用高压静电场处理沙棘插条研究生根状况,方法简便易于处理,该装置适于进行大规模的处理,从目前研究表明：高压静电场对沙棘插条有正刺激效应,并以电场强度为３．９ｋｖ／ｃｍ,时间为４０分钟处理最佳。     

Binding characterization of the iron transport receptor from the outer membrane of Escherichia coli (FepA): differentiation between FepA and FecA

The dissociation constants for the binding of ferric enterobactin with FepA and FecA are quantitated with displacement experiments. It is found that K _d for FepA is 12 times lower than the one for FecA. This indicates that FepA is an high-affinity receptor while FecA binds ferric enterobactin with a lower affinity. Monoclonal antibodies specific for binding epitopes of FepA inhibit the binding of ferric enterobactin with purified FepA. These same antibodies do not inhibit the binding of ferric enterobactin with purified FecA. This indicates that the binding epitopes in FecA and FepA are different.

吲(口朶)乙酸和苄基腺嘌呤对菊芋再生新皮组织分化的影响

根据前人的研究,植物激素对部分茎段剥皮后新皮再生有一定的影响。草本植物菊芋(Helianthus tuberosus L.)在正常情况下环剥后,其维管组织的分化过程与杜仲、茄子很不一样,对于一些外源激素的刺激反应可能也有差异,为此,有必要应用一些外源激素对菊芋环剥后再生新皮的组织分化进行试验研究。     

长白猪、枫泾猪和它们的杂种后代Ag—NOR的研究

4头枫泾猪,3头长白猪和5头长白×枫泾杂一代的NOR平均数分别为3.88、2和2.95。33头长白×枫泾杂二代猪(杂一代互交后代),其中7头黑猪的NOR众数为4,平均数为3.85;9头白猪的NOR众数为2,平均数为2.25;14头白猪的NOR众数为3,平均数为2.86;3头花猪的NOR众数分别为4.3、3,平均数为3.65、3.00和3.08。根据长白、枫泾和长白×枫泾杂一代和杂二代的NOR数目的区别和变化,NOR的遗传符合孟德尔定律。根据NOR数目与毛色的高度相关,提出了决定猪的黑白毛色的基因位于8号染色体并与NOR连锁的假设。猪的毛色除由位于8号染色体上的毛色基因所决定外,还应受其它基因位点的影响。

Mitogenomes provide new insights of evolutionary history of Boreheptagyiini and Diamesini (Diptera: Chironomidae: Diamesinae)

Mitogenomes have been widely used for phylogenetic reconstruction of various Dipteran groups, but specifically for chironomid, they have not been carried out to resolve the relationships. Diamesinae (Diptera: Chironomidae) are important bioindicators for freshwater ecosystem monitoring, but its evolutionary history remains uncertain for lack of information. Here, coupled with one previously published and 30 new mitogenomes of Diamesinae, we carried out comparative mitogenomic analysis and phylogenetic analysis. Mitogenomes of Diamesinae were conserved in structure, and all genes arranged in the same order as the ancestral insect mitogenome. All protein‐coding genes in Diamesinae were under stronger purifying selection than those of other nonbiting midge species, which may exhibit signs of adaptation to life at cold living conditions. Phylogenetic analyses strongly supported the monophyly of Diamesinae, with Boreheptagyiini deeply nested within Diamesini. In addition, phylogenetic relationship of selected six genera was resolved, except Sympotthastia remained unstable. Our study revealed that the mitogenomes of Diamesinae are highly conserved, and they are practically useful for phylogenetic inference.
