Application of 1% methol, which, along with cold, activates specific thermosensitive ionic channels, changes the number of functioning cold receptors on the skin of the forearm similarly to the cold exposure test; however, it does not affect the number of heat receptors and does not significantly change the threshold of cold sensation. Group variants of responses to menthol that indicate individual differences in the sensitivity of skin receptors to the effects of methol and cold have been found. The results obtained give grounds to suggest that, from the variant of response to menthol (a decrease, increase, or absence of changes in the number of functioning cold receptors 5 min after menthol application), it is possible to predict specific features of response to cold.  相似文献

The effect of picrotoxin (at sub-convulsant doses, i.v.) on the background and invoked spike activity of cat dorsal horn internerons was investigated while thermal and mechanical influences were at work on the skin receptor areas. The 1st feature revealed typical for diapause phenomena inTrichogramma species is the interaction of environmental conditions in both parental and filial generations in induction of diapause in the latter. Lowered temperature during larval development is the ultimate factor evoking diapause in pronymphs but the norm of this thermal reaction is not fixed but varies depending on photoperiod and temperature in the previous generation due to maternal influence. Short day and in some cases high temperature in parental generation enhance tendency to diapause in the progeny. Unlike maternal influence the development to filial generation itself is not (or almost is not) governed by its own photoperiodic reaction. The 2nd typical feature revealed is the occurrence of endogenous process running in the sequence of generations and causing changes in the diapause tendency and underlying reaction norms even under constant rearing conditions.   相似文献

Two types of slow excitatory postsynaptic potentials (EPSPs) with different properties were found in neurons of the rabbit superior cervical sympathetic ganglion. In our group of neurons slow EPSPs increased during artificial hyperpolarization and decreased during depolarization of the membrane. The input resistance of the cells fell or remained unchanged during the development of slow EPSPs. In the second group of cells slow EPSPs increased during depolarization and decreased during hyperpolarization. The reversal potential of these responses, determined by extrapolation, was –78.9±3.6 mV. Depolarization responses to activation of muscarinic cholinergic receptors by acetylcholine or carbachol developed in 53% of neurons with an increase in input resistance and had a reversal potential of –83.2±6.7 mV. It is suggested that in cells of the first group the ionic mechanism of the slow EPSPs is similar to that of the fast EPSPs, whereas in cells of the second group its main component is a decrease in the potassium conductance of the membrane.A. The precipitation of lipid-protein complexes from the baker's yeast protein globulin fraction by polysaccharides (gum arabic and arabinogalactan) was investigated. Lipid-protein complexes were precipitated more readily with the polysaccharides under study than with other globulin fractions components. A method for the removal of lipids from the globulin fraction of baker's yeast by precipitation of the lipid-protein complexes with polysaccharides is suggested.  相似文献

长期不同养分投入对土壤养分和水稻生产持续性的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
以中国科学院桃源农业生态试验站15a长期田间定位试验为研究对象,分析了不同养分投入对稻田土壤养分和水稻产量可持续性的影响.结果表明,化肥与系统内循环的有机物料循环的肥力效力和产量效应基本一致,有机物料循环更有利于土壤有机质和氮素的积累;在不同养分投入下,土壤耕层有机质和全氮均呈上升趋势,年均增长率分别为1.5%~5.8%和2.5%~9.4%;与试验前相比,不同养分投入耕层磷素变动幅度在-18.3%到30%之间,钾素养分有所亏缺,下降幅度在8.1%~22.6%之间;通过可持续性指数的分析得出,土壤N素养分的可持续性对化肥的依赖性较大,而P、K养分的可持续性则对有机肥的依赖性更高.稻田生态系统具有良好的自维持能力,系统内有机物循环有利于提高稻谷产量的稳定性和可持续性.  相似文献
