蜜蜂总科化石新种（昆虫纲：膜翅目）

本文记述了膜翅目熊蜂科、木蜂科和蜜蜂科3属3新种,其中熊蜂科熊蜂属1种:鲁熊蜂Bombus luianus sp. nov., 木蜂科木蜂属1种:硅藻木蜂Xylacopa diatoma sp. nov. 和蜜蜂科蜜蜂属1种:长胫蜜蜂Apis longitibia sp. nov.。所有模式标本均采自山东山旺中新统硅藻土页岩中,现保存在山东省博物馆。     

电针、吗啡镇痛和耐受时某些脑区线粒体结合钙的变化

采用 Tb~(3+)荧光探针和离子选择电极研究了电针和吗啡镇痛及镇痛耐受时,动物不同脑区游离 Ca~(2+)和线粒体膜结合 Ca~(2+)的变化。实验结果表明,电针和吗啡都有较强的镇痛作用,与此同时,导水管周围灰质和下丘脑的线粒体膜结合 Ca~(2+)升高。脑室内预注钌红,则能降低这两个脑区的线粒体膜结合 Ca~(2+)和痛阈。另一方面,在电针或吗啡耐受时,两脑区的游离 Ca~(2+)浓度增加,线粒体膜结合 Ca~(2+)降低。结果提示,神经细胞质膜内外 Ca~(2+)的移动可能在电针和吗啡镇痛中起某种调节作用。     

躯体和内脏传入冲动在大鼠束旁核内的会聚

在麻痹的大鼠上,分别刺激迷走神经、内脏大神经、坐骨神经、腓肠神经、睾丸和副睾,在对侧丘脑束旁核记录到了45个细胞的单位放电。根据诱发反应的潜伏期、时程和放电频谱分布的不同,可将他们分为五种类型,并且认为这些类型和刺激引起的感觉性质有关。在观察到的45单位中,29个的反应具有痛放电的特性,而且对躯体及内脏的传入冲动呈聚合性反应。其中2个单位只对内脏传入冲动产生反应。这项研究的结果表明,束旁核不仅是接受内脏传入的丘脑结构,而且也是一个整合内脏与躯体传入信息的中枢。     

Effects of pingyanymycin on chromosomes: a possible structural basis for chromosome aberration

Pingyanymycin (PYM), and antitumor-antibiotic complex which belongs to the bleomycin family can induce "G2-free chromatin" and "uncompleted-packing-mitotic figures" (UPM) at increased frequency after treatment of cultured human lymphocytes. PYM can also induce an extraordinarily high frequency of chromosomal breaks but few sister-chromatid exchanges (SCE) in the same experiment, which is similar to the action of bleomycin. To solve this remarkable contradiction we presume that the UPM is related to a basic mechanism for producing chromosomal aberrations. Our results also show that various steps of the chromosomal cycle can be affected by certain chemical agents, and these treatments lead to chromosomal aberrations. Thus, other testing systems should be used in addition to the SCE system.     

虫草蝠蛾生物学研究

虫草蝠蛾(Thitarodes armoricanus Oberthur)的卵于室温11.4℃时,历期32—47天,在潮湿滤纸表面孵化率高达93.2%.幼虫在土壤中生活三年多才化蛹.蛹期35—50天.成虫寿命3—12天.卵在发育中有变色现象,即由白→黄→灰→黑.变色过程一般需6—13小时.幼虫栖息地表以下10—25cm土层中,适宜在地温5—10℃、土壤含水量70%左右条件下生活.蛹腹节有棘突,助蛹活动.成虫白天不吃不动,黄昏时活动,无趋光性,也无趋化性.雌雄交配自傍晚至深夜,经4—10小时.一雌产卵400—800粒.

盐泽螺旋藻(Spirulina subsalsa)藻胆体的分离和特性

采用一种简便而快速的方法分离了盐泽螺旋藻的藻胆体。藻胆体的最大吸收波长位于618 nm,室温下荧光反射峰位于677～678 nm。利用7～15％SDS—聚丙烯酸胺梯度凝胶板状电泳,可分出三条有色多肽,其中藻蓝蛋白的α亚单位与别藻蓝蛋白的α亚单位几乎重叠,不易区分;另有分子量为117,99,53,49,27,24.5和14kD的七条无色多肽。117和 99kD多肽可能联结藻胆体和类囊体,并作为末端能量受体,而14kD多肽多为“核”亚结构的组分,其余的可能为“棒”亚结构内和“核”“棒”亚结构间的联结蛋白。     

Interaction of opioid peptides and other drugs with multiple delta ncx binding sites in rat brain: further evidence for heterogeneity.

Recent pharmacological data strongly support the hypothesis of δ receptor subtypes as mediators of both supraspinal and spinal antinociception (δ₁ and δ₂ receptors). In vitro ligand binding data, which are fully supportive of the in vivo data, are still lacking. A previous study indicated that [³H][ -Ala², -Leu⁵]enkephalin labels two binding sites in membranes depleted of μ binding sites by pretreatment with the site-directed acylating agent, 2-(p-ethoxybenzyl)-1-diethylaminoethyl-5-isothiocyanatobenzimidazole-HCI (BIT). The main goal of the present study was to develop a ligand-selectivity profile of the two δ_ncx binding sites. The data indicated that naltrindole and oxymorphindole were relatively selective for site 1 (20-fold). [ -Ser²,Thr⁶]Enkephalin and deltorphin-II were only 2.7-fold and 2.2-fold selective for site 1. [ -Pen², -Pen⁵]Enkephalin and deltorphin-I were 80-fold and 38-fold selective for site 2.3-Iodo-Tyr- -Ala-Gly-Phe- -Leu was 52-fold selective for site 1. Morphine had moderate affinity for site 1 (K_i = 16 nM), and was about 11-fold selective for site 1. Thus, of the 10 drugs studied, only DPDPE and DELT-I were selective for site 2. Viewed collectively with other data, it is likely that the δ₁ receptor and the δ_ncx binding site are synonymous.
