第四届国际食果动物与种子扩散研讨会

二十世纪七十年代以来,食果动物与种子扩散关系已成为生态学领域的研究热点之一。因为它不仅涉及动植物之间的协同进化问题,而且与生物多样性保护、森林退化和破碎化和外来种入侵等当前环境问题密切相关。国际食果动物与种子扩散研讨会先后在墨西哥（第一届和第二届）、巴西分别于1986年、1993年和2000年已成功举行了三届,     

大型食草动物的聚群规则:印度西部热带干旱森林中有蹄类动物局域和区域尺度的多样性格局

竞争能够塑造自然群落并由其给出可用备择模型检验的一般性聚集规则。关于多种动物集合的竞争结构证据至今还非常少见,我们给出了一个备择模型分析用于检验印度西部热带干旱森林中当地5种大型食草类动物(花鹿Axisaxis,印度大蓝羚Boselaphustragocamelus,水鹿Cervusunicolor,印度瞪羚Gazellabennetti,野猪Susscrofa)是否符合一般性集合规则。使用蒙特卡罗模拟分析了动物的生态位重叠和身体大小比率的类似性,结果表明当地这些种的集合不是竞争结构决定的,其内部阶元结构处于亚最适种丰富度。另外2种有蹄类(印度黑羚Antilopecervicapra,四角羚羊Tetracerusquadricornis)属于地域性种库的组成部分,但缺失于这种集合;身体大小组合在地域性物种集合中不是随机的,然而在当地集合中能够通过随机性机会获得。对于观察到的类型,我们认为由于灭绝留下的统计学空缺似乎最能解释现存集合。由于天敌(大型食肉类)能够减少猎物物种的种间竞争,使得这种无规则生态位配置具有成立的可能性。由于对四角羚羊(T.quadricornis)的生物学和保护现状知之甚少,未将该种包括在该聚集中。我认为对这类较少被人类了解的物种其保护问题被忽视了,今后获得这些稀少的地方特有物种的生态学资料是一项紧急课题.     

襀翅目化石的研究进展

回顾中国及世界襀翅目化石研究进展,列出已发表的化石种类名录、分布及年代,共19科、85属、225种;襀翅目化石世界分布,但主要集中在前苏联地区,中国仅14种.不同地质年代发现的襀翅目种类、数量和特征不同.本文并简要介绍稚虫食性、系统学、古地理和古生态等方面的研究成果,并初步分析了研究中存在的一些问题和今后需要解决的问题.     

会爬树的恐龙不能为鸟作证

2001年第二期的《化石》杂志刊登了由中国科学院古脊椎动物与古人类研究所徐星先生撰写的题为《恐龙会爬树吗?》一文。笔者仔细阅读了全文,认为虽然此文题面的意思是讨论恐龙是否会爬树,但其实质目的仍然是为鸟类是起源于小型兽脚类恐龙之说提供依据。因此笔者认为有必要对文中     

Resolution of phylogenetic relationships of the major subfamilies of the Delphacidae （Homoptera： Fulgoroidea） using the mitochondrial ribosomal DNA

Delphacid relationships from the genus level to the subfamily have been completely resolved （among those taxa examined） using sequence data from the 3＇ end of the 12S gene. Monophyly of the non-asiracine subfamilies was strongly supported and the asiracine Ugyops was placed in the most basal position of the tree. Support levels for monophyly of the Delphacini increased after weighting transversions more heavily than transitions and after removing the cixiid outgroup from the dataset. Among the Delphacini, Conomelus and Megamelus were more closely related to each other than either was to Chloriona. These results are in agreement with the tree based on morphological characters. However, in contrast to morphological data our results strongly supported a sister group relationship between the Stenocraninae and the Kelisiinae. Although the 12S gene fragment gave some information about the species relationships within Chloriona, neither this fragment nor the 5＇ end of the 16S gene appear to be very useful for this level. Molecular evolutionary patterns provided evidence that there has been a shift in base composition from T to A during the early evolution of the non-Asiracinae. The non-Asiracinae also had comparatively fast substitution rates and these two observations are possibly correlated. In the ‘ modem＇ delphacid Chloriona, the AT content was comparatively low in regions free of constraints but this was not the case for ‘ non-modem＇ delphacids. The tRNA for valine has been translocated elsewhere, probably before the Delphacidae and Cixiidae diverged from each other.     

Demographic parameters of cotton aphid, Aphis gossypii Glover （Homoptera： Aphididae） on five cotton cultivars

Life table parameters of the cotton aphid, Aphis gossypii Glover, were estimated on five cotton cultivars （‘ Sealand＇ ,‘Siokra＇ ,＇ Vararnin＇ ,‘ Bakhtegan＇ and ‘ Sahel＇ ）. Demographic parameters of the cotton aphid were assessed at 27.5 ± 1 ℃, 65% ＋ 10% RH and a photoperiod of 14：10 （L： D）h. The shortest developmental time for the nymphal stages was 5.5 days on ‘Siokra＇ and the longest was 6.1 days on‘ Sealand＇. The highest offspring per female was 29.6 on ‘Sahel＇ and the lowest was 15.3 on ‘Sealand＇. The rm values varied from 0.272 on ‘Sealand＇ to 0.382 （day^-1） on ‘Varamin＇. Jackknife estimates of the A. gossypii parameters on these cultivars indicated the greatest developmental rate and fecundity on ‘ Varamin＇ and the poorest on ‘ Sealand＇ cultivar.     

四元共聚丙烯酸酯热熔压敏胶膜的合成研究

以丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯腈(AN)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为共聚单体,采用预乳化法制备聚丙烯酸酯热熔胶,研究了单体质量分数配比,乳化剂质量分数、配比及乳化方式,引发剂质量分数,温度和滴加速度对反应及性能的影响。结果表明:2-EHA 50%,MMA 40%,AN 5%,AM 5%,复合乳化剂3.0%,引发剂过硫酸钾0.3%,80～85℃,反应4 h,丙烯酸酯橡胶分子量在10万以上时,制得的热熔压敏胶膜综合性能良好。     

四齿四棱草水提取物的化学成分研究

从四齿四棱草地上部分水煮提取物中分离得到11个化合物,通过波谱分析并与文献和标准品对照将它们分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、4-乙酰胺基乙基苯基6-O-甲基香豆酰吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)[-βD-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→3)]-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(2)、4-乙酰胺基乙基苯基6-O-甲基香豆酰吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)[-βD-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→3)]-4-O-乙酰基-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(3)、6-C--βL-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-8-C--αL-吡喃阿拉伯糖基洋芹素(4)、6,8-二-C-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基洋芹素(5)a、cetylmartynoside B(6)i、somartynoside(7)a、lyssonoside(8)l、eucosceptoside B(9)、连翘苷B(10)和丁二酸(11)。其中2和3为顺反异构体的混合物。

相信我们大家都听说过“千丈之堤,溃于蚁穴”这旬成语,说的是一个小小的蚂蚁洞,可以使千里长堤溃决。事实上,蚂蚁有很多“壮举”令人惊叹,比如,它们在地球上存在的时间超过一亿年,历史之久可与恐龙相提并论。
