The composition of volatile components of dry cepe and oyster mushroom   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The composition of aroma compounds in dry cepe mushroom (Boletis edulis Fr.) and oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus Fr.) was studied using capillary gas chromatography and chromatography—mass spectrometry. In dry cepe, 53 volatile compounds were identified, and in dry oyster mushroom 41 compounds were identified. Volatile organic substances with various functional groups formed the flavor of dry mushrooms. Unsaturated alcohols and ketones with eight carbon atoms were responsible for the mushroom notes of products. Their content in dry cepe was much higher than in dry oyster mushroom. The specific aroma of dry cepe was formed by the complex mixture of methional, substituted furans, pyrazines, and pyrroles. The content of these compounds was higher in dry cepe than in dry oyster mushroom. The content of aromatic and aliphatic aldehydes with six, nine, and ten carbon atoms was higher in dry oyster mushroom. The differences in the qualitative and quantitative composition of volatile compounds are responsible for more intensive and pleasant aroma of dry cepe in comparison to that of dry oyster mushroom.  相似文献

ABSTRACT. Heterokaryosis is the initial step of the parasexual cycle, a process that provides genetic variability in filamentous fungi through the production of heterozygous diploid nuclei. To characterize the parasexual cycle in Colletotrichum lindemuthianum, we evaluated the presence of heterokaryosis, vegetative compatibility reactions, and diploid formation among isolates of Race 65 collected from different Brazilian states. Vegetative compatibility groups were identified among the isolates according to their ability to form heterokaryons. Two heterozygous diploids were selected from compatible heterokaryons, which were characterized by the segregation of the parental auxotrophic markers and by RAPD profiles.  相似文献

The neuropeptide FF (NPFF) antagonist desaminotyrosyl-Phe-Leu-Phe-Gln-Pro-Gln-Arg-NH2 dose-dependently reversed NPFF-induced elevation of blood pressure in anesthetized rats after intravenous injection without causing a significant change of blood pressure and heart rate by itself. However, another antagonist dansyl-Pro-Gln-Arg-NH2 produced a significant drop of the mean arterial pressure only at a large dose (10 micromol/kg body weight), but reversal of the NPFF-induced hypertension was modest. Consequently and contrary to the conclusions of a previous study, NPFF antagonists cannot be identified simply by measuring the changes in the hemodynamic parameters upon the injection of the compounds alone and without a subsequent NPFF challenge.  相似文献

Complex EEG and stabilography investigation with separate and simultaneous performance of motor (voluntary postural control) and cognitive (calculation) tasks has been performed in 20 healthy subjects (22 +/- 0.7 yo.). Specific spatial and frequency reactive changes have been revealed during motor task performance. These included increase of coherence in alpha-band for long pair of channels in right hemisphere as well as in symmetric parietal-occipital regions in both hemispheres. Cognitive task performance has been accompanied by coherence increase for low bands (delta- and theta-) with higher activation in left hemisphere and frontal regions. In dual tasks where both components were performed worse comparing to control, performance led to reactive spatial and frequency changes of both--motor and cognitive--tasks, though these changes were less than during separate task performance. Decrease of coherence in alphal-band in frontal areas appeared as a zone of "conflict of interest - interferention". In dual tasks with better performance of each component comparing to control EEG coherence increased in each specific area as well as in areas of "conflict of interest".  相似文献

A decrease in the coherence of the α1 band in the frontal areas appeared as a zone of “conflict of interest” or interference. Potential prodrugs for the TRH-like tripeptide pGlu-Glu-Pro-NH(2) were synthesized either by esterifying the Glu side-chain of the parent peptide in solution with alcohols in the presence of resin-bound dicyclohexylcarbodiimide or by solid-phase peptide chemistry. Affinities of these ester prodrugs to lipid membranes as predictors of the transport across the blood-brain barrier were compared by immobilized artificial membrane chromatography, and prodrug activation was tested in the brain tissue of experimental animals. Esters of pGlu-Glu-Pro-NH(2) with long-chain primary alcohols emerged as potentially useful prodrugs to improve the central nervous system activity of pGlu-Glu-Pro-NH(2) upon systemic administration, as revealed by the enhancement of analeptic activity in mice.  相似文献

Background

Hyperoxia is shown to impair airway relaxation via limiting L-arginine bioavailability to nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and reducing NO production as a consequence. L-arginine can also be synthesized by L-citrulline recycling. The role of L-citrulline supplementation was investigated in the reversing of hyperoxia-induced impaired relaxation of rat tracheal smooth muscle (TSM).

Methods

Electrical field stimulation (EFS, 2–20 V)-induced relaxation was measured under in vitro conditions in preconstricted tracheal preparations obtained from 12 day old rat pups exposed to room air or hyperoxia (>95% oxygen) for 7 days supplemented with L-citrulline or saline (in vitro or in vivo). The role of the L-citrulline/L-arginine cycle under basal conditions was studied by incubation of preparations in the presence of argininosuccinate synthase (ASS) inhibitor [α-methyl-D, L-aspartate, 1 mM] or argininosuccinate lyase inhibitor (ASL) succinate (1 mM) and/or NOS inhibitor [Nω-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester; 100 μM] with respect to the presence or absence of L-citrulline (2 mM).

Results

Hyperoxia impaired the EFS-induced relaxation of TSM as compared to room air control (p < 0.001; 0.5 ± 0.1% at 2 V to 50.6 ± 5.7% at 20 V in hyperoxic group: 0.7 ± 0.2 at 2 V to 80.0 ± 5.6% at 20 V in room air group). Inhibition of ASS or ASL, and L-citrulline supplementation did not affect relaxation responses under basal conditions. However, inhibition of NOS significantly reduced relaxation responses (p < 0.001), which were restored to control level by L-citrulline. L-citrulline supplementation in vivo and in vitro also reversed the hyperoxia-impaired relaxation. The differences were significant (p <0.001; 0.8 ± 0.3% at 2 V to 47.1 ± 4.1% at 20 V without L-citrulline; 0.9 ± 0.3% at 2 V to 68.2 ± 4.8% at 20 V with L-citrulline). Inhibition of ASS or ASL prevented this effect of L-citrulline.

Conclusion

The results indicate the presence of an L-citrulline/L-arginine cycle in the airways of rat pups. L-citrulline recycling does not play a major role under basal conditions in airways, but it has an important role under conditions of substrate limitations to NOS as a source of L-arginine, and L-citrulline supplementation reverses the impaired relaxation of airways under hyperoxic conditions.  相似文献

Experiments with local perfusion of the rat neostriatum and subsequent chromatography of the perfusate have shown that addition of beta-phenylethylamine (beta-PEA) to the perfusion medium in a concentration of 10(-3) M enhanced spontaneous and inhibited the K+-induced release of 3H-dopamine preliminarily applied to the neostriatum. The stimulating effect of beta-PEA was Ca2+-dependent and was potentiated in sodium-free media. The inhibitory effect of beta-PEA on the K+-induced release of 3H-DA was abolished by haloperidol, a blocker of dopamine receptors. This fact allows one to suggest that this effect of beta-PEA is mediated by presynaptic dopamine autoreceptors. The data obtained indicate that beta-PEA can modulate the dopaminergic synaptic transmission depending on functional activity of dopaminergic neurons.  相似文献
