The unicellular halotolerant alga Dunaliella salina had the ability to oxidize NADH and reduce Fe(CN)6^3-.The redox reactions were to some extent stimulated by slight hyperosmotic shock (2.0mol/L→2.6mol/L NaCl),but markably inhibited by abrupt hyperosmotic shock (2.0mol/L→3.5mol/L NaCl) and hypoosmotic shock (2.0mol/L→1.0mol/L NaCl;2.0mol/L→0.67mol/L NaCl).With the adaptation of algal cells to osmotic shock by accumulating or degraging intracellular grycerol,the plasmalemma redox activities were also restored.The O2 uptake stimulated by NADH could be promoted by FA and SHAM.Hypoosmotic shock increases the basal respiration rate of alga cells,but weakened the stimulating effects of NADH,FA and SHAM on O2 uptake.On the other hand,hyperosmotic shock reduced the basal respiration rate,but relatively enhanced the above effects of NADH,FA and SHAM.H^ extrusion of alga cells was inhibited by NADH and stimulated by Fe(CN)6^3-.Vanadate and DES could inhibit H^ efflux,but had little effect in the presence of NADH and Fe(CN)6^3-.Both hyperand hypoosmotic shock stimulated H^ extrusion.This effect could be totally inhibited by vanadate and DES,but almost unaffected by 8-hydroxyquinoline.It was suggested that H^ -ATPase probably played a more important role in H^ extrusion and osmoregulation under the conditions of osmotic shock.  相似文献

The erythroid- and developmental stage-specific expression of the human ε-globin gene is controlled,in part,by the 5‘-flanking DNA sequence of this gene.In the present study,we have used DNA-protein binding assays to identify trans-acting factors which regulate the temporal expression of the human ε-globin gene during development.Using gel mobility shift assays and DNaseI footprinting assays,a nuclear protein factor (termed ε-SSF1) in the nuclear extracts from mouse haematopoietic tissues at d 11 and d 13 of gestation was identified.It could specifically bind to the positive control region (between-535 and -453bp) of the human ε-globin gene.We speculated that the ε-SSF1 might be an erythroid-and developmental stage-specific activator.In addition,we found another nuclear protein factor (terned ε-R1) in the nuclear extract from mouse fetal liver at d18 of gestation,which could strongly bind to the silencer region (between-392 and -177bp) of this gene.Therefore,we speculated that the ε-R1 might be an erythroid-and developmental stagespecific repressor.Our data suggest that both ε-SSF1 and ε-R1 might play important roles in developmental regulation of the human ε-globin gene expression during the early embryonic life.On the hand,we observed that the binding patterns of nuclear proteins from three cell lines (K562,HEL and Raji) to these regulatory regions were partially different.These results suggest that different trans-acting factors in K562,HEL and Raji cells might be responsible for activating or silencing the human ε-globin gene in three different cell lines.  相似文献

[目的]明确飞机草浸提液对斜纹夜蛾生长发育和繁殖的影响。[方法]在实验室内利用不同浓度的飞机草水浸提液处理香蕉叶后喂养斜纹夜蛾幼虫,并观察记录斜纹夜蛾的生长发育情况。[结果]随着飞机草浸提液浓度的升高,斜纹夜蛾幼虫和蛹的发育历期逐渐延长,蛹重逐渐降低;母液处理下的幼虫和蛹发育历期最长,分别比对照处理延长了7.92和2.88 d,母液处理下的蛹重最轻,较对照降低了25.4%;飞机草浸提液处理降低了斜纹夜蛾低龄幼虫的存活率,对高龄幼虫和蛹的存活率影响不显著。随着飞机草浸提液浓度的升高,斜纹夜蛾种群净增值率R0、内禀增长率rm和周限增长率λ均逐渐降低,种群平均世代周期T和种群加倍时间t逐渐延长。[结论]飞机草对斜纹夜蛾具有一定的生防潜力,可应用于斜纹夜蛾的生物源农药开发研究。  相似文献

目的:探讨双水平气道正压通气(Bi PAP)治疗重叠综合征(OS)患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年7月-2014年2月本院收治的88例诊断为重叠综合征的患者,随机分成实验组与对照组,对照组43例,给予常规药物治疗;实验组45例,在常规药物治疗的基础上辅以双水平气道正压通气治疗,对两组治疗前后的监测结果进行比较分析。结果:治疗后,实验组患者在不同时间点上p H和Pa O2高于对照组,Pa CO2、呼吸暂停指数(AHI)、睡眠紊乱指数、最长呼吸暂停时间以及病死率和不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论:采用Bi PAP治疗OS患者,能够有效降低患者病死率、减少不良反应发生率,并改善患者呼吸情况,提高睡眠质量。  相似文献

长江口中华鲟自然保护区潮间带鱼类群落结构   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为深入了解鱼类对潮间带水域的利用,2010年5月、8月、11月在长江口中华鲟自然保护区潮间带水域进行了插网调查。结果表明:调查期间共出现28种鱼类,隶属于10目16科,鲤形目种类最多,其次为鲈形目;群落优势种为中国花鲈(Lateolabrax maculates)、鮻(Liza haematocheila)和窄体舌鳎(Cynoglossus gracilis);长江口中华鲟自然保护区潮间带鱼类群落可以分为河口定居鱼类、海洋偶见鱼类、降海洄游鱼类、溯河洄游鱼类、海洋洄游鱼类和淡水鱼类6种生态类群,其中河口定居鱼类和海洋洄游鱼类占据明显优势。对调查水域鱼类群落进行聚类分析,结果表明秋季和春夏季差异显著,鮻、中国花鲈、斑尾刺虾虎鱼(Acanthogobius ommaturus)是对季节差异贡献最大的3种鱼类。主成分分析结果表明,夏季鱼类群落主要受到海洋洄游鱼类的影响,而秋季主要受到河口定居鱼类的影响,这2种鱼类的幼鱼在不同季节利用潮间带水域索饵肥育可能是造成季节差异的主要原因。  相似文献

The role of wild birds in the spread of highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N1 has been greatly debated and remains an unresolved question. However, analyses to determine involvement of wild birds have been hindered by the lack of basic information on their movements in central Asia. Thus, we initiated a programme to document migrations of waterfowl in Asian flyways to inform hypotheses of H5N1 transmission. As part of this work, we studied migration of waterfowl from Qinghai Lake, China, site of the 2005 H5N1 outbreak in wild birds. We examined the null hypothesis that no direct migratory connection existed between Qinghai Lake and H5N1 outbreak areas in central Mongolia, as suggested by some H5N1 phylogeny studies. We captured individuals in 2007 from two of the species that died in the Qinghai Lake outbreaks and marked them with GPS satellite transmitters: Bar-headed Geese Anser indicus ( n  =   14) and Ruddy Shelduck Tadorna ferruginea ( n  =   11). Three of 25 marked birds (one Goose and two Shelducks) migrated to breeding grounds near H5N1 outbreak areas in Mongolia. Our results describe a previously unknown migratory link between the two regions and offer new critical information on migratory movements in the region.  相似文献

伪钝绥螨Amblyseius fallacis Garman是控制害螨的有效天敌,研究迎春花花粉和二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticaeKoch对伪钝绥螨生长发育和繁殖的影响,比较伪钝绥螨取食2种食料时各种参数的异同。结果表明,迎春花花粉可使伪钝绥螨正常生长发育并产卵,但发育时间较取食二斑叶螨的长,产卵量与取食二斑叶螨的相当。取食迎春花花粉时伪钝绥螨的内禀增长率、净增殖率和周限增长率均低于取食二斑叶螨时的值,世代平均周期较取食二斑叶螨略短,而种群倍增所需时间更长。由以上结果可知迎春花花粉可作为伪钝绥螨的替代或补充食料。  相似文献

Geographic variation in offspring size is widespread, but the proximate causes of this variation have not yet been explicitly determined. We compared egg size and egg contents among five populations of a lizard (Takydromus septentrionalis, Günther, 1864) along a latitudinal gradient, and incubated eggs at two temperatures to determine the influence of maternal investment and incubation temperature on offspring size. The mean values for female size and egg size were both greater in the two northern populations (Chuzhou and Anji) than in the three southern populations (Lishui, Dongtou, and Ningde). The larger eggs were entirely attributable to the body size of females in the Anji population, but their increased size also stemmed from further enlargement of egg size relative to female body size in Chuzhou, the northernmost population sampled in this study. Eggs of the Chuzhou population contained more yolk and less water than those of southern populations. Despite the lower lipid content in the yolk, eggs from the Chuzhou population had higher energy contents than those from the two southern populations, owing to the larger egg size and increased volume of yolk. Hatchling size was not affected by incubation temperature, but differed significantly among populations, with hatchlings being larger in the Chuzhou population than in the other populations. Our data provide an inference that oviparous reptiles from cold climates may produce larger offspring, not only by increasing egg size but also by investing more energy into their eggs. © 2010 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society, 2010, 101 , 59–67.  相似文献

The effects of cyhalothrin on the transient outward potassium current in central neurons of Helicoverpa armigera were studied by using the patch clamp techniques. The results showed that before using cyhalothrin (10.5 mmol/L), activation potential was approximately -40 mV, after application of the drug, the activation potential shifted roughly 10 mV to the negative potential direction, so channels can be activated more easily. Before and after cyhalothrin application, the change of current amplitude was insignificant. The value of V1/2 and k of activation curves did not change significantly, however, the V1/2 of the inactivation curves changed significantly. Inactivation curves significantly shifted to a negative direction, so that inactivation of the channels was hastened. It is indicated that there may exit a primary way in which cyhalothrin provides neurotoxicity to the nervous system through the regulation of activation potentials and inactivation state of IA channels.  相似文献
