Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a highly malignant tumor, and chronic infection with hepatitis B virus is one of its major risk factors. To identify the proteins involved in HCC carcinogenesis, we used two-dimensional fluorescence DIGE to study the differentially expressed proteins in tumor and adjacent nontumor tissue samples. 根据GenBank发表的犬瘟热病毒(CDV)的F基因序列,经过分析在F片段的保守区域内设计引物,建立了SYBR Green I荧光RT-PCR检测CDV的方法,并通过对厦门市宠物医院收集的临床发病和疑似发病的犬病料(包括眼分泌物、鼻拭子、唾液、血液、尿液等)的检测,结果表明,本研究建立的快速检测CDV的SYBR Green I荧光RT-PCR方法具有特异性强、灵敏度高、操作简便等优点,值得推广应用。  相似文献

研究一系列有明确意义改性胰岛素的结构将有益于新型胰岛素分子的设计。经蛋白质工程制备的AspA21—人胰岛素(ADHI)基本保持了生物活力,而在酸性溶夜(pH3—4)中的稳定性比天然胰岛素在中性溶液中高5—10倍。本文报道ADHI的结晶、初步晶体学研究及中等分辨率衍射数据的收集。ADHI晶体属R3空间群:a_H=b_H=82.72埃,c_H=34.02埃。  相似文献

从平菇废弃培养料中分离获得一株细菌B3,通过对其进行形态学、培养特征比较研究和16SrDNA序列分析,鉴定为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)。在与常见的三种食用菌污染真菌脉孢菌(Neurospora sp.)、木霉(Trichoderma sp.)及鬼伞(Coprinus sp.)分别进行对峙培养时,都有明显的抑菌作用,形成的抑菌带分别为0.38cm、0.57cm及0.56cm,而与平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)、鸡腿菇(Coprinus comatus)及草菇(Volvariella volvacea)分别进行对峙培养时,除对草菇有明显的抑制作用外,对平菇和鸡腿菇的抑制作用很小。在混接B3菌株麸皮菌剂栽培料培养基上,B3菌株对三种污染真菌的抑制作用都很明显;可抑制木霉分生孢子形成、脉孢菌分生孢子萌发及鬼伞菌丝扩展;但不抑制平菇菌丝的生长。  相似文献

目的:探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆胸后取出新方法.方法:对48例注射聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶隆胸患者术前行双乳MRI或彩超检查结合触诊准确定位.全麻小切口开放直视下吸出水凝胶,再用大量生理盐水反复灌洗所有腔隙,直至手感探测不到硬结,盐水中无水凝胶为止.结果:48例患者术后无继发感染和出血等并发症.术前诸症状体征消失,无明显乳房变形,乳房形态术后恢复满意.术后双乳MRI复查未见明显异物残留.术后1 ~12月(6.2±0.3月)45例随访复查MRI亦未见异物残留,乳房修复完好.结论:注射隆乳后腔内大量盐水灌洗辅助取出水凝胶具有创伤小、出血少、操作简单、费用低廉的优点,是一种较好的、值得推广的凝胶取出术式.  相似文献

This study examined the effect of temporally patterned pulse trains on intensity and frequency sensitivity of inferior collicular neurons of the big brown bat, Eptesicus fuscus. Intensity sensitivity of inferior collicular neurons was expressed by the dynamic range and slope of rate-intensity functions. Inferior collicular neurons with non-monotonic rate-intensity functions have smaller dynamic ranges and larger slopes than neurons with monotonic or saturated rate-intensity functions. Intensity sensitivity of all inferior collicular neurons improved by increasing the number of non-monotonic rate-intensity functions when the pulse repetition rate of pulse trains increased from 10 to 30 pulses per second. Intensity sensitivity of 43% inferior collicular neurons further improved when the pulse repetition rate of pulse trains increased still from 30 to 90 pulses per second. Frequency sensitivity of inferior collicular neurons was expressed by the Q10, Q20, and Q30 values of threshold frequency tuning curves and bandwidths of isointensity frequency tuning curves. Threshold frequency tuning curves of all inferior collicular neurons were V-shape and mirror-images of their counterpart isointensity frequency tuning curves. The Q10, Q20, and Q30 values of threshold frequency tuning curves of all inferior collicular neurons progressively increased and bandwidths of isointensity frequency tuning curves decreased with increasing pulse repetition rate in temporally patterned pulse trains. Biological relevance of these findings to bat echolocation is discussed.  相似文献

Purpose

The rapid growth of vehicle sales and usage has highlighted the need for greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction in Macau, a special administrative region (SAR) of China. As the most primary vehicle type, light-duty vehicles (LDV, including light-duty gasoline vehicles (LDGVs) and light-duty diesel vehicles (LDDVs)) play a key role in promoting the GHG reduction and development of green transportation system in Macau.

Methods

This study, on the basis of real-world tested and statistical data, firstly performed a streamlined life-cycle assessment (SLCA) on LDVs, to evaluate the potential GHG emissions and reduction through shifting to hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) and electric vehicles (EVs).

Results and discussion

The results show that the mean GHG emissions from the LDGVs, LDDVs, and HEVs per 100 km were 25.16, 20.30, and 15.00 kg CO2 eq, respectively. Under the current electricity mix in Macau, EVs with the emissions of 12.39 kg CO2 eq/100 km can achieve a significant GHG emission reduction of LDVs in Macau. The total GHG emissions from LDVs increased from 124.99 to 247.82 thousand metric tons over the periods 2001–2014, with a 5.42% annual growth rate. A scenario analysis indicated that the development of HEVs and EVs—especially EVs—has the potential to control the GHG emissions from LDVs. Under the electricity mix of natural gas (NG) and solar energy (SE), the GHG emissions from EVs would drop by about 22 and 28%, respectively, by 2030.

Conclusions

This study develops a useful approach to evaluate the potential GHG emissions and its reduction strategies in Macau. All the obtained results could be useful for decision makers, providing robust support for drawing up an appropriate plan for improving green transportation systems in Macau.

异育银鲫幼鱼对饲料中缬氨酸需求量的研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
通过65d的生长实验, 探讨饲料中不同缬氨酸水平对异育银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)幼鱼平均体重(3.17±0.01)g/尾生长性能、饲料利用和蛋白利用的影响, 确定异育银鲫对饲料中缬氨酸的需要量。实验设计由酪蛋白、明胶和晶体氨基酸为蛋白源的8种等氮(蛋白含量:38%)等能(总能:17.0 kJ/g)的半精制饲料, 其缬氨酸水平等梯度逐步升高(0.54、0.79、1.04、1.29、1.54、1.79、2.04、2.29%饲料干物质)。各实验饲料中缬氨酸的实测值分别为:0.66、0.85、1.07、1.22、1.46、1.70、1.86和2.12%饲料干物质。饲料中其他必需氨基酸含量参照异育银鲫肌肉氨基酸模式。每种饲料饲喂3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼,养殖于塑料方箱中(70 cm×55 cm×50 cm;水体容积:150 L), 养殖系统为室内流水系统(500 mL/min流速), 每天两次饱食连续投喂(9:00和16:00)。实验结果表明,饲料中适量的缬氨酸显著提高了异育银鲫的特定生长率、饲料转化效率和蛋白沉积率(P0.05), 但显著影响了血清谷氨酰胺的浓度(P0.05), 但不同的缬氨酸水平显著影响了鱼体灰分含量(P<0.05)。对各处理组异育银鲫特定生长率的结果进行二次回归分析, 结果表明满足异育银鲫最大生长的缬氨酸需求量为饲料干物质的1.72%, 即占饲料蛋白的4.53%。    相似文献

Trichogramma, polyphagous endoparasitoids of lepidopteran eggs, are used against a variety of crop pests throughout the world including those of sugar cane and corn in south‐eastern Asia. Their ability to be easily and economically reared on factitious hosts and their wide host range have contributed to their widespread use in pest control. The overall aim of this study was to select strains for eventual release in crop areas for control of lepidopteran borer pests of sugar cane and corn. To this end, we identified common Trichogramma species emerging from corn borer egg masses throughout south‐western Taiwan, compared their life‐history characteristics, assessed their thermal limits and identified the Wolbachia infection status of collected Trichogramma parasitoids. Trichogramma ostriniae was the most commonly collected species on corn, with occasional detection of T. chilonis and an unidentified species designated as T. sp. y. Although the sex ratio varied widely between sites, Wolbachia infection was detected only at a single site in one species (T. ostriniae). Wolbachia‐infected T. ostriniae were tolerant to high temperature stress. Trichogramma chilonis had lowest fecundity of the three species tested, and a Wolbachia‐infected T. ostriniae strain had lower fecundity than an uninfected strain. Given the limited availability of distribution and historical data for Trichogramma species in Taiwan, the current study provides a baseline for future work and also highlights the importance of accurately identifying species when establishing colonies of natural enemies for biocontrol.  相似文献
