双尾蚜属Diuraphis Aizenberg全世界记录13种,主要分布在古北界和新北界。根据种类丰富度和特有种成分,欧亚大陆的欧洲和中亚为该属蚜虫的现代第一分布中心,北美为第二分布中心。本文提供了该属所有13个种的分种检索表。双尾蚜属蚜虫在中国共有7种,主要分布在蒙新区。它们是:麦双尾蚜Diuraphis noxia (Mordvilko), 害冰麦双尾蚜D. nociva Zhang et Liang,冰草麦蚜D. Vascular structures in natural systems are able to provide high mass transport through high surface areas and optimized structure. Few synthetic material fabrication techniques are able to mimic the complexity of these structures while maintaining scalability. The Vaporization of a Sacrificial Component (VaSC) process is able to do so. This process uses sacrificial fibers as a template to form hollow, cylindrical microchannels embedded within a matrix. Tin (II) oxalate (SnOx) is embedded within poly(lactic) acid (PLA) fibers which facilitates the use of this process. The SnOx catalyzes the depolymerization of the PLA fibers at lower temperatures. The lactic acid monomers are gaseous at these temperatures and can be removed from the embedded matrix at temperatures that do not damage the matrix. Here we show a method for aligning these fibers using micromachined plates and a tensioning device to create complex patterns of three-dimensionally arrayed microchannels. The process allows the exploration of virtually any arrangement of fiber topologies and structures. 相似文献

高粱(Sorghum bicolour)是世界上最重要的粮食、饲料、酿造和能源作物之一, 也是C4植物研究的模式植物。蚜虫是农业生产上的重要害虫, 几乎危害所有的栽培作物。危害高粱的蚜虫主要包括高粱蚜(Melanaphis sacchari)、麦二叉蚜(Schizaphis graminum)和玉米蚜(Rhopalosiphum maidis)。高粱的抗蚜资源尚不丰富且缺乏深入系统的研究。目前研究较多的是麦二叉蚜的抗性遗传方面, 已定位20个抗性QTLs, 单一QTL对抗性差异贡献率最高可达80.3%, 对高粱蚜和玉米蚜的研究尚需进一步加强。高粱的理化特性与其抗蚜性能相关, 故可与育种实践相结合。高粱和蚜虫(Acyrthosiphon pisum)的全基因组测序工作已经完成, 这将有助于蚜虫-植物间的相互作用关系及植物对蚜虫的抗性机制研究。目前已克隆到2个抗蚜基因, 且多个抗蚜基因(位点)已被定位在染色体上。该文重点综述了上述研究成果并对高粱抗蚜的研究前景进行了展望。 相似文献

利用大肠杆菌研究番茄红素的合成,不仅可以获得副产物少的高产菌株,而且可以探讨基因或基因簇的功能。文中将番茄LeGGPS2和LePSY1的cDNA序列,及欧文氏菌crtI的编码序列分别添加上核糖体结合位点后,以单独或组合的方式受控于T7启动子和终止子,在大肠杆菌菌株BL21(DE3)中进行表达和诱导番茄红素合成。结果显示,仅T7::crtI-LeGGPS2-LePSY1三价基因共表达时才能合成番茄红素,且将种子液以1∶50接种于含3%蔗糖的LB培养基(pH 6.8)中,于37℃摇8 h左右的对数生长后期加IPTG至80μmol/L,30℃诱导表达5 h的发酵条件下,获得2.124 mg/g DCW的番茄红素。该结果既验证了原核化的番茄LeGGPS2和LePSY1基因及与crtI基因协同作用的功能,又为在番茄质体中建立独立的番茄红素合成途径奠定了基础。 相似文献

钙调素(Calmodulin,简称CaM)是一种多生理功能的调节蛋白,在脑的功能活动中有重要作用。本文采用苯基琼脂糖(phenyl-Sepharose CL 4B)层析和葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex G-50)过滤法,从北京鸭脑中分离纯化出CaM。纯化的CaM经SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)和等电聚焦(IEF)电泳鉴定均为一条区带。分子量为19kD,等电点(pI)为4.15,消光系数为1.83。 对纯化的鸭脑CaM的活性和性质进行了研究。它可明显地激活牛环核苷酸磷酸二酯酶活性,在有Ca~(2+)存在的条件下,SDS-PAGE中出现电泳迁移速度的改变,紫外吸收光谱具有已知CaM特有的吸收多峰形,并观察了Ca~(2+)对荧光发射光谱的影响。其氨基酸组成中,1/3是酸性氨基酸,苯丙氨酸和酪氨酸的比例为8:2。与猪CaM和牛CaM的物理化学性质作了比较。 相似文献

聚乙烯醇(PVA)是一种在纺织和化工行业中广泛使用的难降解的高分子聚合物。随着人们对纺织工业清洁生产的关注,如何在退浆工艺中就实现对PVA的生物降解、减少PVA废水的排放,并避免化学退浆过程中高温和氧化造成的棉纤维损伤,是近年来纺织生物技术领域的研究热点。由于PVA降解菌种类不多、培养周期长,PVA降解酶酶活不高、提取不容易等原因,使PVA的生化降解研究还局限在PVA降解菌的筛选、PVA降解酶的酶学性质研究等方面,PVA降解酶还未在纺织工业上得到应用。本文综述了近年来国内外在PVA降解菌筛选、PVA降解酶提取及酶学性质、PVA生化降解机理等方面的研究进展,并讨论了PVA生化降解研究中存在的问题及发展方向。 相似文献

The aggregation and accumulation of amyloid-β (Aβ) plays a significant role in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease. Aβ is known to increase free radical production in neuronal cells, leading to oxidative stress and cell death. Diazoxide (DZ), a highly selective drug capable of opening mitochondrial ATP-sensitive potassium channels, has neuroprotective effects against neuronal cell death. However, the mechanism through which DZ protects cholinergic neurons against Aβ-induced oxidative injury is still unclear. The present study was designed to investigate the effects of DZ pretreatment against Aβ1–42 induced oxidative damage and cytotoxicity. Through measures of DZ effects on Aβ1–42 induced cellular damage, reactive oxygen species (ROS) and MDA generation and expressions of gp91phox and p47phox in cholinergic neurons, new insights into the neuroprotective mechanisms can be derived. Aβ1–42 significantly decreased 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide levels and increased ROS and MDA production; all effects were attenuated by pretreatment with DZ or diphenyleneiodonium chloride (a NOX2 inhibitor). Pretreatment with DZ also attenuated the upregulation of NOX2 subunits (gp91phox and p47phox) induced by Aβ1–42. Since NOX2 is one of the main sources of free radicals, these results suggest that DZ can counteract Aβ1–42 induced oxidative stress and associated cell death by reducing the level of ROS and MDA, in part, by alleviating NOX2 expression. 相似文献

Biological denitrification reaction can be achieved under aerobic environment. Few aerobic denitrifiers using nitrite as sole nitrogen source were identified. Using nitrite as the sole nitrogen source, this work assessed the denitrification activity of yy7, an aerobic heterotrophic denitrifier identified as Pseudomonas sp. (94% similarity) by 16S rRNA sequencing analysis. The logistic equation describes the cell growth curve, yielding a generation time of 2.9h at an initial 18 mg l(-1)NO(-)?-N. Reduction of NO(-)?-N was primarily achieved during its logarithmic growth phase, and was accompanied by an increase in suspension pH and near complete consumption of dissolved oxygen. Three genes relating to nirK, norB, and nosZ were noted to involve in isolate strain. Isolate yy7 can survive and remove up to 40 mg l(-1)NO(-)?-N and, hence, can be applied as an effective aerobic denitrifier during simultaneous nitrification and denitrification via nitrite processes. 相似文献

A prenylated flavonoid, moralbanone, along with seven known compounds kuwanon S, mulberroside C, cyclomorusin, eudraflavone B hydroperoxide, oxydihydromorusin, leachianone G and alpha-acetyl-amyrin were isolated from the root bark of Morus alba L. Leachianone G showed potent antiviral activity (IC(50) = 1.6 microg/ml), whereas mulberroside C showed weak activity (IC(50) = 75.4 microg/ml) against herpes simplex type 1 virus (HSV-1).
