Intermediate fertile Triticum aestivum （＋）Agropyron elongatum somatic hybrids are generated by low doses of UV irradiation

We report the production and characterization of somatic hybrids between Triticum aestivum L. and Agropyron elongatum (Host) Nevishi (the synonym is Thinopyrum ponticum). Asymmetric protoplast fusion was performed between Agropyron elongatum protoplasts irradiated with a low UV dose and protoplasts of wheat taken from nonregenerable suspension cultures. More than 40 green plantlets were obtained from 15 regenerated clones and one of them produced seeds. The phenotypes of the hybrid plants and seeds were intermediate between wheat and Agropyron elongatum. All of the regenerated calli and plants were verified as intergeneric hybrids on the basis of morphological observation and analysis of isozyme, cytological, 5SrDNA spacer sequences and random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). RFLP analysis of the mitochondrial genome revealed evidence of random segregation and recombination of mtDNA.     

雀稗属花粉形态及其多萌发孔现象

在广东广泛收集禾本科雀稗属的基础上,观察了雀稗属（Paspalum)9个种及其类群的花粉形态。其花粉一般为球型,平均直径在34－50um之间,花粉表面纹饰一般为疣状突起或皱波状。在四倍体的台湾雀稗（P.formosanum),双穗雀稗（P.paspaloides),雀稗（P.thunbergii),两耳草（P.conjugatum),圆果雀稗（P.orbiculare),长叶雀稗（P.longifolium)和一个十倍体的南雀稗（P.commersonii)的一个类群上发现了禾本科罕见的花粉多萌发孔现象。     

黑龙江省金色蝗属一新种 (直翅目：蝗总科)

 记述了采自松嫩草原的雏蝗属Chorthippus Fieber一新种, 即吉林雏蝗Chorthippus jilinensis sp. Nov.,并与其近似种翠饰雏蝗C.dichrous (Ev.)做了比较。模式标本保存于东北师范大学生命科学学院动物标本室。     

条螽属和桑螽属雌性发声刺的比较观察

 报道了对尖翅条螽Ducetia attenuata Xia et Liu、日本条 螽D. japonica(Thunberg)、施氏条螽D. strelkovi Gorochov et Storozhenk o和中华桑螽K uwayamaea chinensis(Brunner)、长翅桑螽K. longipennis Shi et Zheng、札 幌桑螽K.sap porensis Mats.et Shir.的雌性发声刺的观察结果。这6个种的雌性发声刺在数量与 形态上具较明显的差异。     

绵刺属的分布区及其区系地理成分

绘制了绵刺属新的分布区图。阐明了该属的生态地理分布的基本特征和规律。确定了其区系地理成分为“阿拉善-东戈壁”成分。     

二叠纪菊石属Shengoceras的特大型标本在广西的发现

当前研究标本壳体之大,在此类菊石中是罕见的,而且它的缝合线保存亦十分完美.标本体室虽已剥落,仅存留气室,但其壳径仍达101mm,推测完整壳体的壳径至少在150mm以上.标本系由我所张治平一年前得自广西柳州市.根据他所提供的地点及标本本身的特征,推断它可能来自广西柳江、来宾和武宣县一带二叠系的孤峰组.壳形及缝合线表明它即赵金科(1955)所记录、嗣后Ruzhencev(1956)更名为"孤峰菊石( Ku.fengoceras )”的一类化石,只是赵氏记述的标本壳径最大者仅为当前标本的一半左右.     

中国智麦蛾属二新种记述(鳞翅目：麦蛾科)

智麦蛾属ＳｏｐｈｒｏｎｉａＨüｂｎｅｒ主要分布于欧洲、亚洲和北美,少数分布至南非［１］。全世界已记载２０余种,已知寄主多为菊科Ｃｏｍｐｏｓｉｔａｅ植物。Ｅ．Ｍｅｙｒｉｃｋ（１９３６）报道Ｓｏｐｈｒｏ－ｎｉａｉｌｕｓｔｒｅｌａ（Ｈüｂｎｅｒ,１７９６）...     

四川无声蝗属一新种(直翅目：蝗总科)

This paper reports a new species of the genus Asonus Yin, 1982 from Sichuan Province in western China. Holotype is preserved in the Chongqing Natural History Museum, Sichuan, China.

Two new species of the gensu Thagria Melichar (Cicadellidae.Coelidiinae) are described and illustrated from China. The type specimens are deposited in the Department of Plant Protection, Anhui Agricultural University, Hefei, China.
