Eight cultures isolated from intestinal contents of reptiles were belonged to 3 new serotypes of Salmonella. They were all ducitol fermented, malonate utilized, but not attack lactose and salicin, no growth in KCN broth, ONPG negative. Therefore, they would be included in Salmonella II. They were all attacked by Felix phage O-I. Three represented strains were selected for antigen analysis. Their antigenic formula were identified as follows: S3194 Salmonella II 6,7:1,v:e,n,z15 S3196 Salmonella II 6, 7:y: e, n, z(1)5 S3195 Salmonella II 6, 8: e, h: 1,2 Among them, S3196 was indole positive belonging to a rare biotype. In addition, there were two other cultures as well as the formula of S3194, and three other cultures as well as the formula of S3196 (one of indole positive, two of indole negative).

We have reported that intracerebroventricular (i. c. v.) injection of 1-4 ng of CCK-8 to the rat produced a remarkable antagonistic effect on morphine analgesia. In order to study the species specificity and the site of action, CCK-8 was microinjected into the PAG of the rabbit, and its influence on morphine analgesia and electroacupuncture analgesia was observed. The latency of the escape response (ERL) to radiant heat focused on the snout was measured as an index of the pain threshold. Microinjections were made via cannulae chronically implanted into the PAG. The drug solutions were delivered in a volume of 1 microliter, at a speed of 0.125 microliter/min. The ERL was measured for a period of 60 or 70 minutes at 10 min intervals. 1. CCK-8 administered unilaterally to the PAG of the rabbit at a dose of 3 ng antagonized the analgesia induced by morphine (4 mg/kg, i. v.) by 73% (P less than 0.001), and reduced the analgesic effect of electroacupuncture by 67% (P less than 0.001). These effects were dose-dependent within the range from 1.5 ng to 6.0 ng. The effect of CCK-8 was reversed by CCK receptor blocker proglumide (4 microliters, intra-PAG injection). Unsulfated CCK-8 (CCK-us) had no effect in this regard. These results indicate that in the PAG of the rabbit, exogenously administered CCK-8 was capable of antagonizing opioid analgesia by the activation of CCK receptors. 2. 氧电极法是一种简单方便的测氧技术,可用以测定光合强度。我们在用氧电极研究植物光合作用时,发现目前采用的HCO_3~-浓度都偏高。本文试讨论用氧电极测定植物叶圆片光合作用时的适宜HCO_3~-浓度问题。目前用氧电极测定光合作用所用的HCO_3~-浓度一般为20mmol/L,亦有用1mmol/L,15mmol/L或100mmol/     

胄蝗属一新种及其染色体组型与带型分析(直翅目:蝗总科)

菜粉蝶幼虫S型生长曲线及其拐点的初步研究

菜粉蝶Artogeia rapae(L.)是十字花科蔬菜最重要的害虫之一。国内关于该虫的研究颇多。僵至今尚未见报道其幼虫生长曲线和拐点。本文以衡阳市第一代菜粉蝶幼虫为材料,对其“S”型生长曲线进行了初步研究,并求得其拐点位于第5龄初期,亦即药剂防治的最佳时期。 材料与方法 1.试虫 1986年3月自田间甘蓝上采得第一代菜粉蝶卵,置于室内孵化,幼虫用新鲜甘蓝叶单饲。将同一天孵化的幼虫分成两组,分别作为称重和观察历期试虫。供称重用的幼虫,自孵化之日起,每天均在同一时刻称重1次,直至化蛹,计3批112头。     

买麻藤化学成分的研究

从买麻藤(Gnetum montanum Markgr)的藤茎中分离鉴定出4个新化合物:2-羟基(?)甲氧基-4-甲氧羰基吡咯(1),2-羟基-3-甲氧甲基-4-甲氧羰基吡咯(2),3,4-二羟基-4-(?)氧基二苄醚(3)和3,3',4'-三羟基-4-甲氧基二苄醚(4)以及两个已知化合物2,3-二苯基吡咯(5)和胺甲基甲醇(6)。化合物(1)、(2)和(6)是以盐酸盐形式分离得到。     

清香桂碱D和矮陀陀胺碱A,B的结构

本文报道从国产清香桂(Sarcococca ruscifolta)和金丝矮陀陀(Pachysandra axillaria)植物中分得的三个胺碱型新甾体生物碱清香桂碱 D 和矮陀陀胺碱 A、B 的化学结构,并首次归属了它们的~(13)C NMR 数据。     

用双向Southern转移-杂交法进行克隆的基因分析

用双向Southern转移和分子杂交方法,分析证明了SRSV有关的克隆pSF11插入子含有LTR结构、非编码区、gag基因和部分env基因。并讨论了该方法的优缺点。
