小牛类表皮生长因子活性肽（c－EGF）的分离纯化及性质

本文报道小牛颌下腺通过酸抽提、ＣＭ５２、ＤＥ５２柱层析、ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ７５凝胶过滤及ＨＰＬＣ等步,分离纯化到一个分子量为６ｋＤ,等电点为４．６的小肽。该小肽类似人重组表皮生长因子（ｒｈ—ＥＧＦ）的生物活性,具有刺激ＮＲＫ细胞的增殖及刺激新生小鼠的睁眼、萌牙,并具有增加Ａ４３１细胞膜蛋白质磷酸化的功能。氨基酸组成缺少苯丙氨酸及苏氨酸残基。我们命名它为小牛类ＥＧＦ样活性肽（ｃａｌｆＥＧＦ－ｌｉｋｅａｃｔｉｖｅｐｅｐｔｉｄｅ,简称ｃ－ＥＧＦ）。     

Active expression of Gγ globin gene on chromosome 11 with Yunnanese (Ayγδβ)~0-thalasseinia deletion in MEL cells

A permanent lymphocyte cell line of a heterozygote with Yunnanese (Aγδβ)0-thalassemia deletion, associated with an increased production of Cry globin in adult, was founded using Epstein-Barr virus transformation. The hybrids of the lymphocyte cell and mouse erythroleukemia cell (MEL) were achieved and the hybrids containing human chromosome 11 were selected with the monoclonal antibody 53/6. The subclones containing only either the normal or the abnormal human chromosome 11 were separated and the expression of the human globin genes was studied. Expression of the β-globin gene, but not the Cγ and Aγ, was observed in the hybrids containing only the normal human chromosome 11, while active expression of the Cγ globin gene was observed in the hybrids containing only the abnormal human chromosome 11. These results have confirmed that the DNA deletion in the β-globin gene cluster is the cause of persistent active expression of the Cγ globin gene in the Yunnanese mutant.     

兰科盆距兰属（Gastrochilus）植物的修订

本文对盆距兰属（Ｇａｓｔｒｏｃｈｉｌｕｓ）植物作了修订,共分３个组,含４６种和１变种,其中１个组（Ｓｅｃｔ．Ｃａｅｓｐｉｔｏｓｉ）和８个种（Ｇ．ｃａｒｎｓｕｓ,Ｇ．ｇａｒｈｗａｌｅｎｓｉｓ,Ｇ．ｌｉｎｅａｒｉｆｏｌｉｕｓ,Ｇ．ｇｕａｎｇｔｕｎｇｅｎｓｉｓ,Ｇ．ｓｕｂｐａｐｉｌｌｏｓｕｓ,Ｇ．ｎａｎｃｈｕａｎｅｎｓｉｓ,Ｇ．ｓａｃｃａｔｕｓａｎｄＧ．ｇｏｎｇｓｈａｎｅｎｓｉｓ）为新的,首次在本文作了描述报导。本属属的形态特征,研究历史和订正后属下的分类群检索表,种的文献引证、简短的特征记要和地理分布以及在属中被排除的分类单位索引均提供在本文。     

慢性心功能不全大鼠心脏和血淋巴细胞β-肾上腺素受体的改变

在主动脉与肾动脉缩窄造成的慢性心功能不全大鼠,血浆儿茶酚胺浓度增高;心脏β-肾上腺素受体(β-AR)数量增加,其中β_1-AR及其mRNA增加,而β_2-AR及其mRNA不变;左心房异丙基肾上腺素(ISO)浓度-收缩效应曲线右移;而心肌ISO浓度-cAMP蓄积曲线无显著改变;血淋巴细胞β-AR数量显著减少.结果提示心功能不全时心脏β_1-AR数量增多,但其介导的正性变力效应反而降低,在cAMP生成以后的信号转导过程或心肌收缩成分功能存在障碍,而血淋巴细胞β-AR的改变与心脏β-AR的功能改变平行.     

A Novel Class of Herbicides (Specific Inhibitors of Imidazoleglycerol Phosphate Dehydratase)

A new mode of herbicidal action was established by finding specific inhibitors of imidazoleglycerol phosphate dehydratase, an enzyme of histidine (His) biosynthesis. Three triazole phosphonates inhibited the reaction of the enzyme with Ki values of 40 [plus or minus] 6.5, 10 [plus or minus] 1.6, and 8.5 [plus or minus] 1.4 nM, respectively, and were highly cytotoxic to cultured plant cells. This effect was completely reversed by the addition of His, proving that the cytotoxicity was primarily caused by the inhibition of His biosynthesis. These inhibitors showed wide-spectrum, postemergent herbicidal activity at application rates ranging from 0.05 to 2 kg/ha.     

食管癌病人运铁蛋白(Tf)和组特异性成份(Gc)亚型分布的研究

应用超薄层聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳法, 分析了潮汕地区216例无血缘关系、临床上诊断为食管癌的病人和216例健康人的运铁蛋白(Tf)亚型分布情况, 结果发现:食管癌病人组TfC1C1纯合子频率为0.2639,Tf*Cl基因频率为0.4745,显著低于正常人组(分别为0.4352和0.6227,均为P<0.0 01);同时,食管癌病人组TfC2C2纯合子频率为0.2278,Tf*C2基因频率为0. 4977,显著高于正常对照组(分别为0.1852,P<0.05,和0.3634,P<0.001)。应用超薄层聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦结合免疫固定法,分析了潮汕地区21 7例无血缘关系的临床上诊断为食管癌病人和 217例健康人的组特异性成份(Gc)亚型的分布,发现两组间无显著性差异。     

四种锚首虫科包括一新种的描述(单殖纲:指环虫目:锚首虫科)

本文报道采自广东阳江闸坡中华海鲶鳃上的锚首虫科四个虫种。包括一新种瘤钩小沙汉虫Chauhanellustuberhamatussp．nov.。它以背中央大钩钩尖基部内侧具瘤状结构而区别于本属已记述的21个种。其余为弯曲小沙汉虫C．flexiosus、海鲶血梗虫Hamatopedunculariaarii、和简单血梗虫H．simplex。     

四川大鲵寄生吸虫一新属新种（吸虫纲：复殖目）

本文描述寄生在大鲵肠道内隐殖科,隐殖亚科吸虫一新种,沐川新鲵居吸虫Ｎｅｏａｎｄｒｉｎｃｏｌａ ｍｕｃｈｕａｎｅｎｓｉｓ ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．并建立了新属,即新鲵居吸虫属Ｎｅｏａｎｄｒｉｎｃｏｌａ ｇｅｎ．ｎｏｖ．标本采自四川省沭县。模式标本保存在四川农业大学兽医学系。     

云南西双版纳热带雨林区钩马陆科一新属新种（倍足纲：异蛩目）

本文记述一新属,菌肢马陆属Ａｇａｒｉｃｏｇｏｎｏｐｕｓ ｇｅｎ．ｎｏｖ．,隶属于异蛩目,钩马陆科。雄体的生殖肢之后面伸出一对相当大的菌状突起而有别于其他各属,并且生殖基节顶端具有３对裂叶相互把握为三叶菌肢马陆Ａ．ａｃｒｏｔｒｉｆｏｌｉｏｌａｔｕｓ ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．之基本特征。这一新类群生活在我国云南热带雨林区。
