Manglietia rufisyncarpa, a new species of Magnoliaceae from Yunnan, China

Manglietia rufisyncarpa (Magnoliaceae) is described and illustrated. M. rufisyncarpa resembles M. insignis , but is distinguished by its smaller, glabrous leaves, three green outer tepals and 6 white inner ones and the red gynoecium.     

糖皮质激素快速抑制牛蛙椎旁神经节B细胞快兴奋性突触后电位

用单个方波电刺激牛蛙离体椎旁经节前纤维,细胞内记录节后Ｂ细胞快兴奋性突后电位,观察糖皮质激素对Ｂ细胞ｆ－ＥＰＳＰ的快速抑制作用。结果发现,ＧＣ灌注３ｍｉｎ,。Ｂ细胞ｆ－ＥＰＳＰ的幅值减小,撤除ＧＣ后,ＥＰＳＰ的幅值恢复到对照水平。作用具有剂量信赖性。     

降钙素基因相关肽放射免疫测定中与内毒素交叉免疫的离体实验分析

本文用放射免疫法分析了内毒素对降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）离体免疫测定的影响。高浓度的内毒素（终浓度大于5μg／ml）可通过与CGRP多克隆抗体竞争性结合,影响CGBP的测定,内毒素与CGRP的交叉兔疫比率为5．6×10=6。以C18柱纯化待测样本可以有效地清除混杂的内毒素。结果表明离体实验中高浓度内毒素可干扰CGRP的放射免疫测定,C18柱可清除样本中的内毒素从而避免其对CGRP放射免疫测定的影响。
