本文是应用群分析研究薯蓣属根状茎组中国分类群分类的一次尝试。分类特征取用了形态学、细胞学、花粉形态和生物化学等多方面的性状进行综合分析;方法和手段上使用了距离系数、相关系数等各种群分析运算方法,并且以综合系数进行评价。不仅取得了与传统分类基本一致的分类结果,为该组植物的系统分类提供富有启发性的参考,同时也为高等植物数量分类研究找到一种最优分类方法一相关系数UPGMA法。  相似文献

报道了产于新疆的驼绒藜(Krascheninnikovia ceratoides(L) Guedenst)2个新变种及昆仑山驼绒藜(K.compacta(Losinsk.)Grub.)1个新变种:叶城驼绒藜(K.compacta var.yechengensis A L Fu.f.nov.)。每一新分类群均有插图。荒漠驼绒藜(Krascheninnikovia ceraroides var. deserticola(Losinsk.)G.Yang comb.nova)主要生于平原荒漠或低山区,常在下部分枝,形成垫状灌丛,叶片狭窄,披针形、狭椭圆形、狭长圆形,两面均被细绒毛。因而两面同色;草原驼绒藜(K.ceratoides var. pratensis(Losinsk.)Z Li comb.nova)主要生在山地草原,分枝也多在上部,叶上面无毛,下面疏毛,因而两面不同色;叶城驼绒藜(K.compacta var. yechengensis A L Fu var.nov.)的叶片跟博乐驼绒藜(变型)很近似,但雌花苞片为淡绿色,分离部分远长于连合部分,而甚易区别,也仅见于叶城昆仑山。  相似文献

To investigate the production of steroid hormones by Schwann cells and to examine the regulation of steroid hormone production during myelination, cultures of rat Schwann cells were differentiated into their myelinating phenotype in the absence of neurons with dibutyryl cAMP (db-cAMP). During this process, the expression of P450scc (involved in steroid biosynthesis) was elevated at both the mRNA and protein levels as evident in RT-PCR, Western blots, and immunostaining. Labeling of the cells with [14C] acetate revealed enhanced production of pregnenolone during differentiation into the myelinating phenotype. Disruption of P450scc's activity with an inhibitor diminished the extent of differentiation into the myelinating phenotype as levels of mRNA and protein expression of myelin protein zero (P0) declined. However, the effect was reversed with the addition of pregnenolone. Furthermore, when the differentiating cultures were treated with pregnenolone, mRNA expression of P0 was upregulated, suggesting the stimulation of the differentiation process. Together, these results provide evidence for Schwann cells as a major producer of steroid hormones and pregnenolone production by P450scc as an important regulatory step during myelination.  相似文献

Ontogenetic variation in the causal components of phenotypic variability and covariability is described for body weight and tail length in mice derived from a full 7 X 7 diallel cross. Age-related changes in additive, dominance, sex-linked and maternal variance and covariance between 14 and 70 days of age are described. Age-specific variance components at time t are conditioned on the causal genetic effects at time (t - 1). This procedure demonstrates the generation of significant episodes of new genetic variation arising at specific intervals during ontogeny. These episodes of new genetic variation are placed in the context of epigenetic models in developmental quantitative genetics. These results are also concordant on recent findings on age-specific gene expression in mouse growth as shown by QTL analyses.  相似文献

以胡萝卜(Daucus carota L.)鱼雷形胚状体为材料,以λgt10噬菌体为载体,构建了一个含有6.0×10~8个重组子的cDNA文库。用PCR法扩增的长度为1.1kb的胚性细胞蛋白(ECP)63 DNA片段作探针,从cDNA文库中筛选出一个完整的ECP63 cDNA克隆。ECP63 cDNA核苷酸序列总长为1989bp,编码1个含569个氨基酸残基的蛋白质,分子量为62kD。以ECP63 cDNA全长作探针的Northern分子杂交结果表明,ECP63基因在胚性细胞和不同发育时期的胚状体中高度表达,但在幼苗和非胚性细胞中不表达。在转录水平上,ECP63基因在合子胚胎发生后期大量表达。  相似文献

漆酶是一种含铜的多酚氧化酶。本研究利用生物信息学分析工具对细菌的漆酶蛋白序列的基本性质、保守结构域、系统发育树以及结构等进行了分析。所分析细菌主要分布在变形菌门、放线菌和厚壁菌门。细菌漆酶的物理化学性质相似,但不同细菌来源的漆酶之间序列相似性较低,但其仍然具有容易识别的保守结构域特征。二级结构及三级结构具有明显的相似性。细菌漆酶的生物信息分析为其功能研究及在其他微生物中研究该类酶提供了基础。  相似文献

T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain (Tim)-3 is expressed on activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Identification of galectin-9 as a ligand for Tim-3 has now firmly established the Tim-3/galectin-9 pathway, which results in apoptosis of effector CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Moreover, Th17 cells are a recently discovered CD4+ effector T cell, which are important in antimicrobial immunity. Whether the Tim-3/galectin-9 pathway affects Th17 immunity has not been elucidated. Here, we demonstrated expression of Tim-3 on Th17 cells by flow cytometry. Th17-skewed cells were sensitive to galectin-9-induced apoptosis. In vitro administration of galectin-9 decreased stimulated Th17 cells and inhibited production of IL-17. Interestingly, Klebsiella pneumoniae (K. pneumoniae) infection led to enhanced IL-17 levels. Recombinant galectin-9 significantly decreased IL-17 in vivo, which resulted in reduced bacterial clearance and high mortality. These observations suggest that the Tim-3/galectin-9 pathway plays an important role in termination of Th17-immune responses, and could be a therapeutic target for inflammatory diseases.  相似文献

Purpose

To explore the effects of Icaritin on chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) cells and underlying mechanisms.

Method

CML cells were incubated with various concentration of Icaritin for 48 hours, the cell proliferation was analyzed by MTT and the apoptosis was assessed with Annexin V and Hoechst 33258 staining. Cell hemoglobinization was determined. Western blotting was used to evaluate the expressions of MAPK/ERK/JNK signal pathway and Jak-2/Phorpho-Stat3/Phorsph-Akt network-related protein. NOD-SCID nude mice were applied to demonstrate the anti-leukemia effect of Icaritin in vivo.

Results

Icaritin potently inhibited proliferation of K562 cells (IC50 was 8 µM) and primary CML cells (IC50 was 13.4 µM for CML-CP and 18 µM for CML-BC), induced CML cells apoptosis and promoted the erythroid differentiation of K562 cells with time-dependent manner. Furthermore, Icaritin was able to suppress the growth of primary CD34+ leukemia cells (CML) and Imatinib-resistant cells, and to induce apoptosis. In mouse leukemia model, Icaritin could prolong lifespan of NOD-SCID nude mice inoculated with K562 cells as effective as Imatinib without suppression of bone marrow. Icaritin could up-regulate phospho-JNK or phospho-C-Jun and down-regulate phospho-ERK, phospho-P-38, Jak-2, phospho-Stat3 and phospho-Akt expression with dose- or time-dependent manner. Icaritin had no influence both on c-Abl and phospho-c-Abl protein expression and mRNA levels of Bcr/Abl.

Conclusion

Icaritin from Chinese herb medicine may be a potential anti-CML agent with low adverse effect. The mechanism of anti-leukemia for Icaritin is involved in the regulation of Bcr/Abl downstream signaling. Icaritin may be useful for an alternative therapeutic choice of Imatinib-resistant forms of CML.  相似文献

本文报告1116例四川地区幼儿和学龄前儿童(2-7岁)鼻部9项指标的测量均数,性差及年龄发育特点。性差:仅鼻凹鼻底距4-6.5岁等少数指标部分年龄段男女性间出现显著性划异(男>女)。此外各项指标的绝大多数年龄段男女性间无显著性差异。年龄发育:9项测量指标中7项的生长曲线随年产长而上升,数值随年龄增大,并有1-2个发育高峰;提示鼻部发育具有阶段性;2项指标的曲线随年龄增长变化较小。4项指标男女性的曲  相似文献

以羰基二咪唑为催化剂,生物素与6-氨基己酸甲酯反应生成生物素-6-氨基己酸甲酯,该化合物通过酸碱萃取与原料分离,皂化后生成生物素氨基己酸.生物素氨基己酸在吡啶存在下与三氟乙酸对硝基苯酯进行转酯反应即得生物素对硝基苯酯.最后经光谱、色谱及核酸杂交证实了长臂生物素对硝基苯酯的化学结构和生物学活性.  相似文献
