主要气候因子对麦棉两熟棉花产量的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用灰色关联度分析法和逐步回归分析法,分析了麦棉两熟种植棉花生育期间主要气候因子与籽棉产量的关系.灰色关联度分析法结果表明,黄淮海棉区棉花产量在年度间的差异主要受积温的影响,4-10月份≥20℃积温与籽棉产量的关联系数0.4463;其次为日照时数,关联系数0.4052,第三是降雨量,关联系数0.3133.在棉花生长的4-10月期间,以8月、9月的日照时数和8月份≥20℃的积温对产量的影响最大,关联系数分别达到0.7201、0.7116和0.7042.逐步回归分析法结果同样表明,积温是影响产量的主要因子,且为正效应;而降水量对产量的影响为负效应;得出的回归方程(P=0.0007598,R2 =0.7477)可试用于黄淮棉区两熟籽棉产量的预测和预报.  相似文献

Background

Abnormal release of neurotransmitters after microwave exposure can cause learning and memory deficits. This study investigated the mechanism of this effect by exploring the potential role of phosphorylated synapsin I (p-Syn I).

Methods

Wistar rats, rat hippocampal synaptosomes, and differentiated (neuronal) PC12 cells were exposed to microwave radiation for 5 min at a mean power density of 30 mW/cm2. Sham group rats, synaptosomes, and cells were otherwise identically treated and acted as controls for all of the following post-exposure analyses. Spatial learning and memory in rats was assessed using the Morris Water Maze (MWM) navigation task. The protein expression and presynaptic distribution of p-Syn I and neurotransmitter transporters were examined via western blotting and immunoelectron microscopy, respectively. Levels amino acid neurotransmitter release from rat hippocampal synaptosomes and PC12 cells were measured using high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) at 6 hours after exposure, with or without synapsin I silencing via shRNA transfection.

Results

In the rat experiments, there was a decrease in spatial memory performance after microwave exposure. The expression of p-Syn I (ser-553) was decreased at 3 days post-exposure and elevated at later time points. Vesicular GABA transporter (VGAT) was significantly elevated after exposure. The GABA release from synaptosomes was attenuated and p-Syn I (ser-553) and VGAT were both enriched in small clear synaptic vesicles, which abnormally assembled in the presynaptic terminal after exposure. In the PC12 cell experiments, the expression of p-Syn I (ser-553) and GABA release were both attenuated at 6 hours after exposure. Both microwave exposure and p-Syn I silencing reduced GABA release and maximal reduction was found for the combination of the two, indicating a synergetic effect.

Conclusion

p-Syn I (ser-553) was found to play a key role in the impaired GABA release and cognitive dysfunction that was induced by microwave exposure.  相似文献

Enterococcus faecium is gaining increasing interest due to its virulence and tolerance to a range of stresses (e.g., acid shock and nitrite stress in human stomach). The chemical taxonomy and basic structural features of cellular metabolite can provide us a deeper understanding of bacterial tolerance at molecular level. Here, we used hierarchical classification and molecular composition analysis to investigate the metabolome responses of E. faecium to acid shock and nitrite stress. Our results showed that considerable high biodegradable compounds (e.g., dipeptides) were produced by E. faecium under acid shock, while nitrite stress induced the accumulations of some low biodegradable compounds (e.g., organoheterocyclic compounds and benzenoids). Complete genome analysis and metabolic pathway profiling suggested that E. faecium produced high biodegradable metabolites responsible for the proton-translocation and biofilm formation, which increase its tolerance to acid shock. Yet, the presence of low biodegradable metabolites due to the nitrite exposure could disturb the bacterial productions of surface proteins, and thus inhibiting biofilm formation. Our approach uncovered the hidden interactions between intracellular metabolites and exogenous stress, and will improve the understanding of host-microbe interactions.  相似文献

Ternary approaches to solar cell design utilizing a small bandgap nonfullerene acceptor as the near infrared absorber to increase the short‐circuit current density always decreases the open‐circuit voltage. Herein, a highly efficient polymer solar cell with an impressive efficiency of 16.28 ± 0.20% enabled by an effective voltage‐increased ternary blended fullerene‐free material approach is reported. In this approach, the structural similarity between the host and the higher‐LUMO‐level guest enables the two acceptors to be synergized, obtaining increased open‐circuit voltage and fill factor and a small increase of short‐circuit current density. The same beneficial effects are demonstrated by using two host binary systems. The homogeneous fine film morphologies and the π–π stacking patterns of the host blend are well maintained, while larger donor and acceptor phases and increased lamellar crystallinity, increased charge mobilities, and reduced monomolecular recombination can be achieved upon addition of the guest nonfullerene acceptor. The increased charge mobilities and reduced monomolecular recombination not only contribute to the improved fill factor but also enable the best devices to be fabricated with a relatively thicker ternary blended active layer (110 vs 100 nm). This, combined with the absorption from the added guest acceptor, contribute to the increased short‐circuit current.  相似文献

欧夏至草(Marrubium vulgare)为唇形科多年生植物,其扩散单元主要由集合繁殖体和种子组成,该研究以单萼筒集合繁殖体为研究材料,比较其和种子在形态特征、扩散行为及萌发特性上的差异,探讨附属物的生态功能及对可变环境的适应对策。结果表明:(1)欧夏至草集合繁殖体是具萼筒的种子,其质量远大于种子;附属物能保护种子免受机械损伤或逃避捕食者。(2)在自然生境中,欧夏至草集合繁殖体易借风力扩散到较大范围,室内扩散实验表明,静止空气中集合繁殖体比种子降落所需的时间更长、扩散能力更强;集合繁殖体是种子延迟扩散的一种适应策略,其附属物的存在与否直接导致了种子扩散能力与扩散距离的差异,支持"Alternate假说"。(3)欧夏至草集合繁殖体和种子在活力、萌发率及萌发速率方面均不存在显著差异,而吸水率远大于种子,附属物的存在是影响种子承载更多水分并更长期保留水分的重要原因;集合繁殖体内种子的萌发属随机萌发,不具有位置效应,在当季只萌发部分种子,符合间歇性萌发特性,能有效避免种群覆灭。研究表明,多年生植物其扩散单元的形态特征和萌发行为对于种群的生存重要性相对低,母株可以长期占据原有生境,保持种群个体数量,附属物的作用主要用于种群扩散。  相似文献

Global dimming, a decadal decrease in incident global radiation, is often accompanied with an increase in the diffuse radiation fraction, and, therefore, the impact of global dimming on crop production is hard to predict. A popular approach to quantify this impact is the statistical analysis of historical climate and crop data, or use of dynamic crop simulation modelling approach. Here, we show that statistical analysis of historical data did not provide plausible values for the effect of diffuse radiation versus direct radiation on rice or wheat yield. In contrast, our field experimental study of 3 years demonstrated a fertilization effect of increased diffuse radiation fraction, which partly offset yield losses caused by decreased global radiation, in both crops. The fertilization effect was not attributed to any improved canopy light interception but mainly to the increased radiation use efficiency (RUE). The increased RUE was explained not only by the saturating shape of photosynthetic light response curves but also by plant acclimation to dimming that gradually increased leaf nitrogen concentration. Crop harvest index slightly decreased under dimming, thereby discounting the fertilization effect on crop yields. These results challenge existing modelling paradigms, which assume that the fertilization effect on crop yields is mainly attributed to an improved light interception. Further studies on the physiological mechanism of plant acclimation are required to better quantify the global dimming impact on agroecosystem productivity under future climate change.  相似文献

ABX3 type metal halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have shown efficiencies over 25%, rocketing toward their theoretical limit. To gain the full potential of PSCs relies on the understanding of the device working mechanisms and recombination, the material quality, and the match of energy levels in the device stacks. In this review, the importance of designing PSCs from the viewpoint of surface/interface science studies is presented. For this purpose, recent case studies are discussed to demonstrate how probing of local heterogeneities (e.g., grains, grain boundaries, atomic structure, etc.) in perovskites by surface science techniques can help correlate material properties and PSC device performance. At the solar cell device level with active areas larger than millimeter scale, the ensemble average measurement techniques can characterize the overall average properties of perovskite films as well as their adjacent layers and provide clues to understand better the solar cell parameters. How generation and healing of electronic defects in perovskite films limit the device efficiency, reproducibility, and stability, and induce the time‐dependent transient behavior in the current‐voltage curves are also the central focus of this review. On the basis of these studies, strategies to further improve efficiency and stability, as well as reducing hysteresis are presented.  相似文献

将体外传代培养的PC12细胞,经50 Hz、100μT的工频磁场暴露24 h。采用噻唑蓝比色法检测细胞增殖活力,流式细胞术检测细胞周期,吖啶橙/溴化乙锭免疫荧光双染色法检测细胞凋亡。结果表明:1)细胞增殖活力于磁场暴露终止后0 h明显下降(P<0.01);4 h未见著变;8 h(P<0.05)和12 h(P<0.01)显著升高。2)磁场暴露终止后0 h,G0/G1期细胞百分比显著增高(P<0.01),S期细胞百分比显著下降(P<0.05);6 h的G2/M期细胞百分比显著增高(P<0.05);12 h的G0/G1期细胞百分比明显下降(P<0.01),S期细胞百分比显著升高(P<0.05);24 h未见著变。3)磁场暴露期间,6 h细胞凋亡率未见显著改变,12、18和24 h凋亡明显增加,至暴露终止后4、8、12和24 h均显著升高,未见恢复。以上结果说明50 Hz、100μT的工频磁场急性暴露,可导致PC12细胞周期和增殖活力的改变,以及细胞凋亡增多。  相似文献
