中国短须寄蝇属一新种记述（双翅目：寄蝇科）

甘肃省是我国寄蝇记述最少的省份之一。本文记述采自天水小陇山的短须寄蝇属一新种,模式标本保存于中国科学院动物研究所。     

湖北圆腹蛛一新种（蜘蛛目：球蛛科）

本文描述采自湖北省恩施和咸宁地区的球蛛科圆腹蛛属一新种－湖北圆腹蛛Ｄｉｐｏｅｎａ ｈｕｂｅｉｅｎｓｉｓ ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．。     

Distribution and Significance of Nitric Oxide Synthase in Brain Tissues of Rats Exposed to Deltamethrin Insecticide

The distribution of nitric oxide synthase(NOS)in brain tissues of rats exposed to deltamethrininsecticide has been examined by histochemical NADPH-diaphorase staining techniques on frozen sec-tions.After injection of deltamethrin(12.5mg/kg,i.p.),a reproducible sequence of toxic signs ofhyperexcitability were elicited.The observation and image analysis showed that,within brain sec-tions of rats exposed to deltamethrin,the numbers and the total staining areas of the NOS positiveneurons were greatly increased,especially in cerebral cortex,hippocampal formation and paraventric-ular nucleus.In addition,the density of single neuron and the processes were also increased.The re-sults suggested that deltamethrin may induce the NOS expression or activate the NOS activity.TheNOS activation may involve in the chains responsible for the excitatory neurotoxicities induced bydeltamethrin.     

绞股蓝属的染色体研究

报道了葫芦科绞股蓝属（Ｇｙｎｏｓｔｅｍｍａ Ｂ１．）８种共２０个居群的染色体数目,分别为２ｎ＝２２,３３,４４,６６,８８多倍体现象极为普遍。两个亚属;绞股蓝亚属（Ｓｕｂｇｅｎ．Ｇｙｎｏｓｔｅｍｍａ）和喙果藤亚属（Ｓｕｂｇｅｎ．Ｔｒｉｏｓｔｅｌｌｕｍ）的染色体基数均为Ｘ＝１１,并结合该属植物形态特征、繁殖方式和地理分布,对普遍出现的多倍体现象进行了讨论。     

藻胆蛋白复合物的合成及其分子内能量传递

通过偶联剂3-(2-吡啶联巯基)丙酸N-羟基琥珀亚胺酯(SPDP)及改变配料比, 合成了两个R-藻红蛋白(R-PE)与C-藻蓝蛋白(C-PC)的复合物A和B.利用吸收光谱确定了分子内R-PE与C-PC的摩尔比为6∶1和2∶1. 通过荧光光谱, 观察到能量传递现象, 并计算出能量传递效率为63%和88%.证明分子内能量传递效率很高. 二硫苏糖醇(DTT)还原连接R-PE与C-PC的二硫桥键后, 能量传递被阻断. 这一现象进一步证明复合物中存在分子内能量传递.     

Studying dynamic process of photosensitization by ESR method

By kinetic methods, functional relation of TAN radical, produced in the process of TEMPONE trapping O2, vs. time during photosensitization was established. Accordingly relative rate constants of generating all kinds of active intermediates through types I and II mechanism of photosensitization can be calculated. Using the formula and experimental results, the relative rate constants of generating O2, O2 and PS2 of three kinds of perylenequinone photosensitizer: HA, HB and CP in DMF-H20 and DMSO-H2O system were calculated, and then the structure-activity relationship of perylenequinone photosensitizer and the relation between photosensitivity and solvent was studied.     

中华大蟾蜍输卵管促受精因子的实验分析

在孕酮作用厂,切除卵巢的中华大蟾蜍输卵管上皮细胞不仅能够使外源移植的卵母细胞在输卵管中正常运行,还保证卵母细胞正常受精。根据输卵管卷曲部分泌物的ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ分析,存在依赖孕酮的３３ｋＤ蛋白质。经兔抗３３ｋＤ蛋白抗体处理具输卵管分泌物的卵母细胞,受精率受到显著抑制·提示该蛋白有促受精活性。输卵管分泌物介入受精涉及复杂的多种因子。     

四川省鱼类寄生粘孢子虫两新种（粘孢子纲：双壳目）

本四川省鱼类寄生粘孢子虫两新种：寄生墨头鱼的宜宾两极虫,新种Ｍｙｘｉｄｉｕｍ ｙｉｂｉｎｅｎｓｅ ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．和寄生鳙Ａｒｉｓｔｉｃｈｔｈｙｓ ｎｋｂｉｌｉｓ的鳙单尾虫,新种Ｕｎｉｃａｕｄａ ａｒｉｓｔｉｃｈｔｈｙｄｉｓ ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ。     

小鼠BW5147细胞与网织红细胞融合后cAMP水平及其磷酸二酯酶的细胞化学观察

本实验用PEG介导,将小鼠BW_(5147)细胞与小鼠网织红细胞在体外进行悬浮融合,经HAT选择性培养基筛选获得的胞质杂交细胞,表现出增殖减慢、生长率下降、生瘤能力降低等去恶化现象。本实验从cAMP-PDE细胞化学反应显示出胞质杂交细胞内cAMP-PDE活性比亲本BW_(5147)瘤细胞有所减弱,而cAMP水平则有所升高,提示胞质杂交细胞恶性程度下降可能与细胞内cAMP-PDE活性降低和cAMP水平升高具有一定的关系。本实验的结果将为进一步探索促使肿瘤细胞逆转的可能途径提供一定的依据。     

社鼠一新亚种——闹牛社鼠

社鼠是鼠科的一种,我国已记载的有六种。作者在吉林西部闹牛山采得一新亚种,其尾短,尾长率小于1,与已知各亚种不同,定名为社鼠闹牛亚种(Rattus nivienter naoniuensis,subsp.nov)。
