the vertical walls of a small arena. Using this single parameter we were able to quantify differences in total activity of both nymphs and adults of isolation-reared (solitary), regrouped- and crowdreared (gregarious) locusts under different conditions. Furthermore, we demonstrate that there are inter- and intra-phase dependent differences in activities of 5th instar nymphs afar injections of the three different adipokinetic hormones. 相似文献

利用正交实验方法,以甘油、海藻糖、蔗糖和牛血清蛋白为因素,对嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Acididfiobacillus ferrooxidans,A.ferrooxidans)冷冻干燥保护剂的最优化配比进行了研究。直观分析、因素指标分析和方差分析的结果表明:由甘油、海藻糖、蔗糖和牛血清蛋白组成的冷冻干燥保护剂中,对存活率影响的主次顺序依次为:甘油〉海藻糖〉牛血清蛋白〉蔗糖。保护剂的最优化组合为甘油5%、海藻糖15%、蔗糖18%、牛血清蛋白10%。经过验证,该组合的保护剂可使冷冻干燥嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌的存活率达到94%。 相似文献
