以脱色前、后的猴头菌Hericium erinaceus粗多糖为研究对象,对其多糖含量、多糖中的单糖组成、分子量分布、红外光谱等理化性质和体外免疫活性、胃粘膜损伤的修复作用进行了比较研究。结果表明,猴头菌多糖脱色后,多糖含量提高、蛋白含量下降、小分子物质大量减少、单糖种类基本不变,岩藻糖所占比例略有下降、半乳糖及葡萄糖比例略有上升,红外光谱显示,脱色后多糖中的C=O基团减少;多糖脱色后体外免疫活性显著提高(P<0.05),低浓度的未脱色多糖与模型组相比,对胃粘膜的损伤修复作用无显著性差异(P<0.05),而低浓度的脱色多糖对胃粘膜的损伤修复作用显著提高(P<0.01)。  相似文献

This study was aimed at identifying sex pheromones of the rat (Rattus norvegicus). We characterized the volatiles and semivolatiles of rat preputial gland and voided urine by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and quantified them by their GC areas (abundances) and percentage of GC areas (relative abundances). Although all the compounds other than 4-heptanone and phenol detected were shared by males and females, the quantities for some of these sex-common compounds exhibited sexual dimorphism and decreased with gonadectomy. Thus, these compounds might be sex pheromones. Among them, squalene from preputial glands and 2-heptanone and 4-ethyl phenol from urine were 3 major compounds. They were richer in males and could be suppressed by castration. Adding any of the 3 compounds (at a concentration higher than its physiological level in male urine) to castrated male urine (CMU) increased the attractiveness of CMU to sex-naive females. Adding the 3 together (at the levels in normal male urine) to CMU significantly increased the attractiveness of CMU to females. However, such combination did not fully restore females' preference for urine from intact males, suggesting that some other trace compounds such as 4-heptanone and phenol might also play some roles in sex attractiveness. Thus, squalene, 2-heptanone, and 4-ethyl phenol were indeed male pheromone molecules in rats. Our study also indicates that E,E-beta-farnesene and E-alpha-farnesene, both richer in females than males, might be putative female pheromones.  相似文献

运用15N稳定性同位素示踪技术,对高寒草甸植物和土壤微生物固持沉降氮的能力及沉降氮在小嵩草(Kobresia pygaea)草甸中的运移规律进行了研究.施肥2周后,NO-3-15N和NH+4-15N的总恢复率分别为73.5%和78%.无论是NO-3-15N,还是NH+4-15N,植物所固持的15N总是比土壤有机质或者是土壤微生物固持的多.4周后,70.6%的NO-3-15N和57.4%的NH+4-15N被固持在土壤和植物中.其中,土壤有机质所固持的15N均下降了很多,而植物所固持的15N却变化很小.同前面的结果相比,较多的NO-3-15N为土壤微生物所固持.在施肥6周和8周后,NO-3-15N的总恢复率分别为58.4%和67%,而NH+4-15N的总恢复率分别为43.1%和49%.植物和土壤微生物所固持的NO-3-15N比NH+4-15N多.在整个实验期间,植物固持的NO-3N较多,而且比土壤微生物固持了较多的15N.由于无机氮的含量一直很低,无机氮库所固持的15N一般不超过1%.上述结果意味着短期内植物在高寒草甸中对沉降氮的去向起着决定作用.  相似文献

双特异抗体由于其缺乏共刺激信号 ,激活的T细胞往往会导致凋亡。为了更有效地杀伤肿瘤细胞 ,构建了抗卵巢癌单链×抗CD3单链×抗CD2 8单域重组三特异抗体的表达载体。利用大肠杆菌中的分子伴侣FkpA与三特异抗体共表达 ,提高了三特异抗体的在BL2 1Star菌中的可溶性原核表达。ELISA结果显示 ,可溶性的重组单链三特异抗体 (sTRI)与SK OV 3细胞的膜抗原 ,Jurkat细胞上的CD3分子以及重组CD2 8抗原均有较强的结合活性。桥连试验证明该抗体能同时与SK OV 3细胞和Jurkat细胞结合。体外杀伤试验表明该抗体能激活外周血T细胞来杀伤肿瘤细胞。形态学观察也进一步说明该抗体具有良好的结合活性以及体外杀伤活性。这种新型的重组单链三特异抗体为基于T细胞的癌症免疫治疗建立了一个新的技术平台。  相似文献

A two-dimensional copper(II) polymer with formula of [Cu4(H2O)4(dmapox)2(btc)]n · 10nH2O, where dmapox is the dianion of N,N′-bis[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]oxamide and btc is the tetra-anion of 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid, was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurement, IR and electronic spectral studies. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The structure consists of crystallized water molecules and neutral two-dimensional copper(II) coordination polymeric networks constructed both by the bis-tridentate μ-trans-dmapox and tetra-monodentate μ4-btc bridging ligands. Each btc ligand links four trans-dmapox-bridged binuclear copper(II) building blocks [Cu2(H2O)2(trans-dmapox)]2+ and each binuclear copper(II) building block attaches to two btc ligands forming an infinite 2D layer which consists of 4+4 grids with dimensions of 13.563(5) × 15.616(5) Å. The environment around the copper(II) atom can be described as a distorted square-pyramid and the Cu?Cu separations through μ-trans-dmapox and μ4-btc bridging ligands are 5.225 Å (Cu1-Cu1i), 5.270 Å (Cu2-Cu2ii), 6.115 Å (Cu1-Cu2), 9.047 Å (Cu1-Cu2iii) and 10.968 Å (Cu1-Cu1iii), respectively. Abundant hydrogen bonds among the crystallized, the coordinated water molecules, and the uncoordinated carboxyl oxygen atoms cross-link the two-dimensional layers into an overall three-dimensional channel-like framework. The interaction of the copper(II) polymer with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) has been investigated by using absorption, emission spectral and electrochemical techniques. The results indicate that the copper(II) polymer interacts with DNA strongly (Kb = 4.8 × 105 M−1 and Ksv = 1.1 × 104) and the interaction mode between the copper(II) polymer and DNA may be the groove binding. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report about the crystal structure and DNA-binding studies of a two-dimensional copper(II) polymer bridged both by the trans-oxamidate and btc ligands.  相似文献

Based on templates of [Ph3PCH2Ph]Cl and [Ph4P]Cl ([Ph3PCH2Ph] = benzyltriphenylphosphonium, [Ph4] = tetraphenylphosphonium), the hydrothermal reactions of zinc acetate dihydrate, H2tp (tp = terephthalate) and water give rise to two new zinc-terephthalate coordination polymers, [Ph3PCH2Ph][Zn(tp)Cl] (1) and [Ph4P][Zn(tp)(H2O)2·0.5tp] (2). X-ray single-crystal structural analysis reveals that both 1 (C33H26ClO4PZn) and 2 (C36H30O8PZn) crystallize in the 2D non-interpenetrating layered supramolecular networks with guest organophosphonium cations. Due to template effect of different guest cations, 1 presents an interesting 2D smectite-like lamellar framework that formed by the 4-linked (4,4) anionic zinc-terephthalate polymeric network and the interlayer [Ph3PCH2Ph]+ exchangeable cations, while 2 shows a 2D 3-linked (6,3) H-bonded anionic zinc-terephthalate polymeric brickwall network with encapsulated guest [Ph4P]+ cations. Both compounds are stable up to about 300 °C, and exhibit intense fluorescent emission band at 446 nm (λexc = 328 nm) for 1 and 420 nm (λexc = 340 nm) for 2 in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

对北京顺义地区有机化梨园中2个不同栽培区节肢动物总群落、害虫及天敌亚群落分别进行时间动态的系统聚类。结果表明,在同一园区内,稀植区和密植区均以木虱为优势种类,相对丰盛度分别达0.3801、0.3300。总群落的24次调查结果稀植区可聚为5类,D=1.87,密植区聚为3类,D=1.80;害虫亚群落调查结果,当两区D=1.80时,稀植区可聚为3类,密植区可聚为4类;天敌亚群落调查结果稀植区聚为4类,D=2.12,密植区聚为5类,D=1.75。在早春的密植区和入秋的稀植区木虱发生量大,应加强监测,及时防治。  相似文献
