松露(块菌)是名贵的地下真菌,因其独特的香味和口感享誉全球,具有重要的经济价值、食药用价值和生态价值。块菌必须与宿主植物共生形成外生菌根后才能形成子实体(子囊果)。由于块菌具有较高的经济价值而野生块菌资源被严重破坏,以块菌菌根苗制备技术为基础的人工栽培手段受到广泛关注。本文以块菌菌根苗培育为切入点,阐述了块菌资源面临的较大威胁、人工栽培手段的进步和人工种植园的快速发展,通过综述菌根苗培育前对共生组合的选择,菌根苗培育时使用的基质、接种剂、培养方式、与其他生物间的互作,以及菌根苗培育后进行检测的方法等研究进展,为外生菌根食用菌的菌根苗培育技术和人工栽培推广提供参考。  相似文献

Domestication is predicted to reduce resistance of agricultural crops against insect herbivores; however, its impact on herbivores with different feeding modes and evolutionary histories needs investigation. To this end, we conducted greenhouse experiments to explore the effects of domestication of blueberries (Vaccinium corymbosum), a crop native to North America, on the performance of two chewing herbivores [the native Sparganothis fruitworm (Sparganothis sulfureana (Clemens)) and non-native gypsy moth (Lymantria dispar L.)], and one piercing-sucking herbivore [the blueberry aphid (Illinoia azaleae (Mason))]. Lymantria dispar performed better (i.e., larvae gained more mass, damaged more leaves, and had greater survival) on cultivated V. corymbosum than on its wild counterpart. In contrast, domestication had no impact on the native S. sulfureana larval mass, consumption, and survivorship. Domestication increased survivorship, but not offspring production, of the aphid I. azaleae. To examine changes in plant chemistry due to domestication, we measured phenolic and nutrient (macro- and micro-elements) content in wild and cultivated V. corymbosum leaves. Although there were no differences in total phenolic content, two compounds were absent, while two were at lower and one at higher concentration in domesticated than in wild plants. Wild V. corymbosum leaves had higher amounts of phosphorus, sulfur, and sodium than cultivated leaves; the opposite was found for aluminum. While our findings provide support for the ‘plant domestication-reduced defense’ hypothesis, the effects of domestication were dependent on feeding modes and adaptations of the herbivores such that the non-native chewing species was more positively affected than the chewing and the piercing-sucking natives.  相似文献

木材腐朽菌是森林生态系统的重要组成部分,在森林生态系统中起着极为重要的降解还原作用,主要包括担子菌门非褶菌目、子囊菌门盘菌纲和半知菌类的部分真菌,能全部或部分降解木材中的木质素、纤维素和半纤维素,其降解机制有3种:白色腐朽、褐色腐朽和软腐朽.木材腐朽菌与生态系统中其它生物关系密切,为很多昆虫、鸟类提供营养,有些昆虫也能使木腐菌得到传播.保护木材腐朽菌的生物多样性是保护森林生态系统、维护生态系统健康的重要因素.  相似文献

Cloning and identification of genes from the cambium of woody plants are important steps in the investigation of wood formation. In order to clone and identify the genes involved in wood formation, a cDNA library was constructed from the cambial tissue of Betula platyphylla Suk (birch). From the cDNA library, 2,878 high-quality ESTs were generated, representing 1,540 tentative unique genes (TUGs). Approximately 70% of the ESTs were matched to proteins in the NR database in GenBank and were grouped into 12 functional categories according to their functional annotation. Fifty TUGs potentially involved in wood formation, including the process of lignin biosynthesis, cell wall structure, cell wall polysaccharides synthesis or development regulation, were identified from the EST collection. The time course expression analysis of 13 wood formation related genes was further studied using RNA gel blot and semi-quantitative RT-PCR. The results showed that these genes were primarily expressed in tissue that was collected during two time periods, spring (26 April to 11 June) and later summer (30 July to 18 Sept). The bimodal expression curve of the genes indicates that both of these time periods are critical in wood formation in birch, and may be associated with cell wall expansion earlier in the year, and cell wall strengthening later in the year.  相似文献

Plant peroxidases (PODs) have been ascribed a variety of biological functions, including hydrogen peroxide detoxification, lignin biosynthesis, hormonal signaling, and stress response. In the present study, ten POD genes, including three ascorbate peroxidases (class I PODs) and seven secretory peroxidases (class III PODs), were cloned from Tamarix hispida. The roles of the ten POD genes were addressed under different abiotic stress conditions, and gene expression profiles in roots, stems, and leaves were evaluated using real-time quantitative reverse-transcribed polymerase chain reaction. Our results showed that the relative abundance of the PODs was markedly different in roots, stems, and leaves, indicating that POD activity differs in these three organs. ThPOD1 and ThPOD8 were the most and least abundant, respectively, in all organs. The expression profiles in response to abiotic stresses were organ specific. All of the genes were highly induced by drought, salt, salt–alkaline, CdCl2, and abscisic acid (ABA) treatments in at least one organ. Five ThPOD genes were induced in roots, stems, and leaves under all of the studied stress conditions, indicating that they are closely associated with abiotic stress. Our results demonstrate that the ten plant peroxidases are all expressed in leaves, stems, and roots, that they are involved in different abiotic stress responses, and that they are controlled by an ABA-dependent stress signaling pathway.  相似文献

A series of novel (E)-4-oxo-2-crotonamide derivatives were designed and synthesized to find potent antituberculosis agents. All the target compounds were evaluated for their in vitro activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv(MTB). Results reveal that 4-phenyl moiety at part A and short methyl group at part C were found to be favorable. Most of the derivatives displayed promising activity against MTB with MIC ranging from 0.125 to 4?µg/mL. Especially, compound IIIa16 was found to have the best activity with MIC of 0.125?μg/mL against MTB and with MIC in the range of 0.05–0.48?µg/mL against drug-resistant clinical MTB isolates.  相似文献

Previous studies have demonstrated the wide occurrence of anaerobic ammonium oxidizing (anammox) bacteria; however, there is very limited information on the distribution of these bacteria in freshwater habitats. In this study, the anammox bacterial communities were detected by molecular analysis targeting the 16S rRNA genes in the sediments of Lake Taihu, a large and shallow eutrophic freshwater lake in China. The recovery of specific 16S rRNA sequences with two stable monophyletic clusters indicated that anammox bacteria were present in Lake Taihu. A phylogenetic analysis indicated that these two groups represent two novel lineages within the first subgroup of anammox bacteria, independent of the treeing methods. High intra-lake variability in anammox bacterial diversity and community composition was observed, in particular, based on a 1% cut-off of 16S rRNA sequence variation. The spatial variability was largely related to the substrate availability, which was denoted by the correlations between the relative abundance of the two Taihu anammox bacterial groups and the concentrations of ammonium and nitrite. This indicates that the niche differentiation of anammox bacteria is linked to the environmental heterogeneity. These findings suggest that the freshwater lakes may accommodate different anammox bacterial communities and, thus, expand our knowledge on the diversity and distribution of anammox bacteria. Because of the frequent breakdown of major resistance (R) genes, identification of new partial R genes against rice blast disease is an important goal of rice breeding. In this study, we used a core collection of the Rice Diversity Panel II (C‐RDP‐II), which contains 584 rice accessions and are genotyped with 700 000 single‐nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers. The C‐RDP‐II accessions were inoculated with three blast strains collected from different rice‐growing regions in China. Genome‐wide association study identified 27 loci associated with rice blast resistance (LABRs). Among them, 22 LABRs were not associated with any known blast R genes or QTLs. Interestingly, a nucleotide‐binding site leucine‐rich repeat (NLR) gene cluster exists in the LABR12 region on chromosome 4. One of the NLR genes is highly conserved in multiple partially resistant rice cultivars, and its expression is significantly up‐regulated at the early stages of rice blast infection. Knockout of this gene via CRISPR‐Cas9 in transgenic plants partially reduced blast resistance to four blast strains. The identification of this new non‐strain specific partial R gene, tentatively named rice blast Partial Resistance gene 1 (PiPR1), provides genetic material that will be useful for understanding the partial resistance mechanism and for breeding durably resistant cultivars against blast disease of rice.  相似文献
