我们从安徽省黄山产的大萼香茶菜(Rabdosiamacrocalyx(Dunn)Hara)中分得一结晶,其元素分析和13C-NMR与毛叶香茶菜素[1]完全一致,故推定为毛叶香茶菜素,根据该结晶的元素分析,MS、NMR、COSY和NOESY等光谱数据,其结构应订正为(2)。表1表明:毛叶香茶菜素(2)的分子式由元素分析和高分辨质谱确定为C24H36O9,毛叶香茶菜素(1)的分子式由元素分析也应确定为C24H36O9。由于赵治清等误将质谱中M+-H2O碎片离子峰m/z450当作分子离子峰(毛叶香茶菜…  相似文献

From the leaves of Rabdosia coetsa (Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don) Ham, a new kauranoic acid, coetsanoic acid, along with eight known compounds, dihydrorabdoktmmin C, rabdoktmmin C, albopilosin A, maerocalyxin C, N-2'-hydroxy-eieosanoyl ( henicosanoyl-hexacosanoyl )-4-hydroxy- trans-8-sphingenine,ursolic acid, 2a, 3β-dihydroxyursolie acid and daucosterol has been isolated. Its structure was established as 7a, 12a, 14β-tri-hydroxy-15-oxo-ent-kauran-18-carboxy acid by spectroscopic means. The ceramides were isolated from the plants of Rabdosia for the first time.  相似文献

Many kinds of diterpenoids have been isolated from Rabdosia spp.Some of them have anti-microbial effects,counteract inflammation,and inhibit tumor progression activities.We conducted the present study in order to look for bioactive compounds in the medicinal plant Rabdosia excisa.In this study,five compounds were isolated from R.excisa;they were oridonin,isokamebakaurin,oleanolie acid,ursolic acid,and β-sitosterol.In order to identify the function of the extracts,the activity of antibiotics,antioxidation,and immunity test were carried out against these functions.Prospective results were observed in all of the tested items.  相似文献

以冬凌草无菌苗为材料,在冬凌草再生植株时期,添加不同浓度的稀土元素镧和铈,用重量法测定其单株平均鲜重及干重,用高效液相法测定冬凌草甲素、乙素、迷迭香酸的含量,参考农作物、园艺作物种质评比的方法,根据冬凌草生产中各项指标的重要性,设置权重,计算加权后得到综合评分对其进行综合评价,探讨稀土元素镧、铈对冬凌草再生植株产量及次生代谢产物冬凌草甲素、乙素、迷迭香酸含量的影响。结果表明:空白对照组综合评分为62.99分,添加稀土元素铈的条件下,1μmol·L-1Ce Cl3·7H2O评分最高为87.96分,添加稀土元素镧的条件下,5μmol·L-1La Cl3·6H2O评分最高为74.44分,这表明Ce Cl3·7H2O对冬凌草再生植株生长及次生代谢产物积累的促进作用优于La Cl3·6H2O;适宜浓度的镧、铈能促进冬凌草再生植株的生长及次生代谢产物冬凌草甲素、冬凌草乙素、迷迭香酸的合成,而高浓度10μmol·L-1La Cl3·6H2O具有抑制的情况。该研究结果将对进一步研究稀土元素对冬凌草再生植株生长的促进作用机制奠定基础,为植物组织培养中如何科学合理地使用稀土元素提供理论依据。  相似文献

The EtOAc extract of Rabdosia coetsa showed angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity. Bioassay-guided isolation of this extract yielded ethyl caffeate (1), rosmarinic acid (2) and methyl rosmarinate (3), which inhibited ACE activity by 32.42%, 55.19% and 39.50% respectively, at the concentration of 10 μg/ml.  相似文献

Four diterpenoids have been isolated from the dried leaves of Rabdosia macrocalyx var. juihua Z. W. Xue et X..W. Wang. Three of them were shown to be known diter- penoids, excisanin A, excisanin B and macrocalyxin A, while the one, a new kauranetype diterpene, was named jiuhuanin A. On the basis of physico-chemical constants, spectroscopic analysis of the new compound and properties of its derivatives, the structure of the compound was identified as (1). Jiuhuanin A was shown to have cytotoxicity in vitro against cultures of Hela cell and A549 cells.  相似文献

From the whole plant of Rabdosia ternifolia (Labiatae) two diterpeno-ids were isolated. One of them is a new tetracyclic diterpenoids named ternifolin. Bymeans of spectral methods combined wish chemical conversion ternifolin is assigned as6-acetylsodoponin (Ⅲ). The other one is identified as sodoponin (Ⅰ).  相似文献
