兰州百合精细胞表膜上存在被牛精子抗体识别的抗原决定簇 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以兔抗牛精子 Ig G为一抗 ,对植物精细胞蛋白进行 Western blot分析 ,发现兰州百合 (Liliumdavidii Duch.)精细胞和生殖细胞中各有一分子量为 64k D的蛋白显示阳性反应 ;在玉米 (Zea mays)精细胞蛋白中也发现了阳性反应条带 ,其分子量为 65 k D和 2 2 k D;而兰州百合花丝、花药壁和玉米黄化苗的蛋白中均没有阳性条带。用兔抗牛精子 Ig G对兰州百合精细胞进行间接免疫荧光标记 ,结果表明在兰州百合精细胞表面 ,有兔抗牛精子 Ig G的识别位点。根据以上结果 ,作者认为植物精细胞中有与动物精子相同或相似的抗原决定簇 ,它 (们 )主要分布于精细胞表膜上 ,并为精细胞所特有 相似文献

Recombinant human glia maturation factor beta (GMF-beta) reversibly inhibits the proliferation of neoplastic cells in culture by arresting the cells in the G0/G1 phase. This phenomenon is not target-cell specific, as neural and nonneural cells are equally inhibited. When tested simultaneously, GMF-beta suppresses the mitogenic effect of acidic fibroblasts growth factor (aFGF), but the two are synergistic in promoting the morphologic differentiation of cultured astrocytes. GMF-beta also counteracts the growth-stimulating effect of pituitary extract and cholera toxin on Schwann cells. The results underscore the regulatory role of GMF-beta and its intricate interaction with the mitogenic growth factors. 相似文献

研究在 10 %中性福尔马林、丙酮、甲醇 氯仿 冰醋酸 3种方法固定的石蜡切片中提取RNA的质量和数量 .取 2 5 0g体重的Wistar大鼠的肾脏 ,分别采用 10 %中性福尔马林、丙酮、甲醇 氯仿 冰醋酸 3种方法固定 ,石蜡包埋 ,H E染色 ;采用RNA裂解液、TRIZOL试剂 2种方法提取切片RNA ,逆转录为cDNA ,采用普通PCR和SYBRGREEN 1定量PCR分析RNA质量和数量 .结果表明 ,3种固定方法都可保持组织良好的结构和形态 ;采用 2种提取方法 ,均可经RT PCR扩增出 180bp大鼠磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶 (G3PDH)、5 6 5bpβ肌动蛋白 (β actin)、10 0bp纤溶酶系活化剂抑制物 1(PAI 1) ;但采用RNA裂解液时 ,比TRIZOL试剂可提取更多的RNA . 相似文献

While several studies have established a positive correlation between community diversity and invasion resistance, it is less clear how species interactions within resident communities shape this process. Here, we experimentally tested how antagonistic and facilitative pairwise interactions within resident model microbial communities predict invasion by the plant–pathogenic bacterium Ralstonia solanacearum. We found that facilitative resident community interactions promoted and antagonistic interactions suppressed invasions both in the lab and in the tomato plant rhizosphere. Crucially, pairwise interactions reliably explained observed invasion outcomes also in multispecies communities, and mechanistically, this was linked to direct inhibition of the invader by antagonistic communities (antibiosis), and to a lesser degree by resource competition between members of the resident community and the invader. Together, our findings suggest that the type and strength of pairwise interactions can reliably predict the outcome of invasions in more complex multispecies communities. 相似文献

Here we describe the development of a high-throughput multi-antigen microfluidic fluorescence immunoassay system. A 100-chamber polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) chip performs up to 5 tests for each of 10 samples. In this particular study system, the specificity of detection was demonstrated, and calibration curves were produced for C-reactive protein (CRP), prostate-specific antigen (PSA), ferritin, and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). The measurements show sensitivity at and below clinically normal levels (with a signal-to-noise ratio >8 at as low as 10 pM antigen concentration). The chip uses 100 nL per sample for all tests. The developed system is an important step toward derivative immunoassay applications in scientific research and "point-of-care" testing in medicine. 相似文献

The transwell chamber migration assay and CCD digital camera imaging techniques were used to investigate the relationship between regulatory volume decrease (RVD) and cell migration in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells (CNE-2Z cells). Both migrated and non-migrated CNE-2Z cells, when swollen by 47% hypotonic solution, exhibited RVD which was inhibited by extracellular application of chloride channel blockers adenosine 5‘-triphosphate (ATP), 5-nitro-2-(3-phenylpropylamino) benzoic acid (NPPB) and tamoxifen. However, RVD rate in migrated CNE-2Z cells was bigger than that of non-migrated cells and the sensitivity of migrated cells to NPPB and tamoxifen was higher than that of nonmigrated cells. ATP, NPPB and tamoxifen also inhibited migration of CNE-2Z cells. The inhibition of migration was positively correlated to the blockage of RVD, with a correlation coefficient (r) = 0.99, suggesting a functional relationship between RVD and cell migration. We conclude that RVD is involved in cell migration and RVD may play an important role in migratory process in CNE-2Z cells. 相似文献
