Ballistic transfection of avian primordial germ cellin ovo

In the fowl the primordial germ cells accumulate in the germinal crescent to the anterior of the two-day embryo. A simple ballistic device has been used to fire tungsten particles (mean diameter 1.5 m) into this region. By coating these projectiles with vector DNA it is possible to transfect these cells. Hatchlings produced by this technique were raised to sexual maturity and shown to contain the foreign DNA in their sperm. G₁ offspring containing this DNA were also produced in roughly 20% of these cockerels. In the majority of cases the vector DNA disappeared from the G₁ generation as they matured suggesting that in these cases it had been transmitted episomally.     

高腹菌属一新种

高腹菌属(Gautieria Vitt.)是高腹菌目(Gautieriales)高腹菌科(Gautieriaceae)仅有的一个属。全世界已报道约30种(含变种)。国内尚未报道过本属。本文报道采自河北省承德地区的新种:以其子实体气味浓香,产孢组织腔较大,孢子大,顶端钝并具脐状凹和脐突等特征而有别于已报道的孢子大、子实体香的诸种,命名为承德高腹菌(Gautieria chengdensis Yingsp.nov.)     

PI LBEI and PI JHOU: two new alpha-1-antitrypsin alleles

Summary Two new variants of alpha-1-antitrypsin were found in a Chinese population by isoelectric focusing in polyacrylamide gel. They have been named Lbeijing (PI^*LBEI) and Jhouyao (PI^*JHOU) respectively. With the samples reduced and alkylated, both the variants were anodal to M1 and cathodal to L. Omitting the alkylation step, however, the relative mobilities of L and Jhouyao were altered. Under this condition, a characteristic of Jhouyao was revealed by isoelectric focusing in immobilized pH gradient 4.4–4.9, i.e., while its band 6 became anodal to L, band 4 was still cathodal to L.     

水稻雄核发育途径及游离花粉粒培养的活体观察

(1)在水稻雄核发育中,观察到 A—V、A—G、A—GV 和 B 途径,通常 B 途径占优势。在雄核发育早期,各种发育途径的花粉均有退化现象发生。(2)观察和统计表明,游离核型的多核花粉在发育过程中可转变为多细胞花粉,因而也是有发育前途的。(3)能够启动雄核发育的花粉通常是原生质稠密,在花粉群体中属中等大小(35—40μ)的花粉。多细胞花粉在突破花粉壁前。其细胞壁常常加厚,破壁时整个花粉有突然收缩的现象。(4)多细胞花粉内通常含有一些缓慢运动的小淀粉粒,它们可能积极参与了花粉雄核发育过程中的代谢活动。     

几种常用杀虫剂对蚜虫天敌——瓢虫的影响

作者等就11种常用杀虫剂对蚜虫的重要天敌——瓢虫进行了毒性测定,观察了它们对瓢虫的各个虫态的影响。 供试药剂 20％乐果乳剂、50％敌敌畏乳剂、50％对硫磷乳剂、50％内吸磷乳剂、25％三硫磷乳剂、50％杀螟硫磷乳剂、50％磷胺液剂、20％酚开普敦乳剂、6％丙体六六六乳剂、6％丙体六六六可湿性粉(W、P)、2.5％鱼籐精乳剂。 供试瓢虫 异色瓢虫Leis axyridis,室内饲养;龟纹瓢虫Propylaea japonica,田间采回。     

中国贝母属(Fritillaria)7种植物的核型研究

通过对7种国产贝母属（Fritillaria）植物的染色体核型进行观察和研究,报道了小白花贝母（F.albidoflora Duan&Zheng）、川贝母（F.cirrhosa Don）、伊贝母（F.pallidiflora Schrenk ex Fischer&Meyer）、华西贝母（F.sichuanica Chen）、托里贝母（F.tortifolia Duan&Zheng）、新疆贝母（F.walujewii Regel）、裕民贝母（F.yuminensis Duan）等7种植物的染色体数目及核型,其中3种为首次报道。结果显示,7种国产贝母属植物的核型均具有高度不对称性。此外,小白花贝母与已报道的黄花贝母（F.verticillata Willdenow）的核型存在明显差异,提示Flora of China将小白花贝母归并入黄花贝母的分类处理可能并不恰当,二者的关系需进一步研究。     

为害黄芪种子的广肩种子小蜂属四新种(膜翅目:广肩小蜂科)

据我们在北京和内蒙古等地多年研究表明,黄芪的植食性种子小蜂包括广肩小蜂科Bruchophagus属5种和金小蜂科Habrocytus属1种,为多种混合群体。我们通过大量标本的形态比较以及交配行为的观察,结合其生物学特性研究以及应用扫描电镜对其并胸腹节花纹的超微结构观察,鉴定出黄芪种子里有5种广肩种子小蜂,即黄芪种子小蜂Bruchophagus huonchi Liao et Fan及本文的4新种。     

^137Cs,^134Cs在人工海洋小生境中的行为

在自行建立的人工海洋小生境中,采用示踪法综合地研究~(137)Cs、~(134)Cs在人工小生境中的行为。结果表明,~(137)Cs和~(134)Cs具有共同的生理生态行为,并表现出相似的规律、沉积物对~(137)Cs、~(134)Cs的吸附能力甚低,~(137)Cs、~(134)Cs在海洋动物体内趋于全身性的分布。各主要生化物质均能检出~(137)Cs、~(134)Cs。排泄实验后,海洋动物的胃肠、肝(消化腺)~(137)Cs、~(134)Cs损失显著。沉积物表现为解吸-重吸附的过程。
