Syntheses, spectra and crystal structures of ruthenium(II) complexes with polypyridyl: [Ru(bipy)2(phen)](ClO4)2 · H2O and [Ru(bipy)2(Me-phen)](ClO4)2

Two ruthenium(II) complexes with polypyridyl, Ru(bipy)₂(phen)](ClO₄)₂·H₂O (1) and [Ru(bipy)₂(Me-phen)](ClO₄)₂ (2), (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, Me-phen = 5-methyl-1,10-phenanthroline), were synthesized and characterized by IR, MS and NMR spectra. Their structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The strong steric interaction between the polypyridyl ligands was relieved neither by the elongation of the Ru---N bonds nor increase of the N---Ru---N bite angles. The coordination sphere was distorted to relieve the ligand interaction by forming specific angles (δ) between the polypyridyl ligand planes and coordination planes (N---Ru---N), and forming larger twisted angles between the two pyridine rings for each bipy. The bond distances of Ru---N(bipy) and Ru---N(phen) were virtually identical with experimental error, as expected of π back-bonding interactions which statistically involve each of the ligands present in the coordination sphere.     

创伤后巨噬细胞对T细胞白介素2及白介素2受体α基因表达的直接接触抑制作用

以25μg/ml的丝裂霉素C处理巨噬细胞30min,可阻断巨噬细胞白介素1(IL-1)、白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)及前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)的合成与分泌。创伤小鼠巨噬细胞经丝裂霉素C处理后,可明显抑制正常T细胞白介素2(IL-2)mRNA及IL-2受体(IL-2R)αmRNA水平,并增强Ts细胞的抑制活性。去除T细胞中Ts细胞可使巨噬细胞的抑制作用消失。表明创伤后巨噬细胞可通过直接的细胞接触方式抑制T细胞IL-2及IL-2 Rα的基因表达,且这一作用是通过增加Ts细胞活性而实现的。     

The alpha- and beta-tubulin folding pathways

The alpha-beta tubulin heterodimer is the subunit from which microtubules are assembled. The pathway leading to correctly folded alpha- and beta-tubulins is unusually complex: it involves cycles of ATP-dependent interaction of newly synthesized tubulin subunits with cytosolic chaperonin, resulting in the production of quasi-native folding intermediates, which must then be acted upon by additional protein cofactors. These cofactors form a supercomplex containing both alpha- and beta-tubulin polypeptides, from which native heterodimer is released in a GTP-dependent reaction. Here, we discuss the current state of our understanding of the function of cytosolic chaperonin and cofactors in tubulin folding.     

On the production,elemental composition (C,N, P) and distribution of photosynthetic organic matter in the Southern Black Sea

Chemical oceanographic understanding of the southernBlack Sea has been improved by recent measurements ofthe optical transparency, phytoplankton biomass (interms of chlorophyll-a and particulate organic matter)and primary productivity. During the spring-autmunperiod of 1995–1996, light generally penetrated onlyinto the upper 15–40 m, with an attenuation coefficientvarying between 0.125 and 0.350 m^2122;1. The averagechlorophyll-a (Chl-a) concentrations for the euphoticzone ranged from 0.1 to 1.5 μg l^2122;1. Coherentsub-surface Chl-a maxima were formed near the base ofthe euphotic zone only in summer. Production rate variedbetween 247 and 1925 in the spring and between 405 and687 mgC m^2122;2 d^2122;1 in the summer-autumn period.The average POM concentrations in the euphotic zonevaried regionally and seasonally between 3.8 and28.6 μm for POC, 0.5 and 3.1 μm for PON and0.02 and 0.1 μm for PP. Atomic ratios of C/N, C/Pand N/P, derived from the regressions of POM data,ranged between 7.5 and 9.6, 109 and 165, and 11.2 and16.6, respectively. In the suboxic/anoxic interface,the elemental ratios change substantially due to anaccumulation of PP cohering to Fe and Mn oxides. Thechemocline boundaries and the distinct chemicalfeatures of the oxic/anoxic transition layer (the so-called suboxic zone) are all located at specificdensity surfaces; however, they exhibit remarkablespatial and temporal variations both in their positionand in their magnitude, which permit the definition of long-term changes in the biochemical properties of theBlack Sea upper layer. 甘蔗细平象的研究

甘蔗细平象Trockorhopalus humeralis Chevrolat是云南甘蔗上的一种毁灭性地下害虫,以幼虫和成虫在地下蔗头内为害,为害期8-10个月。据1989年调查,受害蔗每亩损失500-3000kg,严重的无收。此虫1年发生1代,以成虫在蔗头内越冬,有喜湿性,不能飞翔,主要通过沟河流水传播。在河川坝地,沙壤土中虫口较多;宿根年限越长的甘蔗受害越重。建议蔗稻轮作;缩短甘蔗宿根年限;早春翻挖有虫蔗蔸烧毁;结合新植蔗下种,宿根蔗松蔸培土施用甲基异柳磷或铁灭克等颗粒杀虫剂进行防治。     

濒危植物——长喙毛茛泽泻的雌雄配子体发育

长喙毛茛泽泻 Ranalisma rostratum stapf 小孢子母细胞的减数分裂过程为连续型,四分体为左右对称型。成熟花粉为三胞花粉。花药绒毡层为变形绒毡层。雌蕊由多数单室子房构成,每子房中含一具双珠被、薄珠心的倒生胚珠。胚囊发育为葱型。成熟胚囊中三个反足细胞退化;二个极核分别位于中央细胞的两端,其体积相差明显。这种极核分布可能与反足细胞过早退化有关。     

银杏速生早实示范栽培试验

本研究是在我区银杏主产区兴安进行的８０多亩,３０００多株的示范栽培试验。其综合技术措施是选用良种嫁接苗、适当密植、配置雄株、整形修剪、合理施肥、防治病虫害及促花早实等。种后５—６年取得速生、早实、高产的良好效果。     

复合酶制剂EA－2对鲤生长的影响

利用复合酶制剂ＥＡ－２在池溏中饲养鲤５０ｄ,实验组鲤尾增重率高于对照组１２．３—２７．５％,而饲料系数低于对照组１８．７６—１０．８９％。实验组鲤肝胰脏淀粉酶活力显著增加,而肝、胰脏蛋白酶活力显著降低,实验组鲤肠内蛋白酶活力和淀粉酶活力均显著增加。酶制剂对鲤肥满度、肝胰比、内脏比、肝胰脏和背部肌肉的生化成份均无显著影响。     

缺氧心肌收缩蛋白Ca~（2＋），Mg~（2＋）－ATP酶活性研究

将大鼠置于模拟海拔８ｋｍ高度的低压舱内缺氧１周及缺氧后空气中常氧恢复１周和２周,观察了左右心室功能、心肌肥厚、心肌收缩蛋白含量及其Ｃａ￣（２＋）,Ｍｇ￣（２＋）－ＡＴＰ酶活性的动态变化。结果表明,８ｋｍ缺氧１周后肺动脉压及右心室收缩压明显升高,左右心室±ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ及收缩指数明显降低。左右心室肌明显肥厚,心肌收缩蛋白Ｃａ￣（２＋）,Ｍｇ￣（２＋）－ＡＴＰ酶活性明显减低。缺氧后常氧恢复１和２周后,左右心室功能逐渐恢复达到或接近正常水平,心肌肥厚逐渐减轻或恢复正常,心肌收缩蛋白Ｃａ￣（２＋）,Ｍｇ￣（２＋）－ＡＴＰ酶活性也逐渐升高。因此说明：心肌收缩蛋白Ｃａ￣（２＋）,Ｍｇ￣（２＋）－ＡＴＰ酶活性的改变是心功能变化的重要生化基础之一,它的减低是缺氧心肌对环境的代偿适应。
