半滑舌鳎病原菌轮虫弧菌(Vibrio rotiferianus)的分离与鉴定   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
从患有严重皮肤溃疡病的半滑舌鳎(Cynoglossus semilaevisGünther)病灶处分离出4株优势菌,经人工感染证实其中一株菌株BV1为养殖半滑舌鳎皮肤溃疡病的病原菌。通过Biolog系统、细菌常规形态特征和生理生化反应指标测定以及16S rRNA和gyrB序列分析对菌株BV1进行了综合鉴定,结果表明该致病菌为轮虫弧菌(Vibrio rotiferianus),其半致死量LD50为6.7×103CFU/mL。进一步的药敏试验表明其对链霉素、四环素等敏感,而对其他用于试验的抗生素敏感度低或具有一定的抗性。  相似文献

【目的】研究补充营养对周氏啮小蜂海南本土地理种群和北京地理种群的生物学参数是否有差异。【方法】设置不同的营养(10%蜂蜜、10%蔗糖、10%葡萄糖、水、空白)分别饲喂周氏啮小蜂,统计2个地理种群的寄生率、羽化率、出蜂量、寿命。【结果】2个地理种群的周氏啮小蜂羽化后不久即可进行交配,补充10%蜂蜜、10%蔗糖、10%葡萄糖能显著提高2个地理种群的寄生率、羽化率、出蜂量、雌雄蜂寿命,补充不同的营养对两个地理种群的雌雄比、发育历期的影响差异不显著;饲喂10%蜂蜜的海南地理种群寄生率最高(84.60%),饲喂10%葡萄糖的海南地理种群羽化率最高(97.47%),饲喂10%葡萄糖的海南地理种群出蜂量最高(60.03头),饲喂10%葡萄糖的海南地理种群雌、雄蜂的寿命均为最高,分别为9.13和8.53d。营养和地理种群的交互作用对周氏啮小蜂雄蜂的寄生率、羽化率、出蜂量、雌雄比、雌雄蜂寿命具有显著影响,而对周氏啮小蜂的发育历期无显著影响。【结论】补充营养可不同程度促进周氏啮小蜂生殖力、寿命及寄生率,对寄生蜂繁育和利用其进行生物防治具有一定的意义。  相似文献

Scab, caused by Fusarium graminearum, is a serious spike disease in wheat. To identify proteins in resistant wheat cultivar Wangshuibai induced by F. graminearum infection, proteins extracted from spikes 6, 12 and 24 h after inoculation were separated by 2-DE. Thirty protein spots showing 3-fold change in abundance when compared with treatment without inoculation were characterized by MALDI-TOF MS and matched to proteins by querying the mass spectra in protein databases or the Triticeae EST translation database. Based on their volume profiles, these proteins were classified into four categories. The first one fell off rapidly at the initial inoculation and then rose at 12 or 24 hai, the second one decreased considerably after inoculation and remained at low level, the third one rose at the initial inoculation and then declined at 12 or 24 hai, the forth one showed steady increase after inoculation and maintained at a high level. Many of the proteins identified in the first two categories are related to carbon metabolism and photosynthesis. While most of proteins identified in the last two categories are related to stress defense of plants, indicating that proteins associated with the defense reactions were activated or translated shortly after inoculation.  相似文献

A novel fungal gene encoding the Rhizomucor miehei l-asparaginase (RmAsnase) was cloned and expressed in Escherichia coli. Its deduced amino acid sequence shared only 57% identity with the amino acid sequences of other reported l-asparaginases. The purified l-asparaginase homodimer had a molecular mass of 133.7 kDa, a high specific activity of 1,985 U/mg, and very low glutaminase activity. RmAsnase was optimally active at pH 7.0 and 45°C and was stable at this temperature for 30 min. The final level of acrylamide in biscuits and bread was decreased by about 81.6% and 94.2%, respectively, upon treatment with 10 U RmAsnase per mg flour. Moreover, this l-asparaginase was found to potentiate a lectin''s induction of leukemic K562 cell apoptosis, allowing lowering of the drug dosage and shortening of the incubation time. Overall, our findings suggest that RmAsnase possesses a remarkable potential for the food industry and in chemotherapeutics for leukemia.  相似文献

Wheat powdery mildew is a severe foliar disease and causes significant yield losses in epidemic years. Breeding and using resistant cultivars is the most widely employed strategy to curb this disease. To identify and transfer powdery mildew resistance genes in wild emmer wheat accession TA1410 into common wheat, a resistant F3 line derived from the cross of TA1410 × durum wheat line Zhongyin1320 was crossed with common wheat cultivar Yangmai158. The homozygous resistant BC5F2 lines derived from the backcross with Yangmai158 exhibited susceptibility at seedling stage and conferred increasing resistance when the plants were closer to heading stage. In two segregating BC5F3 families investigated at heading stage, the segregation of the resistance fit a 3:1 ratio, suggesting that a single dominant gene controls the resistance. This resistance gene, designated HSM1, was mapped to the 0.6-cM Xmag5825.1–Xgwm344 interval on chromosome 7AL and co-segregated with Xrga-C3 and Xrga-C6. A mapping position comparison with other powdery mildew resistance genes on this chromosome suggested that HSM1 belongs to the Pm1 resistance gene cluster. HSM1 is a useful candidate gene for resistance breeding, particularly in winter-wheat growing areas.  相似文献
