旋扭山绿豆快生型根瘤菌高度抗碱及共生固氮

从旋扭山绿豆根瘤中分离得到快生型根瘤菌。该菌株的时/代为3．85h,高度抗碱,略耐盐;能利用供试的所有双糖和单糖,在BTB反应中培养基由乳黄色变黄色;不产生3-酮基乳糖,表明井非根癌农杆菌。快生型菌株抗原性比慢生型菌株强,共生效应的固氮酶活性比慢生型菌株差。     

巨细胞病毒冻干保存

The preservation of cytomegalovirus (CMV) by lyophilization was first developed in China. In 4 to 10 days the typical CPE was up to + in the HEL cell line which was inoculated only 0.2 ml suspension of lyophilized strain AD169 or CMV isolated from milk breast. After preserved for 1 year the lyophilized cytomegalovirus strain still contained 1.5-2.0 lgTCID50/0.1 ml in titer of viral infection. The lyophilized strains have been used in the preparation of diagnostic antigen of cytomegalovirus in our department, also the strains were supplied to the whole country.     

菜粉蝶颗粒体病毒对哺乳动物的实验感染

The experimental infection of mammals (such as mouse, golden hamster and nude mouse) was conducted with Pieris rapae Granulosis Virus (PrGV) of baculoviridae of insect virus by way of peritonal and intravenous injection, per os and inhalation. 7-50 days after injection, target insects were reinoculated with the visceral extracts of infected mammals and killed by 5-100%, displaying typical symptom infected by granulosis virus. GV and its latticed structure of inclusion body were found in the ultrathin section of spleen which took out from infected nude mouse via peritoneal injection under electronmicroscope.     

沙门氏菌Ⅱ的三个新血清型

Eight cultures isolated from intestinal contents of reptiles were belonged to 3 new serotypes of Salmonella. They were all ducitol fermented, malonate utilized, but not attack lactose and salicin, no growth in KCN broth, ONPG negative. Therefore, they would be included in Salmonella II. They were all attacked by Felix phage O-I. Three represented strains were selected for antigen analysis. Their antigenic formula were identified as follows: S3194 Salmonella II 6,7:1,v:e,n,z15 S3196 Salmonella II 6, 7:y: e, n, z(1)5 S3195 Salmonella II 6, 8: e, h: 1,2 Among them, S3196 was indole positive belonging to a rare biotype. In addition, there were two other cultures as well as the formula of S3194, and three other cultures as well as the formula of S3196 (one of indole positive, two of indole negative).     

胄蝗属一新种及其染色体组型与带型分析(直翅目:蝗总科)

菜粉蝶幼虫S型生长曲线及其拐点的初步研究

菜粉蝶Artogeia rapae(L.)是十字花科蔬菜最重要的害虫之一。国内关于该虫的研究颇多。僵至今尚未见报道其幼虫生长曲线和拐点。本文以衡阳市第一代菜粉蝶幼虫为材料,对其“S”型生长曲线进行了初步研究,并求得其拐点位于第5龄初期,亦即药剂防治的最佳时期。 材料与方法 1.试虫 1986年3月自田间甘蓝上采得第一代菜粉蝶卵,置于室内孵化,幼虫用新鲜甘蓝叶单饲。将同一天孵化的幼虫分成两组,分别作为称重和观察历期试虫。供称重用的幼虫,自孵化之日起,每天均在同一时刻称重1次,直至化蛹,计3批112头。     

买麻藤化学成分的研究

从买麻藤(Gnetum montanum Markgr)的藤茎中分离鉴定出4个新化合物:2-羟基(?)甲氧基-4-甲氧羰基吡咯(1),2-羟基-3-甲氧甲基-4-甲氧羰基吡咯(2),3,4-二羟基-4-(?)氧基二苄醚(3)和3,3',4'-三羟基-4-甲氧基二苄醚(4)以及两个已知化合物2,3-二苯基吡咯(5)和胺甲基甲醇(6)。化合物(1)、(2)和(6)是以盐酸盐形式分离得到。     

清香桂碱D和矮陀陀胺碱A,B的结构

本文报道从国产清香桂(Sarcococca ruscifolta)和金丝矮陀陀(Pachysandra axillaria)植物中分得的三个胺碱型新甾体生物碱清香桂碱 D 和矮陀陀胺碱 A、B 的化学结构,并首次归属了它们的~(13)C NMR 数据。     

用聚合酶链式反应法检测人乳头状瘤病毒DNA

兔的一种新病毒：Ⅱ.一株兔出血症...

In this paper a strain of Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV) was isolated and purified from the diseased rabbit livers with a method of using chloroform, two-phase of polyethylene-glycol-dextran sulfate sodium and sucrose density gradient centrifugation. Purified virus was nonenveloped, icosahedeal symmetry with a triangulation number of 3, and 33-37 nm in diameter. The capsid was composed of 32 capsomeres with central holes in an outer diameter of about 9nm. Two types of viral particles having different sedimentation coefficient, 130s and 166s could be identified after sucrose density gradient centrifugation. Probably no less than four virion proteins with molecular weight of 66.4, 65.0, 63.5, 41.0 x 10(3) dalton were detected by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Viral nucleic acid was extracted from purified virus by using SDS-proteinase K-phenol. Tests with diphenylamine, formaldehyde, and staining with acridine orange as well as the curves of thermal denaturation showed that this kind of virus had a single-stranded DNA. The molecular weight of the ssDNA was approx 2.1 x 10(6) dalton as determined by electron microscopy. Data indicate that the RHDV may like the parvovirus of the family Parvoviridae.
