本研究了复方生物农药宁虫素对蔬菜、水稻害虫的毒力及药效特性,结果表明,该药集速效性、特效性于一体,对蚜虫、褐飞虱的毒力分别为:0.63ppm和2.00ppm。田间试验表明,宁虫素可有效地控制蔬菜蚜虫、小菜蛾、菜青虫、稻飞虱等的危害,防效显。田间使用宁虫素后,平均蛛虱比明显优于噻嗪酮和吡虫啉,生态安全性好。  相似文献

The Coronaviridae family is characterized by a nucleocapsid that is composed of the genome RNA molecule in combination with the nucleoprotein (N protein) within a virion. The most striking physiochemical feature of the N protein of SARS-CoV is that it is a typical basic protein with a high predicted pI and high hydrophilicity, which is consistent with its function of binding to the ribophosphate backbone of the RNA molecule. The predicted high extent of phosphorylation of the N protein on multiple candidate phosphorylation sites demonstrates that it would be related to important functions, such as RNA-binding and localization to the nucleolus of host cells. Subsequent study shows that there is an SR-rich region in the N protein and this region might be involved in the protein-protein interaction. The abundant antigenic sites predicted in the N protein, as well as experimental evidence with synthesized polypeptides, indicate that the N protein is one of the major antigens of the SARS-CoV. Summary Explants derived from adventitious buds, rhizomes, stems, and leaves of a medicinal plant, Polygonatum cyrtonema, were studied for plantlet regeneration, and only adventitious bud explants were able to be regenerated into plantlets. Regeneration was also accompanied by the formation of rhizome-like tissue, the medicinal portion of the plant. The optimum hormone combination for plantlet regenertion was 4.44 μM benzyladenine plus 2.26 μM 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, at which new adventitious buds were obtained from 96.6% of the adventitious bud explants, with an average of 5.2 buds per explant. The best medium for root induction was half-strength Murashige and Skoog medium with 4.57 μM α-naphthaleneacetic acid, as 92% of regenerated buds rooted. Regenerated plantlets were successfully transferred to a greenhouse with 86% survival. Histological observation indicated that new adventitious buds originated from the superficial meristematic cell cluster of the granular callus induced from adventitious bud explants via organogenesis.  相似文献

The 67 kDa myosin-cross-reactive antigen (MCRA) is a member of the MCRA family of proteins present in a wide range of bacteria and was predicted to have fatty acid isomerase function. We have now characterised the catalytic activity of MCRAs from four LAB stains, including Lactobacillus rhamnosus LGG, L. plantarum ST-III, L. acidophilus NCFM and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BB-12. MCRA genes from these strains were cloned and expressed in Escherichia coli, and the recombinant protein function was analysed with lipid profiles by GC–MS. The four MCRAs catalysed the conversion of linoleic acid and oleic acid to their respective 10-hydroxy derivatives, which suggests that MCRA proteins catalyse the first step in conjugated linoleic acid production. This is the first report of MCRA from L. rhamnosus with such catalytic function.  相似文献

目的研究补光对灰仓鼠(Cricetulus migratorus)越冬时脏器器官的影响。方法室温下将其分为自然光照组和补充光照组,分别在第0、30、48和150天时测定动物的体重和脏器器官的重量,应用涂片法检查精子的数量。结果自然光照时,精子数量在冬至时变化不大,但冬至后第18天,灰仓鼠的睾丸系数降到最低值,精子数量仅为422枚,第150天时恢复到正常繁殖状态,精子数量达到7440枚。其他脏器指数在冬至时最高,第150天时最低。补充光照后,雌雄鼠体重高峰值时间均比自然光照组提前100 d,各器官指数变化与体重变化情况相类似,但睾丸和子宫系数维持稳定,精子数量未发现减少。结论在自然光照时越冬灰仓鼠的脏器指数逐渐下降,第150天时脏器指数达至最高值,睾丸指数在冬至后第18天下降到最低值,处于非繁殖状态。补充光照后,越冬灰仓鼠的精子数量和子宫指数变化不大,一直维持繁殖状态。  相似文献

Heat shock factors (HSFs) in plants regulate heat stress response by mediating expression of a set of heat shock protein (HSP) genes. In the present study, we isolated a novel heat shock gene, TaHSF3, encoding a protein of 315 amino acids in wheat. Phylogenetic analysis showed that TaHSF3 belonged to HSF class B2. Subcellular localization analysis indicated that TaHSF3 localized in nuclei. TaHSF3 was highly expressed in wheat spikes and showed intermediate expression levels in roots, stems, and leaves under normal conditions. It was highly upregulated in wheat seedlings by heat and cold and to a lesser extent by drought and NaCl and ABA treatments. Overexpression of TaHSF3 in Arabidopsis enhanced tolerance to extreme temperatures. Frequency of survival of three TaHSF3 transgenic Arabidopsis lines was 75–91 % after heat treatment and 85–95 % after freezing treatment compared to 25 and 10 %, respectively, in wild-type plants (WT). Leaf chlorophyll contents of the transformants were higher (0.52–0.67 mg/g) than WT (0.35 mg/g) after heat treatment, and the relative electrical conductivities of the transformants after freezing treatment were lower (from 17.56 to 18.6 %) than those of WT (37.5 %). The TaHSF3 gene from wheat therefore confers tolerance to extreme temperatures in transgenic Arabidopsis by activating HSPs, such as HSP70.  相似文献

Summary

Reactive oxygen species (ROS) such as hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), superoxide anion (O2?), and hydroxyl radical (OH?) have been implicated in mediating various pathological events such as cancer, atherosclerosis, diabetes, ischemia, inflammatory diseases, and the aging process. The glutathione (GSH) redox cycle and antioxidant enzymes—superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT)—play an important role in scavenging ROS and preventing cell injury. Pycnogenol has been shown to protect endothelial cells against oxidant-induced injury. The present study determined the effects of pycnogenol on cellular metabolism of H2O2 and O2? and on glutathione-dependent and -independent antioxidant enzymes in bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells (PAEC). Confluent monolayers of PAEC were incubated with pycnogenol, and oxidative stress was triggered by hypoxanthine and xanthine oxidase or H2O2. Pycnogenol caused a concentration-dependent enhancement of H2O2 and O2? clearance. It increased the intracellular GSH content and the activities of GSH peroxidase and GSH disulfide reductase. It also increased the activities of SOD and CAT. The results suggest that pycnogenol promotes a protective antioxidant state by upregulating important enzymatic and nonenzymatic oxidant scavenging systems.  相似文献
