转基因作物的长期大面积种植, 在为农业生产带来惠益的同时, 对农业生态系统的健康和稳定可能会产生潜在的影响。转基因作物表达的Bt蛋白对靶标害虫起到较好的控制效果, 而对Bt蛋白不敏感的非靶标害虫种群可能会迅速发展起来, 对作物造成为害。随着抗虫转基因作物的连续多年种植, 科学家们对于田间杀虫剂施用量的增减看法不尽一致。通过总结已有的研究报道, 本文以Bt玉米和Bt棉花为例, 分析了大田中非靶标害虫暴发的现状, 以及暴发的主要原因(如杀虫剂的使用、害虫天敌减少和物种替代)。在生产实践中, 抗虫作物的长期大面积释放导致广谱杀虫剂施用量减少, 田间非靶标害虫数量上升。因此今后需要继续开展更多的研究来综合评估种植转Bt基因作物产生的长期潜在影响, 优化害虫防治措施, 避免非靶标害虫暴发。  相似文献

This study investigated the effects of dietary fresh fermented soybean meal (FSM) on the intestinal microbiota and metabolites, bacterial enzyme activity and intestinal morphology of weaning piglets. A total of 64 weaned piglets were randomly allocated into two treatments. A corn-soybean-based diet was used as the control and other treatment was fed the same basal diet containing 15% fresh FSM. The feeding trial lasted for 21 days. Bacterial community structure and diversity in the cecum and colon were assessed using pyrosequencing-based analysis. The results showed that the phylum level, Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes, Proteobacteria and Tenericutes were dominant in the cecum or colon. Gut Firmicutes increased, while Bacteroidetes and Proteobacteria decreased in the fresh FSM-fed piglets. At the genus level, the relative abundances of butyrate-producing bacteria, Lactobacillus and Prevotella were higher in both cecum and colon of fresh FSM fed piglets. Meanwhile, fresh FSM could promote the development of intestinal morphological and reduce the incidence of diarrhea. The results indicated that fresh FSM might change intestinal function by influencing intestinal microenvironment.  相似文献

Vibration is a common mechanical phenomenon and possesses mechanical energy in ambient environment, which can serve as a sustainable source of power for equipment and devices if it can be effectively collected. In the present work, a novel soft and robust triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) made of a silicone rubber‐spring helical structure with nanocomposite‐based elastomeric electrodes is proposed. Such a spring based TENG (S‐TENG) structure operates in the contact‐separation mode upon vibrating and can effectively convert mechanical energy from ambient excitation into electrical energy. The two fundamental vibration modes resulting from the vertical and horizontal excitation are analyzed theoretically, numerically, and experimentally. Under the resonant states of the S‐TENG, its peak power density is found to be 240 and 45 mW m?2 with an external load of 10 MΩ and an acceleration amplitude of 23 m s?2. Additionally, the dependence of the S‐TENG's output signal on the ambient excitation can be used as a prime self‐powered active vibration sensor that can be applied to monitor the acceleration and frequency of the ambient excitation. Therefore, the newly designed S‐TENG has a great potential in harvesting arbitrary directional vibration energy and serving as a self‐powered vibration sensor.  相似文献

揭示不同恢复阶段热带森林土壤细菌呼吸季节变化及其主控因素,对于探明土壤细菌呼吸对热带森林恢复的响应机制具有重要的科学意义。以西双版纳不同恢复阶段热带森林(白背桐群落、崖豆藤群落和高檐蒲桃群落)为研究对象,运用真菌呼吸抑制法及高通量宏基因组测序技术分别测定土壤细菌呼吸速率和细菌多样性,并采用回归分析及结构方程模型揭示热带森林恢复过程中土壤细菌多样性、pH、土壤碳氮组分变化对土壤细菌呼吸速率的影响特征。结果表明:1)不同恢复阶段热带森林土壤细菌呼吸速率表现为:高檐蒲桃群落((1.51±0.62)CO2 mg g-1 h-1)显著高于崖豆藤群落((1.16±0.56)CO2 mg g-1 h-1)和白背桐群落((0.82±0.60)CO2 mg g-1 h-1)(P<0.05)。2)不同恢复阶段土壤细菌呼吸速率呈显著的单峰型季节变化(P<0.05),最大值均出现在9月:高檐蒲桃群落((...  相似文献

海生杆菌属首次于1997年鉴定,迄今包括18个物种,其中10个已完成全基因组序列测定。文中总结了海生杆菌属的菌种特征,并从碳源利用、聚羟基脂肪酸酯代谢和芳香族化合物降解三个方面对基因组测序数据进行了分析。研究发现,海生杆菌属具有完整的糖酵解途径和三羧酸循环,缺乏木糖利用基因。所有海生杆菌属菌种均含有Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型聚羟基脂肪酸酯合成酶的编码基因,表明该菌属可能具有普遍的聚羟基脂肪酸酯合成能力。海生杆菌属含有芳香族化合物的降解途径,苯、苯酚和苯甲酸可由不同的酶催化生成邻苯二酚,再由邻位断裂途径降解为3-酮己二酸,邻苯二酚也可由间位断裂途径降解为丙酮酸和乙酰辅酶A。基因组测序数据分析加深了对海生杆菌属代谢特征的认识,提示该菌属在聚羟基脂肪酸酯合成和海洋芳香族污染物治理方面有一定的应用前景。  相似文献

Pseudobagrus ussuriensis is an aquaculture catfish with significant sexual dimorphism. In this study, a chromosome-level genome with a size of 741.97 Mb was assembled for female P. ussuriensis. A total of 26 chromosome-level contigs covering 97.34% of the whole-genome assembly were obtained with an N50 of 28.53 Mb and an L50 of 11. A total of 24,075 protein-coding genes were identified, with 91.54% (22,039) genes being functionally annotated. Based on the genome assembly, four chromosome evolution clusters of catfishes were identified and the formation process of P. ussuriensis chromosomes was predicted. A total of 55 sex-related quantitative trait loci (QTLs) with a phenotypic variance explained value of 100% were located on chromosome 8 (chr08). The QTLs and other previously identified sex-specific markers were located in a sex-determining region of 16.83 Mb (from 6.90 to 23.73 Mb) on chr08, which was predicted as the X chromosome. The sex-determining region comprised 554 genes, with 135 of which being differently expressed between males and females/pseudofemales, and 16 candidate sex-determining genes were screened out. The results of this study provided a useful chromosome-level genome for genetic, genomic and evolutionary studies of P. ussuriensis, and also be useful for further studies on sex-determination mechanism analysis and sex-control breeding of this fish.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to identify potential biomarker of tuberculosis (TB) and determine its function. Differentially expressed mRNAs(DEGs) were selected from a blood database GSE101805, and then, 30 key genes were screened using STING, Cytoscape and further functionally enriched. We then found that only 6 of 13 genes related to ubiquitination (the first in the functional enrichment) were increased significantly. ROC analysis showed that UBE2L6, among 6 genes, had the highest diagnostic value, and then, we found that it also had mild value in differential diagnosis. Moreover, our analysis showed that UBE2L6 may be upregulated by type I interferon, which was further confirmed by us. In addition, we also found that UBE2L6 inhibits the apoptosis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb)infected macrophages. Subsequently, we discovered that miR-146a-5p, which may target UBE2L6, is reduced in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and plasma of TB, and it also had certain diagnostic efficiency(AUC=0.791). In brief, we demonstrated that UBE2L6 as well as miR-146a-5p is a potential biomarker for TB and UBE2L6,which may also plays important role in TB by, at least, modulating Mtb-infected macrophage apoptosis.  相似文献

本文报道浙江部分地区二化螟Chilo suppressalis越冬幼虫寄生蜂的主要种类、寄生率以及它们在冬前与冬后的羽化动态.在兰溪,寄生蜂对二化螟越冬幼虫的寄生率较低,常见种类仅有二化螟绒茧蜂.在安吉与嘉兴两地,除二化螟绒茧蜂为主外,稻螟小腹茧蜂和中华钝唇姬蜂也较为常见,三者对双季晚稻田二化螟越冬幼虫寄生率为18~19%.明显高于单季晚稻田的寄生率(8~15%).3种寄生蜂的羽化动态有较大差异,二化螟绒茧蜂和稻螟小腹茧蜂在进入11月后即不再羽化,而中华钝唇姬蜂的羽化则持续到11月中旬之后;越冬后,后者的羽化时间明显早于前两者.  相似文献
