以广东仁化县董塘镇及红山镇5个分布有野生白毛茶Camellia sinensis var. pubilimba的生存群落为对象,开展样方调查及群落生态学分析,以期明确野生白毛茶的生长状况及保护对策。结果表明:(1) 5个有野生白毛茶分布的群落,共分布有维管植物177种,隶属于63科119属,其中蕨类植物13科17属21种,被子植物49科101属155种;(2) 白毛茶野生种群分布于毛竹Phyllostachys heterocycla、杉木Cunninghamia lanceolata群落演替而成的次生林,群落上层以毛竹、杉木、华润楠Machilus chinensis、罗浮柿Diospyros morrisiana为优势种,灌木层以白毛茶、红背山麻杆Alchornea trewioides、绒毛山胡椒Lindera nacusua、八角枫Alangium chinense为优势种,草本层以乌毛蕨Blechnum orientale、蔓生莠竹Microstegium fasciculatum、三叶崖爬藤Tetrastigma hemsleyanum等占优势;(3) 除次生林外,其余群落中草本层Simpson指数、Shannon-wiener指数及均匀度均高于乔木层及灌木层,这可能是自然演替进程与人类砍伐活动综合作用的结果;(4) 野生白毛茶更适合处于中度干扰的次生林中,较为湿润的阳坡利于其发展;(5) 野生白毛茶数量虽多,共258株,却均为小苗,且生长状况并不理想,需及时采取有效的保护措施就地保护、适度干扰,同时加强民众教育保护现有野生资源,扩大野生种群调查范围,兼顾回归实验。  相似文献

Recent advances in the understanding of the evolution of the Asian continent challenge the long‐held belief of a faunal immigration into the Himalaya. Spiny frogs of the genus Nanorana are a characteristic faunal group of the Himalaya–Tibet orogen (HTO). We examine the phylogeny of these frogs to explore alternative biogeographic scenarios for their origin in the Greater Himalaya, namely, immigration, South Tibetan origin, strict vicariance. We sequenced 150 Nanorana samples from 62 localities for three mitochondrial (1,524 bp) and three nuclear markers (2,043 bp) and complemented the data with sequence data available from GenBank. We reconstructed a gene tree, phylogenetic networks, and ancestral areas. Based on the nuDNA, we also generated a time‐calibrated species tree. The results revealed two major clades (Nanorana and Quasipaa), which originated in the Lower Miocene from eastern China and subsequently spread into the HTO (Nanorana). Five well‐supported subclades are found within Nanorana: from the East, Central, and Northwest Himalaya, the Tibetan Plateau, and the southeastern Plateau margin. The latter subclade represents the most basal group (subgenus Chaparana), the Plateau group (Nanorana) represents the sister clade to all species of the Greater Himalaya (Paa). We found no evidence for an east–west range expansion of Paa along the Himalaya, nor clear support for a strict vicariance model. Diversification in each of the three Himalayan subclades has probably occurred in distinct areas. Specimens from the NW Himalaya are placed basally relative to the highly diverse Central Himalayan group, while the lineage from the Tibetan Plateau is placed within a more terminal clade. Our data indicate a Tibetan origin of Himalayan Nanorana and support a previous hypothesis, which implies that a significant part of the Himalayan biodiversity results from primary diversification of the species groups in South Tibet before this part of the HTO was uplifted to its recent heights.  相似文献

以健康人的外周血淋巴细胞为来源 ,以偶联BSA的乙型肝炎病毒PreS1肽体外免疫 .分别从免疫和未经免疫的淋巴细胞提取RNA ,扩增抗体基因 ,构建大容量天然单链抗体 (scFv)噬菌体展示文库和体外免疫scFv抗体库 .以PreS1肽进行 3轮淘选后 ,抗原抗体反应结果显示 ,从免疫库中获得了亲和力 10 -7~ 10 -8M的抗乙型肝炎病毒PreS1的单链抗体 ,高于天然库的结果 (10 -6~ 10 -7M ) .测序结果表明两株抗体均为人抗体 .为基因工程抗体用于临床治疗乙型肝炎奠定基础 .同时证明淋巴细胞体外免疫方法构建的免疫抗体库优于大容量天然抗体库 .  相似文献

Abstract

The extended Kalman filter (EKF) has been applied to inferring gene regulatory networks. However, it is well known that the EKF becomes less accurate when the system exhibits high nonlinearity. In addition, certain prior information about the gene regulatory network exists in practice, and no systematic approach has been developed to incorporate such prior information into the Kalman-type filter for inferring the structure of the gene regulatory network. In this paper, an inference framework based on point-based Gaussian approximation filters that can exploit the prior information is developed to solve the gene regulatory network inference problem. Different point-based Gaussian approximation filters, including the unscented Kalman filter (UKF), the third-degree cubature Kalman filter (CKF3), and the fifth-degree cubature Kalman filter (CKF5) are employed. Several types of network prior information, including the existing network structure information, sparsity assumption, and the range constraint of parameters, are considered, and the corresponding filters incorporating the prior information are developed. Experiments on a synthetic network of eight genes and the yeast protein synthesis network of five genes are carried out to demonstrate the performance of the proposed framework. The results show that the proposed methods provide more accurate inference results than existing methods, such as the EKF and the traditional UKF.

Health risk for well drinking water is a worldwide problem. Our recent studies showed increased toxicity by exposure to barium alone (≤700 µg/L) and coexposure to barium (137 µg/L) and arsenic (225 µg/L). The present edition of WHO health-based guidelines for drinking water revised in 2011 has maintained the values of arsenic (10 µg/L) and barium (700 µg/L), but not elements such as manganese, iron and zinc. Nevertheless, there have been very few studies on barium in drinking water and human samples. This study showed significant correlations between levels of arsenic and barium, but not its homologous elements (magnesium, calcium and strontium), in urine, toenail and hair samples obtained from residents of Jessore, Bangladesh. Significant correlation between levels of arsenic and barium in well drinking water and levels in human urine, toenail and hair samples were also observed. Based on these results, a high-performance and low-cost adsorbent composed of a hydrotalcite-like compound for barium and arsenic was developed. The adsorbent reduced levels of barium and arsenic from well water in Bangladesh and Vietnam to <7 µg/L within 1 min. Thus, we have showed levels of arsenic and barium in humans and propose a novel remediation system.  相似文献

本参照国内外专家对有害生物的危险性定量分析方法,结合福建省森林资源状况和病虫害发生防治等情况,建立适用于福建省的有害生物潜在危险性的定量分析评价指标体系,并据此对松突圆蚧,红脂大小蠹,萧氏松茎象,湿地松粉蚧,日本松干蚧等5种松树害虫,对福建省的潜在危险性进行了定量分析和评价,结果表明松突圆蚧,萧氏松芪象,日本松干蚧为高度危险的害虫,红脂大小囊,湿地松粉蚧属中度但接近高度危险的害虫,并据此提出了相应的风险管理措施。  相似文献

反义hTR抑制人胰腺癌P3细胞系端粒酶活性和增殖的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
设计针对端粒酶RNA模板序列并经硫代磷酸修饰的正义、反义和随机序列寡核苷酸,以正常人成纤维细胞作对照,观察其对人胰腺癌细胞端粒酶活性和细胞生长增殖的影响作用以及对正常细胞是否有毒副作用。结果表明:针对hTR模板区的反义寡核苷酸能降低胰腺癌P3细胞端粒酶活性,抑制细胞生长,促进细胞周期改变并诱导细胞发生凋亡,而且对正常细胞没有明显的毒副作用。因此我们认为利用反义技术封闭hTR基因很可能成为治疗肿瘤的安全、有效手段之一。 Abstract:This paper is to investigate PS-ODN's (antisense-PS-ODN of hTR,sense-PS-ODN of hTR and random sequence) effects on telomerase activity and proliferation of P3 pancreatic cancer cells,and to find a novel method for gene therapy of pancreatic cancer.The results indicate that the anti-hTR complementary to the template region of hTR is sufficient to inhibit P3 cell telomerase activity and cell proliferation in vitro,and as a result,they can lead to a profound induction of programmed cell death.Telomerase represents an interesting and promising anticancer drug target and antitelomerase technology may have potential significance in tumor therapy.  相似文献

以气相色谱法测定酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cereuisiae) F159细胞膜类脂中脂肪酸的组成。结果表明,在低温干燥条件下,酿酒酵母细胞能自身调节脂肪酸的不饱和度,出现C_(16:1)脂肪酸含量增加,C_(16:0)脂肪酸含量略有所增,而C_(18:0)脂肪酸含量却有下降,不饱和直链脂肪酸之和与饱和直链脂肪酸之和的比值增加。说明这些变化使酿酒酵母细胞膜保持流动状态而维持细胞的稳定性和活性。初步探讨了冷冻干燥对酿酒酵母细胞脂肪酸组成的影响,为进一步探索和研究微生物抗冷冻干燥生理生化机制提供了依据。  相似文献
